一种治疗脚丫烂脚癣软膏，它由乙酰螺旋霉素片2.0、敌百虫片3.0、维生素B10.2、冰片10.0、枯矾4.8及醋酸氟轻松软膏80.0配制成。它能抑制真菌感染、抗菌消炎、祛湿止痛等方面的药物联合效用，适用于烂脚丫、皮炎、瘙痒、湿痒、脚手皲裂、脖子癣等患者，本品具有疗程短、见效快，达到根治性的效果，无副作用，不油腻衣物。

治疗脚丫烂脚癣软膏
本发明涉及一种治疗脚丫脚烂的脚癣软膏。
脚癣(俗称脚气)是一种发病率很高的多发性皮肤病。近年来，用于治疗脚癣的药物品种类别繁多，对有些患者确有有一定的疗效，例如“脚癣一次净”、“达克宁”、“脚气灵”等，能短时间内止痒，减缓症状，但往往复发率高，多数存在着根治性差，其用量大，对皮肤腐蚀性太大，使用过程中，常有疼痛难忍感，给患者带来不同程度的恐惧感；有些药物由于疗效差，病有弃之不用，迄今为止还没见到治疗脚癣的特效根治药物。
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的不足而提供一种治疗脚丫烂的脚癣软膏，它能抑制真菌感染、抗菌消炎、祛湿止痒止痛等方面的药物联合效用，经对患脚丫烂、癣、痒、痛的病人进行临床实践，具有疗程短、见效快、达到根治性的效果。
本发明的目的是通过下述术方案实现的：一种治疗脚丫烂脚癣软膏，由乙酰螺旋霉素片、敌百虫片、维生素B1、冰片、枯矾及醋酸氟轻松软膏配制成，组份重量比为乙酰螺旋霉素片∶敌百虫片∶维生素B1∶冰片∶枯矾∶醋酸氟轻松软膏=1.8-2.2∶2.8-3.2∶0.15-0.25∶9-11∶4.3-5.3∶78-82，其最合适组份重量比为乙酰螺旋霉素片∶敌百虫片∶维生素B1∶冰片∶枯矾∶醋酸氟轻松软膏=2.0∶3.0∶0.2∶10.0∶4.8∶80.0。
上述技术方案中，乙酰螺旋霉素是广谱类抗生素，主要用于革兰氏阳性菌和部分阴性菌，如葡萄球菌、链球菌，亦可用于螺旋体、立克次氏体感染；敌百虫片外用可抑制虫体胆碱酯酶活性，使虫体麻痹后抱分离杀虫；维生素B1维持神经，用于脚气病的防治，神经炎等；冰片起清凉作用；枯矾起收敛作用；醋酸氟轻松软膏用于神经性皮炎、湿疹、接触性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、过敏性皮炎、扁平苔癣以及搔痒症等。
综上药理作用，本发明将以上几味药合用具有抗菌、消炎、杀虫、祛湿、止痒、止痛等效果甚佳。
本发明的优点是配方简单、原料易得、制作方便、不需要特殊设备。它能抑制真菌感染、抗菌消炎、祛湿止痒止痛等方面的药物联合效用，具有疗程短、见效快，达到根治性的效果。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
以重量比分别取用乙酰螺旋霉素片2克、敌百虫片3克、维生素B1片0.2克、冰片10克及枯矾4.8进行破碎研细，150-200过筛、然后混合均匀，再加入醋酸氟轻松软膏80克调和均匀，即得外用药品。
本发明用于治疗烂脚丫、皮炎、瘙痒、湿痒、脚手皲裂、脖子癣，具有清凉、消炎、杀虫、止痛、止痒作用。病患部位每日擦抹1-2次，本品无副作用，不油腻衣物。本发明经对2000余例患脚烂、癣、痒痛的病人次的临床实践疗效良好，对使用过“脚癣一次净”、“达克宁”无效者用此药膏同样有良好的效果。

1．一种治疗脚丫烂脚癣软膏，其特征在于：它由乙酰螺旋霉素片、敌百虫片、维生素B1、冰片、枯矾及醋酸氟轻松软膏配制成，组份重量比为乙酰螺旋霉素片∶敌百虫片∶维生素B1∶冰片∶枯矾∶醋酸氟轻松软膏=1．8-2．2∶2.8-3.2∶0.15-0.25∶9-11∶4.3-5.3∶78-82。
2、根据权利要求1所述的脚癣软膏，其特征在于：组份重量比为乙酰螺旋霉素片∶敌百虫片∶维生素B1∶冰片∶枯矾∶醋酸氟轻松软膏=2.0∶3.0∶0.2∶10.0∶4.8∶80.0。
