Description

Access point interface configuration recovery method and device and home gateway
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for recovering access point interface configuration and a home gateway.
Background
An important networking form of a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is that an Access Point (AP) is used as a central device, and a Wireless terminal (i.e., a Wireless client) is connected to the AP to realize interconnection. In a Home network, an AP is usually integrated into a Home Gateway (HGW) device, so as to provide a service platform for wireless interworking for Home users while implementing Internet (Internet) sharing by Home internal terminals.
A plurality of virtual APs may be Set on the wireless interface of the home gateway device, including a master virtual AP and a plurality of slave virtual APs, where each virtual AP corresponds to a Service Set Identifier (SSID). The SSID is a unique ID code broadcasted by the AP to identify the AP, and simply is the name of a wireless network. By configuring different SSID names, encryption manners, key values and other information for each virtual AP, separation of wireless local area networks can be achieved. Generally, the master virtual AP is used as a private virtual AP to construct a private wireless network, and the wireless terminals allowed to access directly share the Internet network, while the other slave virtual APs may define different service networks according to requirements, such as allowing to access only an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) system.
When each home gateway leaves a factory, the initial configuration of the main virtual AP is preset, the initial configuration information is marked on the surface of home gateway equipment, a user can conveniently check and use the home gateway equipment, and the user can also modify the corresponding information such as the SSID name, the encryption mode, the key value and the like. When a user changes the initial configuration, wants to restore the primary virtual AP to the initial configuration, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a method for restoring the configuration of the primary virtual AP according to the related art, as shown in fig. 1, the following three ways may be adopted in the related art:
the method is characterized in that a webpage (web) management page is logged in to restore the factory settings of the whole machine.
The web management page refers to an operation page provided for a user by the home gateway to realize configuration management. In a web management mode of the home gateway, a factory-returning button is usually preset, and a user can perform a factory-returning operation on the home gateway by clicking the button, wherein the factory-returning operation includes returning all virtual AP related configurations to a factory state. The equipment can be restarted after the equipment performs the operation of factory restoration, and the restarting time is different according to different equipment.
And the second mode is a method for restoring factory configuration of the whole machine by using a uniform reset key.
The Reset key is a key for setting an entity outside the home gateway device, and a user can restore the home gateway device to a factory state by pressing the entity key, wherein the restoration includes restoring all the virtual AP related configurations to the factory state. The equipment can be restarted after the equipment performs the operation of factory restoration, and the restarting time is different according to different equipment.
And thirdly, using the remote management device to carry out factory restoration configuration on the home gateway.
In addition to the two manners described above, the remote management apparatus may perform remote management on the home gateway through a TR069 protocol, and TR098 also specifies a Remote Procedure Call (RPC) method for remotely restoring the home gateway device to the factory state, which includes restoring all the virtual AP related configurations to the factory state. The equipment can be restarted after the equipment performs the operation of factory restoration, and the restarting time is different according to different equipment.
Therefore, the method for recovering the initial configuration of the AP provided in the related art is a method for recovering the configuration of the whole home gateway. The inventors have found in the course of their research that the above-mentioned means provided in the related art suffer from at least the following disadvantages:
1. the factory configuration of the AP interface can not be directionally restored, and the factory state of the AP interface can only be restored in a sequential manner when the whole machine is restored to the factory;
2. the whole machine can be restarted after the factory configuration is restored, so that the user experience is influenced;
3. after factory configuration is restored, all configurations of the home gateway need to be reconfigured, and user experience is further influenced.
Aiming at the problem of poor user experience caused by recovering the AP interface configuration through a configuration recovery scheme of a home gateway in the related art, an effective solution is not provided at present.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention will be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an AP interface configuration recovery method, which is applied to a home gateway provided with a master virtual AP and a slave virtual AP, where fig. 2 is a flowchart of the AP interface configuration recovery method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, an interface configuration recovery request is obtained from the virtual AP, wherein the interface configuration recovery request carries authentication information of the main virtual AP;
step S204, verifying whether the authentication information is legal;
and step S206, under the condition that the authentication information is verified to be legal, restoring the interface configuration of the main virtual AP to be the preset interface configuration.
