Claims (15)

1. The utility model provides a display module assembly extracting tool which characterized in that includes:
a housing; and
the clamping device is arranged on the upper part of the shell; the clamping device is rotatably connected to the shell and used for clamping a middle frame of the front shell assembly of the mobile phone and driving the middle frame to rotate within a limited angle range;
the heating device is connected with the clamp device and used for heating the front shell assembly of the mobile phone;
the adsorption device is indirectly connected with the clamp device and is used for adsorbing the touch screen of the front shell assembly of the mobile phone;
the splitting device is connected with the clamp device and used for supporting the clamp device to rotate so as to split the middle frame and the touch screen;
the heating device, the adsorption device and the splitting device are partially or integrally arranged in the shell.
2. The display module removal tool of claim 1, wherein the clamping device comprises a bracket, a bracket rotatably coupled to the bracket, and a retainer coupled to an end of the bracket.
3. The display module removal tool of claim 2, wherein the clamping device further comprises a press fit on a side of the bracket for securing the front cover assembly to the bracket.
4. The display module removal tool of claim 2, wherein the bracket bottom is provided with a ramp that abuts the detachment device.
5. The display module removal tool of claim 2, wherein the retention frame defines a slot for engaging an end of the bracket.
6. The display module removal tool of claim 1, wherein the heating device comprises a heater, a temperature controller and a time relay respectively connected to the heater, and a heating wire connected to the heater through a heat transfer medium.
7. The display module removal tool of claim 1, wherein the suction device comprises a suction cup for sucking the touch screen of the mobile phone front shell assembly, and a suction valve connected with the suction cup through a suction pipe.
8. The display module disassembling tool of claim 7, wherein the suction device further comprises a fixing plate for fixing the suction cup, and a bottom of the fixing plate is provided with a socket for inserting the air suction pipe.
9. The display module removal tool of claim 1, wherein the detachment device comprises a lead screw assembly, a slide assembly adapted to the lead screw assembly, and the lead screw assembly is configured to drive the slide assembly to abut against the clamp device.
10. The display module removal tool of claim 9, wherein the detachment device further comprises a slide rail adapted to the slide assembly.
11. The display module removal tool of claim 9, wherein the sliding assembly further comprises a connecting portion adapted to the lead screw assembly, wherein the connecting portion is provided with a support portion, and the support portion is provided with a roller abutting against the clamping device.
12. The display module removal tool of claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises a gas pressure gauge and a power interface.
13. A method for using the display module disassembling tool according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising the steps of:
placing and fixing the mobile phone front shell assembly in the clamp device, and attaching the mobile phone front shell assembly to the adsorption device;
operating the heating device to heat the front shell assembly of the mobile phone, and operating the adsorption device to adsorb the front shell assembly of the mobile phone;
the disassembling device is operated to support the clamp device to drive one end of the middle frame of the front shell assembly of the mobile phone to move upwards, the adsorption device adsorbs the touch screen of the front shell assembly of the mobile phone to enable the touch screen not to displace, and the middle frame is separated from the touch screen to complete disassembling of the front shell assembly of the mobile phone.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein operating the heating device to heat the front cover assembly and operating the adsorbing device to adsorb the front cover assembly comprises:
operating a temperature controller and a time relay of the heating device to adjust a heating temperature and a heating time; the temperature controller is used for setting the temperature for heating the mobile phone front shell assembly, and the time relay is used for setting the time for heating the mobile phone front shell assembly;
and opening an air suction valve of the adsorption device to enable a sucker of the adsorption device to adsorb the touch screen of the mobile phone front shell assembly.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein operating the detaching device to support the clamping device to move the end of the middle frame of the front shell assembly of the mobile phone upward comprises:
and operating a hand wheel of the splitting device to drive a lead screw to rotate, driving a sliding assembly to move by the lead screw, and propping one end of a bracket of the clamp device by a roller on the sliding assembly to move upwards.
