In this embodiment, in order to make the switch cover 2 and the sealing seat 4 form a tighter connection, so as to ensure the sealing effect of the switch assembly, the bottom periphery of the switch cover 2 extends outwards to form the connection convex ring 23, the sealing ring 8 is provided with a U-shaped first ring groove 81 in which the connection convex ring 23 is embedded, and the sealing seat 4 is provided with a U-shaped second ring groove 43 in which the sealing ring 8 is embedded. The sealing ring 8 in the embodiment is made of soft oil-proof rubber, so that the clamping of the hard material and the soft material can play a better role in oil proofing and water proofing. In addition, after the range hood is used for a long time, oil and water can be collected in the inner cavity and the inner wall, so that the flange 41 extending outwards is arranged on the rear end surface of the sealing seat 4 along the length direction of the control panel 1, and the drainage groove 42 for oil and water to flow through is formed between the flange 41 and the control panel 1, so that the oil and the water can flow along the two sides of the switch assembly under the action of gravity, and can not flow forward or permeate into the switch assembly.
The first switch bracket 5 and the second switch bracket 6 are both plate-shaped, wherein the first switch bracket 5 is disposed at one end of the sealing seat 4, and one end of the first switch bracket 5 is connected to the switch cover 2 and is provided with a first mounting hole 53 through which the fastener 10 passes. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first switch bracket 5 has a U-shaped cross section, and a diversion trench 52 extending along the length direction of the control panel 1 is formed in the first switch bracket, and two ends of the diversion trench 52 face two ends of the diversion trench 42 respectively. The U-shaped recess 61 for embedding the other end of the sealing seat 4 is provided at one end of the second switch bracket 6, the mounting seats 62 connected with the switch cover 2 are respectively provided at two sides of the recess 61, and the second mounting holes 621 penetrating the fasteners 10 are provided on the mounting seats 62, so that the switch cover 2 is firmly connected with the control panel 1, and the mounting structure of the switch assembly is stable. Further, the first switch bracket 5 is disposed at the rear end of the sealing seat 4, the other end of the first switch bracket 5 extends along the direction perpendicular to the control panel 1 to form a liquid baffle 51 parallel to the sealing seat 4, the second switch bracket 6 is disposed at the front end of the sealing seat 4, and the other end of the second switch bracket 6 is bent to form a protective cover 63 surrounding the periphery of the switch cover 2. The liquid baffle 51 can lead the water from top to bottom to the two sides of the switch assembly by the first switch bracket 5, prevent the water from entering the inside of the switch assembly, and the protective cover 63 can isolate the water vapor from bottom to top. Here, the rear end and the front end of the seal seat 4 are described with reference to the control panel 1.
In this embodiment, the number of the fasteners 10 is four, two of the fasteners are uniformly distributed at one end of the switch cover 2 and are respectively connected with the first switch bracket 5, and the remaining two fasteners are respectively connected with the two mounting seats 62, that is, the installation of the switch assembly can be completed through four screws, so that the installation and maintenance of the switch assembly are facilitated.
Since the switch cover 2 is generally made of plastic, and the fastening members 10 are generally metal members, in order to avoid the switch cover 2 from being broken due to insufficient strength after being connected with the fastening members 10, the through holes 24 of the switch cover 2 through which the fastening members 10 pass are respectively provided with a metal protection seat 22, and each fastening member 10 sequentially passes through the metal protection seat 22 and the through holes 24 of the switch cover 2 to be connected with the mounting seat 62 of the first switch bracket 5 or the second switch bracket 6. The metal protective base 22 can be arranged on the switch cover 2 by means of adhesive bonding. Further, four outwardly extending mounting lugs 22 are provided on the outer periphery of the switch cover 2 in one-to-one correspondence with the fasteners 10, and the through holes 24 are provided in the respective mounting lugs 22.
In summary, the control panel 1 and the range hood body form a sealing cavity, so as to form a first sealing line, the sealing seat 4, the sealing ring 8 and the bottom periphery of the switch cover 2 are in sealing contact with the sealing seat 4 through the sealing ring 8, so that the switch assembly and the control panel 1 form a sealing structure, steam and oil smoke can be effectively prevented from penetrating into the sealing cavity, a second sealing line is formed, in addition, the first switch bracket 5 can guide water from top to bottom to two sides of the switch assembly, water is prevented from entering the switch assembly, and the second switch bracket 6 can isolate water vapor from bottom to top. Therefore, the switch assembly can achieve the IP 6-level protection effect, oil water is effectively prevented from entering the switch assembly, and the performance stability of the switch assembly is ensured.

The switch assembly according to claim 7, wherein the fasteners (10) are screws and are four, two of which are uniformly distributed at one end of the switch cover (2) and are respectively connected with the first switch bracket (5), and the remaining two are respectively connected with the two mounting seats (62).
9. A switch assembly according to claim 1, wherein the sealing ring (8) is a soft oil-resistant rubber sealing ring.