Through the steps, the interface configuration of the main virtual AP is restored to the preset interface configuration according to the interface configuration restoration request carrying the authentication information of the legal main virtual AP, so that the AP interface configuration restoration method is provided. Compared with the mode of recovering the complete machine configuration of the home gateway in the related art, the mode can keep other configurations of the home gateway, and avoids the complicated configuration process of other configurations. Therefore, through the steps, the problem of poor user experience caused by the fact that the AP interface configuration is recovered through the configuration recovery scheme of the home gateway in the related technology is solved, and the user experience is improved.
Preferably, the home gateway may obtain the interface configuration recovery request in an RPC manner, or may obtain the interface configuration recovery request in other manners.
For example, for a wireless client supporting hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP), the home gateway may receive, from the virtual AP, an HTTP access request that has been accessed to a wireless client in the virtual AP and is sent from the wireless client in the virtual AP, where the HTTP access request is used to request a preset page; and then the home gateway can access the preset page indicated by the request through the HTTP to acquire the interface configuration recovery request input by the user. By adopting the method, the user is required to memorize the page address of the preset page, and an HTTP access request for accessing the page address of the preset page is sent to the home gateway under the condition that the wireless client is accessed to the slave virtual AP.
For another example, after receiving the HTTP access request sent by the wireless client, the home gateway may forcibly redirect the access page of the HTTP access request to a preset page regardless of which page the access address carried in the HTTP access request is; the user can realize the generation of the interface configuration recovery request on the preset page through text input or button operation and the like, so that the home gateway receives the interface configuration recovery request input by the user through the preset page. By adopting the method, the user does not need to memorize the page address of the preset page any more, and the user experience is further improved.
It should be noted that, the slave virtual AP in this embodiment may be any ordinary slave virtual AP, and preferably, the AP may support the HTTP protocol. In order to fully utilize the characteristic that the slave virtual AP performs isolation according to the traffic, a dedicated slave virtual AP may be used for interface configuration recovery of the master virtual AP. For example, the dedicated slave virtual AP is an open AP, and any wireless device can access the dedicated slave virtual AP as long as its IP address assignment meets the requirements. The slave virtual AP can set a public key and even access directly without key authentication. In addition, in order to secure the security of the wireless devices accessing the slave virtual AP for installation, it is possible to set the wireless devices accessing the dedicated slave virtual AP not to access each other.
Preferably, in the case that the authentication information is verified to be illegal, the home gateway may return authentication failure information from the virtual AP, and record the number of authentication failures in a certain period of time; under the condition that the authentication failure times exceed the preset value in the certain time period, a timer can be started, and the validity verification of the authentication information is not carried out any more before the preset time is reached (namely before the timer is overtime). The ways of not performing validity verification include: and closing the relevant interface/interface for acquiring the interface configuration recovery request, or directly discarding the interface configuration recovery request received before the preset time is reached.
Preferably, in this embodiment, a manner for accessing the slave virtual AP by the wireless client is also provided, for example, the home gateway receives an access request for accessing the wireless client sending the interface configuration recovery request from the virtual AP; allocating an IP address to a wireless client which automatically acquires the IP address in a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) mode; and under the condition that the IP address is successfully allocated to the wireless client which automatically acquires the IP address, accessing the wireless client to the slave virtual AP. Or the home gateway receives an access request for accessing the wireless client sending the interface configuration recovery request to the slave virtual AP; judging whether the IP address of the wireless client with the manually set IP address is the IP address in a preset address pool of the home gateway or not; and under the condition that the IP address of the wireless client with the manually set IP address is judged to be the IP address in the preset address pool of the home gateway, and the IP address manually set by the wireless client does not conflict with the IP addresses of other devices accessed to the home gateway, accessing the wireless client to the slave virtual AP.
Preferably, the authentication information includes: the home gateway comprises an Ethernet point-to-point protocol (PPPoE) dial account number required by accessing the Internet and a preset key value of a primary virtual AP. Wherein the preset key value of the master virtual AP is generally available from the shell of the home gateway.
In this embodiment, an AP interface configuration recovery apparatus is further provided, which is applied to a home gateway provided with a master virtual AP and a slave virtual AP, and is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have already been described and are not described again, and a description is provided below for modules involved in the apparatus. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an AP interface configuration recovery apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: the system comprises an obtaining module 32, a verifying module 34 and a recovering module 36, wherein the obtaining module 32 is configured to obtain an interface configuration recovering request from the virtual AP, where the interface configuration recovering request carries authentication information of the master virtual AP; a verification module 34, coupled to the obtaining module 32, for verifying whether the authentication information is legal; and a restoring module 36, coupled to the verifying module 34, for restoring the interface configuration of the main virtual AP to the preset interface configuration if the verifying module 34 verifies that the authentication information is legal.
