And the agent control point maintains the state information of the related media such as the current episode information and tracks and acquires the play control state information of the intelligent television, when the APP sends a pause play instruction, the agent control point forwards the pause play instruction to the intelligent television to pause the play of the current episode, and records and caches the play position information. When the APP sends a play resuming instruction again, the agent control point interacts with the smart television and the enhanced media server, and the playing is continued from the previously paused position.
When the user controls the television to stop playing the series, the agent control point learns the 'stop playing' state by tracking the playing control state information of the intelligent television, and records and stores the playing position information. When the user starts playing the series again next time, the agent control point can read the playing position information cached before, and control the smart television to continue playing from the previous position.
It should be noted that, the apparatus provided by the present invention is an apparatus applying the method for controlling media sharing, and all embodiments of the method for controlling media sharing are applicable to the apparatus and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an enhanced media server 34, which includes the device for controlling media sharing as described above.
The sharing control of the associated media is processed by the agent control point 33 on the enhanced media server 34, and the playing control state can be continuously tracked and maintained, in the process, the control point device 31 can be disconnected and powered off without participating in interaction, and the control point device 31 has good independence and does not need to consider factors such as power consumption of the control point device 31.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an enhanced media server 34, wherein the enhanced media server 34 has a logic function unit, i.e. the above-mentioned device for controlling media sharing, in addition to the content storage and management, content directory service, connection management service, and media delivery service of the conventional media server 35.
The enhanced media server 34 converts the first control instruction related to the associated media into a second control instruction for the media element in the associated media, which can be recognized and processed by the media presentation device 32, through the proxy control point 33 (i.e., the device for controlling media sharing).
In the above instruction conversion and execution process, the control point device 31 may only interact with the enhanced media server 34, and does not need to directly interact with the media presentation device 32; the enhanced media server 34 interacts with the media presentation device 32 through the proxy control point 33, and feeds back the interaction result and play control status to the proxy control point 33 when necessary.
The enhanced media server 34 tracks the playout state on the media presentation device 32 via the proxy control point 33, maintaining the associated media related playout state on the enhanced media server 34. In this process, the control point device 31 may not be involved, offline or even powered off. The control point device 31 may also obtain the above-mentioned playing status information from the enhanced media server 34, if desired.
The maintenance of the broadcast control state by the proxy control point 33 of the enhanced media server 34 can continuously update and maintain the most recent broadcast control state (the broadcast progress, the broadcast node, which tv is broadcast, which time point is broadcast), and the state information can be recorded and buffered in the memory, or stored in the non-volatile storage unit.
Accordingly, since the apparatus for controlling media sharing according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied to the enhanced media server 34, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an enhanced media server 34, wherein the implementation embodiments of the apparatus for controlling media sharing are all applied to the embodiment of the enhanced media server 34, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (13)

1. A method of controlling media sharing, comprising:
acquiring a first control instruction from control point equipment, wherein the first control instruction carries information of a playing target associated media;
analyzing the first control instruction, determining the target associated media, and determining target media elements corresponding to the target associated media according to a pre-established associated corresponding table, wherein the associated corresponding table is a corresponding relation established between each associated media and media elements in the associated media to which the associated media belongs;
and acquiring and converting the first control instruction into a second control instruction carrying the target media element according to a playing format supported by the media presentation equipment, sending the second control instruction to the media presentation equipment, and receiving the presentation information fed back by the media presentation equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the playing format supported by the media presentation device comprises a protocol format or a custom format of a plug and play UPnP/Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA).
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the associated media are media play directories, and the media elements are media contents in each media play directory.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of converting the first control instruction into a second control instruction carrying the target media element, sending the second control instruction to a media presentation device, and receiving the presentation information fed back by the media presentation device includes:
and sending the second control instruction to the media presentation equipment, receiving the presentation information fed back by the media presentation equipment, and analyzing the broadcast control state of the target media element in the fed back presentation information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the second control instruction comprises: and controlling one or more of continuous playing, playing according to a preset mode, pausing playing and repeated playing of the target media elements displayed by the media display equipment.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the step after the step of sending the second control instruction to the media presentation device, receiving the presentation information fed back by the media presentation device, and analyzing the broadcast control state of the target media element in the fed back presentation information further comprises:
and when the progress of the target media element in the feedback display information is analyzed to be playing pause, recording the playing position and time information.
7. An apparatus for controlling media sharing applied to an enhanced media server, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a control point device, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first control instruction from the control point device, and the first control instruction carries information of a playing target associated media;
the processing module is used for analyzing the first control instruction, determining the target associated media and determining target media elements corresponding to the target associated media according to a pre-established associated corresponding table, wherein the associated corresponding table is a corresponding relation established between each associated media and media elements in the associated media to which the associated media belongs;
and the conversion interaction module is used for acquiring and converting the first control instruction into a second control instruction carrying the target media element according to a playing format supported by the media presentation equipment, sending the second control instruction to the media presentation equipment, and receiving the presentation information fed back by the media presentation equipment.
8. The apparatus for controlling media sharing according to claim 7, wherein the playing format supported by the media presentation device includes a protocol format or a custom format of a plug and play UPnP/Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA).
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the associated media are media playing directories, and the media elements are media contents in each media playing directory.
10. The apparatus for controlling media sharing according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the conversion interaction module comprises:
and the interaction submodule is used for sending the second control instruction to the media presentation equipment, receiving the presentation information fed back by the media presentation equipment and analyzing the broadcast control state of the target media element in the fed back presentation information.

The apparatus for controlling media sharing according to claim 10, wherein the second control instruction comprises: and controlling one or more of continuous playing, playing according to a preset mode, pausing playing and repeated playing of the target media elements displayed by the media display equipment.
12. The apparatus for controlling media sharing according to claim 11, further comprising:
