For example, in order to prevent property loss due to automatic opening and closing of a slide fastener, a slider having an automatic locking function has been developed.

Accordingly, in view of the technical problems of inconvenient assembly and high production cost of the zipper head in the prior art, the present inventors have made intensive studies on the above problems and have provided a zipper head, which is produced by the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pull head for a zipper, which has the advantages of reducing pull head component parts, reducing assembly procedures, facilitating pull head assembly, reducing production cost and the like.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

A slider for a slide fastener is mainly provided with a main body 1, a stopping pawl 2, a cover 3, and a pull tab 4, as shown in FIGS. 1-1 to 3-6. Three specific examples of the present invention are given and described in detail below.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1-1 to 1-3, the main body 1 has an upper wing plate 11 and a lower wing plate 12, and the upper wing plate 11 and the lower wing plate 12 are joined by a connecting column 13. In the body 1, a Y-shaped element guide passage is arranged which extends from a shoulder opening on the side of the coupling post 13 between the upper wing plate 11 and the lower wing plate 12 to a rear opening on the opposite side of the coupling post 13, and a guide groove 14 is formed.
The main body 1 has one side where the connecting column 13 is located as a front end and the other opposite side as a rear end. The upper wing plate 11 is provided with a front mounting portion 15 and a rear mounting portion 16 at the front and rear. The front mounting portion 15 and the rear mounting portion 16 are provided at an interval, and a pull tab mounting portion 17 for mounting the pull tab 4 is formed therebetween. The front mounting portion 15 is provided with an accommodating portion 18, and the rear mounting portion 16 is provided with a claw hole 19. In order to facilitate appropriate position limitation and flexible operation of the tab 4 in the tab placement portion 17, the front and rear side walls of the tab placement portion 17 (i.e., the rear side wall of the front mounting portion 15 and the front side wall of the rear mounting portion 16) form a V-shaped inclined guide surface structure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the stopping pawl 2 includes a body 21, a fixed portion 22, and a pawl 23, and the fixed portion 22 and the pawl 23 are integrally connected to front and rear ends of the body 21, respectively. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the lid body 3 has a front wall, a rear wall, two side walls and an upper wall, and the two side walls are provided at respective centers thereof with openings 31 through which the pivots of the pull tabs 4 are inserted. The fixing portion 32 is provided on the upper wall of the inside of the lid body 3 to fix the function of the stopping claw body 2.
When assembled, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the body 21 of the stopping pawl body 2 rides on the pull tab placing portion 17, the corresponding fixing portion 22 is fittingly accommodated in the accommodating portion 18, and the pawl portion 23 projects from the pawl hole 19 into the main body 1 to the guide groove 14, serving as a locking action for the fastener element. The cover 3 is fixed to the front mounting portion 15 and the rear mounting portion 16 in a covering manner, and the fixing portion 32 of the cover 3 acts on the fixing portion 22 of the stopping claw body 2 to perform an appropriate fixing function. The assembly operation is very simple and convenient, and the structure is also very firm and durable. When the slider is unlocked, the pull tab 4 is simply held and rotated upward to lift up, the pivot of the pull tab 4 rotates to push up the body 21 of the pawl 2, and the pawl 23 is driven to lift up properly to release the locking action on the fastener element. On the contrary, when the slider is locked, the pull tab 4 is lifted downwards, the pivot of the pull tab 4 rotates to return, the body 21 of the claw body 2 stops automatically and elastically returning, and the claw part 23 is driven to sink, so that the zipper teeth are locked.