Preferably, the acquisition module 22 comprises: a first receiving unit configured to receive an HTTP access request from a virtual AP; the redirection unit is coupled to the first receiving unit and used for redirecting the access page of the HTTP access request to a preset page; and the second receiving unit is used for receiving an interface configuration recovery request input by a user through a preset page.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises: the first processing module is coupled to the verification module 34 and is used for returning authentication failure information and recording the number of authentication failures when the verification module 34 verifies that the authentication information is illegal; and under the condition that the authentication failure times exceed the preset value, the validity verification of the authentication information is not carried out before the preset time is reached.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises: the receiving module is used for receiving an access request for accessing the wireless client sending the interface configuration recovery request to the slave virtual AP; the second processing module is coupled to the receiving module and used for distributing the IP address to the wireless client which automatically acquires the IP address in a DHCP mode; or judging whether the IP address of the wireless client with the manually set IP address is the IP address in the preset address pool of the home gateway or not; the access module is coupled to the second processing module and used for allocating the IP address to the wireless client which successfully acquires the IP address; or the wireless client is accessed to the slave virtual AP under the condition that the IP address of the wireless client for manually setting the IP address is judged to be the IP address in the preset address pool of the home gateway, and the IP address manually set by the wireless client is not in conflict with the IP addresses of other devices accessed to the home gateway.
Preferably, the authentication information includes: the home gateway accesses a PPPoE dialing account number required by the internet and a preset key value of the primary virtual AP.
The present embodiment further provides a home gateway, including: the above-mentioned AP interface configuration recovery device.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
In order that the description of the embodiments of the invention will be more apparent, reference is now made to the preferred embodiments for illustration.
The preferred embodiment provides a method for recovering a home gateway AP interface configuration, so as to overcome the problem that a specific virtual AP configuration cannot be directionally recovered in the prior art. In the preferred embodiment, a method for implementing configuration recovery of a master virtual AP by using a slave virtual AP as an access point is provided.
The method for recovering a master virtual AP by using a slave virtual AP according to the preferred embodiment includes the following steps:
step 1, a physical AP interface of the home gateway at least needs to start a slave virtual AP except for starting a master virtual AP by default. The slave virtual AP is used as an open access point, encryption is not configured, and any wireless client can be associated with the slave virtual AP;
step 2, the wireless client associates the slave virtual AP, and when HTTP service access is carried out, the home gateway redirects an HTTP access page to the home gateway (a preset fixed page which comprises an authentication information input box and an action execution button which are necessary for restoring the master virtual AP to a factory state;
and 3, inputting and submitting correct authentication information in the redirection page by the user, and directionally restoring the main virtual AP to a factory state after the home gateway passes authentication. The whole process does not affect other modules and applications, and the home gateway is not restarted;
step 4, after detecting the wrong authentication information, the home gateway returns an information prompt of authentication failure through the page, and allows the user to authenticate again;
and 5, limiting the retry times of the authentication failure by the home gateway, ashing the authentication condition input box and the recovery button of the redirection page after the retry times of the authentication failure reach the upper limit, not allowing the user to perform recovery operation any more, and simultaneously setting recovery time for releasing the limitation by the home gateway.
Preferably, in step 1, the SSID name of the slave virtual AP is preset and may correspond to the name of the master virtual AP. The wireless client can search the associated AP in the wireless coverage range of the home gateway, and meanwhile, the home gateway allocates an IP address for the wireless client in a DHCP mode, if the IP address of the wireless client is manually configured, the IP address must be consistent with the address of a home gateway preset address pool, otherwise, no response is carried out;
preferably, in step 2, the association is from the wireless client of the virtual AP, not allowing access to other traffic than HTTP, and will be redirected to the specified page upon HTTP traffic access. In addition, the slave virtual AP is isolated from other LAN-side interfaces (including wired interfaces and other virtual AP interfaces). Preferably, no communication of any form is possible between wireless clients associated with this slave virtual AP.
