Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the communication system and the communication frequency band supported by the terminal are updated in time according to the judgment of the PLMN ID of the resident target cell, so that the problem that the terminal cannot support the non-domestic system and the non-domestic frequency band when roaming based on the EPLMN is prevented; in addition, the terminal displays the roaming identifier in time, so that misleading of the user to the cognition of the working state of the mobile phone is prevented, unnecessary roaming cost is avoided, and user experience is improved.

Claims (6)

1. A processing method for international roaming under a network configuration peer-to-peer public land mobile network (EPLMN) scene is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after the terminal resides in the target cell, judging the PLMN ID of the target cell;
the terminal determines that the terminal is out of the country according to the judgment result of the PLMN ID;
the terminal judges the current working state of the terminal, and executes mode switching operation and attachment operation to the target cell according to different judgment results;
the terminal executes the mode switching operation when determining that the terminal is out of the country or after receiving an attach receiving message sent by the target cell; the working state is used for representing that the terminal is in an idle state or a connection state, and the mode conversion operation is roaming mode conversion operation;
when the terminal is currently in an idle state, the terminal executes a mode switching operation after receiving an attach receiving message sent by the target cell, including:
after receiving the attachment receiving message sent by the target cell, the terminal receives a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection releasing message sent by a network side and releases RRC connection;
after the terminal enters an idle state again, mode conversion is carried out;
when the terminal is currently in a connected state, after receiving an attach receive message sent by the target cell, the terminal performs a mode switching operation, including:
after receiving the attached receiving message sent by the target cell, the terminal judges whether the terminal completes the data service;
after the data service is determined to be completed, receiving a RRC connection release message issued by a network side, and releasing RRC connection;
and after the terminal enters the idle state again, performing mode conversion.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal performs a mode switching operation comprising:
the terminal only converts the communication system and the communication frequency band supported by the terminal into the communication system and the communication frequency band corresponding to the overseas network, and the terminal is always resident in the target cell in the mode conversion process.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein when the terminal performs the mode switching operation or after performing the mode switching operation, the method further comprises:
the terminal displays a first identifier on a terminal interface according to a preset display mode, wherein the first identifier is used for representing that the terminal is in an international roaming state.
4. An apparatus for processing international roaming in a network configuration EPLMN scenario, the apparatus comprising: the device comprises a processing module and a conversion module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the processing module is used for judging the PLMN ID of the target cell after the terminal resides in the target cell; determining that the PLMN is out of the country according to the judgment result of the PLMN ID;
the switching module is used for judging the current working state of the terminal, and executing corresponding mode switching operation and attaching operation to the target cell according to different judgment results;
the terminal executes the mode switching operation when determining that the terminal is out of the country or after receiving an attach receiving message sent by the target cell; the working state is used for representing that the terminal is in an idle state or a connection state, and the mode conversion operation is roaming mode conversion operation;
a switching module, configured to specifically use when the terminal is in an idle state currently, after receiving an attach receive message sent by the target cell, the terminal receives a radio resource control release RRC connection message sent by a network side, and releases RRC connection; after the terminal enters an idle state again, mode conversion is carried out;
when the terminal is in a connection state currently, the terminal judges whether the terminal completes data service after receiving an attachment receiving message sent by the target cell; after the data service is determined to be completed, receiving a RRC connection release message issued by a network side, and releasing RRC connection; and after the terminal enters the idle state again, performing mode conversion.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:
the display module is used for displaying a first identifier on a terminal interface according to a preset display mode, wherein the first identifier is used for representing that the terminal is in an international roaming state.
6. A terminal, characterized in that it comprises the apparatus of claim 4 or 5.