The zipper puller has a self-locking function, and the key points of the structure and the assembly of the components which play the self-locking function are that the quality of the self-locking function is ensured. The invention adopts the accommodating groove 18 of the body 1, the fixing part 22 of the stopping claw body 2 and the fixing part 32 of the cover body 3, which are flexibly matched, the top part 22 realizes stable positioning by the matching of the accommodating groove 18 and the direct propping of the fixing part 32, and simultaneously creates conditions for the body part 21 of the stopping claw body 2 to have elastic adjustable function. The matching structure of the three parts is further optimized and designed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, 1 to 4, and 1 to 6, the accommodating portion 18 has a sinking groove 181 and a flat groove 182 which are disposed in front and rear communication, and a groove bottom of the sinking groove 181 is disposed lower than a groove bottom of the flat groove 182. The fixing portion 22 includes a flat portion 222 connected to the body portion 21 and a hook portion 221 connected to the flat portion 222. The flat portion 222 is fittingly placed in the flat groove 182, the hook portion 221 correspondingly extends into the sinking groove 181, and the fixing portion 32 of the lid body 3 acts on the flat portion 222.
The structural design of the accommodating groove 18 and the fixing portion 22, the hook portion 221 and the sinking groove 181 are in sinking type embedding fit in the front, the flat portion 222 and the flat groove 182 are in back plane type fit transition, the fixing of the stopping claw body 2 is facilitated, meanwhile, the stopping claw body 2 continuously exerts effective elastic force, and the problem of deformation or elastic force failure after a period of time is avoided. Preferably, in the first embodiment, the rear side of the flat groove 182 is open, and the flat portion 222 of the stopping claw body 2 is integrally connected to the body portion 21 in a straight shape.
Further, in order to facilitate the front-rear stable fixing action, a rear fixing portion 33 acting on the rear mounting portion 16 is further provided near the rear end of the cover body 3.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 2-1 to 2-6, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the rear side of the flat groove 182 is closed, and the stopping pawl body 2 is in arc transition connection between the flat portion 222 and the body portion 21 in a state that the flat portion 222 is at a low position and the body portion 21 is at a high position, as shown in fig. 2-5. By means of the design, the connecting structure with arc transition is used for cutting off the mutual adverse effects of the fixed flat part 222 and the body part 21 adjusted elastically, the fixing effect of the flat part 222 is firmer, meanwhile, the elastic action of the body part 21 is more flexible, and the elastic force performance is more excellent.
In the second embodiment, due to the lower design of the accommodating portion 18 (the flat portion 222), the fixing portion 32 of the cover 3 is extended and extended into the accommodating portion 18, so that the cover 3 does not need to be provided with the rear fixing portion 33.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 3-1 to 3-6, the third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the structural design of the accommodating groove 18 and the fixing portion 22. The accommodating portion 18 has a flat groove 183 and an arc-shaped groove 184 arranged in a front-rear communication manner, and a front end groove edge of the arc-shaped groove 184 receives a rear end groove edge of the flat groove 183. The arc-shaped concave portion 224 is fittingly placed in the arc-shaped groove 184, the flat portion 223 is fittingly fitted in the flat groove 183, and the fixing portion 32 of the lid body 3 acts on the flat portion 223.
The flat portion 223 of the stopping claw body 2 is matched with the fixing portion 32 to be fixed, the body portion 21 of the stopping claw body 2 is used for elastic adjustment, front and back arc type isolation between the body portion 21 and the flat portion 223 is achieved by the arc-shaped concave portion 224 in the middle, the front and back arc type isolation and the isolation do not affect each other, the fixing effect of the flat portion 223 does not affect the elastic adjustment performance of the body portion 21, the fixing effect of the flat portion 223 is not affected by the elastic adjustment effect of the body portion 21, so that the height stability of fixing the stopping claw body 2 is achieved, and meanwhile the height flexibility of elastic adjustment of the stopping claw body 2 is guaranteed. In addition, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, an arc-type isolation design in the front-back direction is adopted, which is substantially different from a folded-up type up-down positioning structure design, and the up-down positioning structure and the folded-up portion have no isolation function or the isolation function is negligible, so that the flexibility of elastic adjustment is reduced due to the folded-up structure.
The arc-shaped concave portion 224 has a structure in which the lowest level of the concave portion is lower than the body portion 21 and the flat portion 223.