In step 2 and step 3, the authentication information in the redirection page includes a PPPoE dialing account number required by the home gateway to access the Internet and a default factory key value of the primary virtual AP. The home gateway stores the authentication information in the database and the configuration file, after the user inputs the authentication information, the home gateway compares the input value with the stored authentication information, if the input value is consistent with the stored authentication information, the authentication is passed, and the operation of recovering the default configuration of the main virtual AP can be further executed, as described in step 3; if the user is inconsistent with the user, an error message is prompted to inform the user of the reason for the failure, as described in step 4. The prompt information can be displayed in the current authentication page, or a new prompt page can be popped up, and the reason of the failure is preferably determined in the failure information, so that the user can accurately correct the input information.
In step 5, the home gateway limits the number of authentication failures, and the home gateway sets a counter and a timer, and can preset the upper limit value of the counter and the timeout time of the timer. Every time authentication fails, the counter is added with one in an accumulated mode, meanwhile, whether the current accumulated value of the counter reaches an upper limit value or not is judged, if the current accumulated value of the counter does not reach the upper limit value, the reason of the authentication failure of the user is prompted through a page, the user is allowed to input authentication information again, and the operation is as described in step 5; if the accumulated value reaches the upper limit value, the user is informed that the maximum authentication times are reached, meanwhile, the authentication information input box and the recovery button are ashed, the timer is started, and after the timer reaches the overtime time, the authentication information is allowed to be input again, and the recovery operation is carried out.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described and illustrated in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for restoring configuration of a master virtual AP according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 4, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S401, the home gateway detects that the wireless client accesses the slave virtual AP access point. Generally, the slave virtual AP is an open access point, encryption is not configured, and the name of the slave virtual AP has an association with the name of the master virtual AP, so that when a plurality of slave virtual APs exist, rapid distinction can be performed. For example, the name of the master virtual AP is SSID1, and the name of the slave virtual AP is SSID 1-HELP. In addition, the wireless client is provided with a browser and supports an HTTP access function. After accessing the slave virtual AP, the wireless client may automatically acquire a private IP address assigned by the home gateway, or manually set an IP address that matches the home gateway address pool, but cannot access all traffic other than HTTP, and cannot communicate with other LAN-side interfaces (including wired interfaces and other virtual AP interfaces), that is, the slave virtual AP is isolated from other LAN-side interfaces.
Step S402, when the wireless client side accesses the HTTP service, the home gateway does not forward the service according to the normal flow, but pushes the service to an authentication page forcibly. E.g., wireless client access "www.xxx.com," the home gateway will force the access page to the specified authentication page. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an authentication page according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, which includes an authentication information input box, associated prompt information, and an action button.
Step S403, the home gateway receives authentication information submitted by the user, including a dialing account for the current PPPoE connection of the home gateway and a default key of the main virtual AP. The key of the default master virtual AP may be obtained on the home gateway shell tag. Because the key of the default main virtual AP of each home gateway has uniqueness and the PPPoE dialing account number of each user also has uniqueness, the key is used as an authentication condition, and the information security can be fully ensured.
Step S404, the home gateway starts a counter immediately after receiving the authentication information, compares PPPoE dialing account numbers stored in the database and the default configuration file with the key of the main virtual AP, if the data are consistent, the authentication is passed, and restores the configuration of the main virtual AP to the factory default state, meanwhile, the configuration of other users is kept unchanged, and other services are not influenced; if the data are not consistent, the authentication fails, the reason of the authentication failure (such as error of PPPoE account number, error of default AP key and the like) is prompted through a page, and meanwhile, the counter is increased by one.
In step S405, the home gateway determines the counter value in step S404, and if the counter value exceeds the limit number (e.g., three times), the home gateway prompts that the authentication limit number has been exceeded through a page, and grays out the authentication information input box and the recovery button to prevent the user from repeatedly operating. Starting a timer, keeping the ashing state before the timer is overtime, automatically removing ashing after the timer is overtime, allowing the user to input authentication information again and operating a recovery button, namely restarting the process of the step S403 and the following steps; if the limit number of times is not exceeded, the flow of step S403 and below is allowed to continue.
In summary, according to the above-described embodiments and preferred embodiments of the present invention, by using the manner of recovering the configuration of the master virtual AP from the virtual AP, compared with the prior art, not only the directional recovery of the configuration of the master virtual AP is achieved, but also the security of operation is fully ensured through page authentication, the whole machine is not restarted, and the user experience effect is significantly improved.
In another embodiment, a software is provided, which is used to execute the technical solutions described in the above embodiments and preferred embodiments.
In another embodiment, a storage medium is provided, in which the software is stored, and the storage medium includes but is not limited to: optical disks, floppy disks, hard disks, erasable memory, etc.
