When the instruction that the second electronic device instructs to input the identification code of the first target electronic device is not received within the predetermined time, it is determined that the communication connection cannot be established temporarily, and information that the establishment of the communication connection fails may be prompted on the first electronic device.
Step S305, presenting the second-level address book included in the first-level address book.
Step S306, determining a second-level address book selected by the first operation according to the detected first operation, and acquiring a second part of device identification codes included in the selected second-level address book.
The second partial device identification code acquired here serves as a second partial device identification code of a corresponding second electronic device stored in advance.
And step S307, sending a pre-stored second part of device identification code corresponding to the second electronic device.
The second part of the device identification code is used for responding to the instruction so as to enable the second electronic device to establish the communication connection between the first electronic device and the first target electronic device based on the second part of the device identification code.
An example is shown in fig. 4, a first electronic device presents 3 identifiers of second electronic devices, when a user desires to communicate with a first target electronic device in company 3, the "company 3" identifier presented by the first electronic device is clicked, as shown in fig. 5, the first electronic device is triggered to search for a first-level address book corresponding to "company 3", a first part of device identifiers included in the first-level address book are read, and a second-level address book included in the first-level address book "company 3" is presented, each second-level address book includes a second part of device identifiers of one electronic device and a corresponding identifier (such as a user name) of the user; as shown in fig. 6, when the user performs the first operation to select the second-level address book corresponding to the user 1, the first electronic device reads a second part of the device identification code in the second-level address book; subsequently, the first electronic device establishes communication with a second electronic device (company 3 switchboard) based on the read first part of device identification code, responds to an instruction of the second electronic device to acquire a first target electronic device (corresponding to the extension of the user 1 in the company 3) by using the read second part of device identification code, and establishes communication connection with the first target electronic device.
Example four
As shown in fig. 6, the information processing method according to the present embodiment includes:
in step S401, the first electronic device obtains an identifier (such as a company name) of the second electronic device.
Acquiring the identifier of the second electronic device, which may be determining, according to an instruction of a user (such as a touch operation instruction implemented on a screen of the first electronic device, or a voice instruction), the identifier of the second electronic device indicated by the instruction; or, presenting second electronic equipment identifiers in first-level address lists stored by the first electronic equipment (wherein each first-level address list comprises one second electronic equipment identifier), giving the identifiers of the second electronic equipment in a candidate list form, and acquiring the identifiers of the second electronic equipment based on the selection operation of the user.
The identifier of the second electronic device may be the name of the unit to which the second electronic device belongs, and of course, the identifier of the second electronic device may also be a specific symbol pre-allocated to different units, such as "1" for identifying unit 1 and "2" for identifying unit 2, so that the user can quickly indicate the second electronic device to the first electronic device.
Step S402, searching a first-level address book corresponding to the identifier of the second electronic device, and acquiring the first part of device identifiers from the searched first-level address book.
The first electronic device may store a plurality of different first-level address lists, each first-level address list corresponds to one unit, and examples of the format of the first-level address list are as follows: second electronic device identification-a first partial device identification code of the second electronic device; and each unit can use different second electronic equipment, so that the first part of equipment identification codes corresponding to the acquired identification of the second electronic equipment can be searched in the stored multiple first-level address lists.
Step S403, in a second level address book included in the first level address book (the second level address book includes a correspondence between an identifier of the first target electronic device (e.g., a user name) and an identifier of a second part of devices), a second part of device identifiers corresponding to the identifier of the first target electronic device (e.g., the user name of the first target electronic device) is searched.
The scenario corresponding to step S403 is that when the first electronic device presents multiple second-level address lists included in the first-level address list, the number of the second-level address lists may be large, and if the user means may take time to select, the user inputs an identifier of the first target electronic device (for example, a user name of the first target electronic device or an identifier in any other form) that is expected to establish communication connection, and may efficiently find the second part of the device identifier of the first target electronic device in the multiple second-level address lists.
And step S404, establishing communication connection with the second electronic equipment based on the first part of the equipment identification code.
Step S405, judging whether an instruction that the second electronic equipment indicates to input the identification code of the first target electronic equipment is detected, and if so, executing step S406; otherwise, the step S405 is continued.
When the instruction that the second electronic device instructs to input the identification code of the first target electronic device is not received within the predetermined time, it is determined that the communication connection cannot be established temporarily, and information that the establishment of the communication connection fails may be prompted on the first electronic device.
Step S406, sending a pre-stored second part of device identification code corresponding to the second electronic device, that is, the second part of device identification code found in step S403.
6, the first electronic device is triggered to search for a first-level address book corresponding to "company 3", a first part of device identifiers included in the first-level address book are read, and a second-level address book included in the first-level address book "company 3" is presented, each second-level address book includes a second part of device identifiers of one electronic device and a corresponding identifier (such as a user name) of the user; as shown in fig. 7, the first electronic device user inputs the identifier of the user 1 in the company 3 in the search box, and triggers the first electronic device to search for the second part of the device identifier code corresponding to the user 3 in the second level address book included in the first level address book corresponding to "company 3"; subsequently, the first electronic device establishes communication with a second electronic device (company 3 switchboard) based on the read first part of device identification code, responds to an instruction of the second electronic device to acquire a first target electronic device (corresponding to the extension of the user 1 in the company 3) by using the read second part of device identification code, and establishes communication connection with the first target electronic device.

As shown in fig. 9, a user inputs an identifier of a first target electronic device (a name of a user 1) in a search interface of the first electronic device, triggers the first electronic device to search a second-level address book with the name of the user 1 in a stored first-level address book, and if a plurality of second-level address books with identifiers of the first target electronic device are searched (corresponding to a case of a duplicate name, that is, a plurality of units have extensions of the user 1), as shown in fig. 10, presents a plurality of searched second-level address books with identifiers of the first target electronic device; and a corresponding first-level address book, and determining a second-level address book corresponding to the first target electronic device which finally needs to establish a communication connection according to a second operation of the user, as shown in fig. 10, when the first-level address books of the company 1 and the company 2 both have a second-level address book with the same name (user 1), the user determines that a communication connection needs to be established with the user 1 in the company 1, and reads a first part of the device identification code in the first-level address book corresponding to the company 1.
In step S503, the first electronic device establishes a communication connection with the second electronic device based on the first partial device identification code corresponding to the second electronic device.
Step S504, judging whether an instruction that the second electronic equipment indicates to input the identification code of the first target electronic equipment is detected, and if so, executing step S505; otherwise, the step S504 is continuously executed.
When the instruction that the second electronic device instructs to input the identification code of the first target electronic device is not received within the predetermined time, it is determined that the communication connection cannot be established temporarily, and information that the establishment of the communication connection fails may be prompted on the first electronic device.
And step S505, sending a pre-stored second part of device identification code corresponding to the second electronic device.
The second part of the device identification code is used for responding to the instruction so as to enable the second electronic device to establish the communication connection between the first electronic device and the first target electronic device based on the second part of the device identification code.
When the instruction for indicating the input of the identification code of the first target electronic equipment is acquired, the second part of equipment identification code corresponding to the first target electronic equipment is prestored, so that a user does not need to manually input the second part of equipment identification code corresponding to the first target electronic equipment, user operation is saved, communication connection with the first target electronic equipment is conveniently and timely established, and user experience is improved.
EXAMPLE five
Based on any of the foregoing embodiments, when the communication connection between the first electronic device and the first target electronic device is disconnected, communication record information with the first target electronic device may also be generated, where the communication information at least includes an identifier of the first target electronic device; thus, when the first electronic device is triggered to display the latest communication record information, as shown in fig. 11, the second part of the device identification code of the first target electronic device, the first part of the device identification code of the second target electronic device, the identifier (such as the user name) of the first target electronic device, the call time, and the like can be displayed completely, so that the user of the first electronic device can know which user in the company 1 has communicated with.
EXAMPLE six
When the first communication between the first electronic equipment and the electronic equipment in a unit is finished, a first-level address book (which is also a communication gateway) of second electronic equipment (which is a communication gateway) of the corresponding unit needs to be locally stored (if the first-level address book is established, the first-level address book does not need to be repeatedly established), and a second-level address book corresponding to the electronic equipment needs to be locally stored;
as shown in fig. 12, the information processing method according to the present embodiment includes the steps of:
step S601, detecting whether the first communication connection established with the second target electronic equipment is disconnected, if so, executing step S602; otherwise, the step S601 is continuously executed.
