本发明涉及一种智能化低压配电柜系统,它包括至少一个断路器,所述断路器与控制模块相连,所述控制模块与通信转换模块相连,所述通信转换模块与以太网交换模块相连,所述以太网交换模块与监控系统相连,所述控制模块包括采集模块、显示模块和发送模块,所述显示模块和发送模块分别与采集模块相连,所述采集模块与断路器相连,所述发送模块与通信转换模块相连,所述监控系统包括监控主机、打印机和移动终端。本发明远程可视化,实现遥信、遥控、遥调,节能增效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电柜系统,具体涉及一种低压配电柜系统。
背景技术
目前,我国传统的低压配电柜主开关的分、合、故障状态通过指示灯显示,系统的各种电量值通过柜门上的表计显示,且仅显示最基本的测量信息。开关分合需要工作人员手动操作,设备故障前不能及时发现设备的异常,设备运行时需要专人值守并巡查,这将消耗很多的人力和资源。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种远程可视化,实现遥信、遥控、遥调,节能增效的智能化低压配电柜系统。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种智能化低压配电柜系统,它包括至少一个断路器,所述断路器与控制模块相连,所述控制模块与通信转换模块相连,所述通信转换模块与以太网交换模块相连,所述以太网交换模块与监控系统相连,所述控制模块包括采集模块、显示模块和发送模块,所述显示模块和发送模块分别与采集模块相连,所述采集模块与断路器相连,所述发送模块与通信转换模块相连,所述监控系统包括监控主机、打印机和移动终端。
所述以太网交换模块为以太网交换机。
所述打印机与监控主机相连。
所述移动终端与监控主机无线连接。
本发明分三步:
1.采集测量:将主开关的所有状态以及系统的所有电量值转换成数据采集出来。
2.智能互联:提取数据并发送至远程(将所测数据发送至显示器和专用能源数据服务器,其他设备可通过以太网接口访问数据)。
3.节能增效:带以太网接口的终端显示器本地显示主要参数值,个人电脑浏览器显示趋势等更多数据,并可通过无线网络连接至手机等无线终端,从而实现远程遥信、遥调。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过各模块互相配合连接,能实现柜体与本地显示屏和远程服务器之间的数据传输,并使全部数据在远程可视化,实现遥信、遥控、遥调,
可实时连接能效管理平台,使总体能耗情况在远程一目了然,基于数据分析,制定节能举措、实时监测和控制,实现关键负载实时平稳运行,同时还可以通过在线服务获取能源和站点信息,将配电方案传输到云端,实现共享,跟踪并分析趋势,以便优化方案节省能耗。

如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的一种智能化低压配电柜系统,它包括至少一个断路器1,所述断路器1与控制模块2相连,所述控制模块2与通信转换模块3相连,所述通信转换模块3与以太网交换模块4相连,所述以太网交换模块4与监控系统5相连,所述控制模块2包括采集模块6、显示模块7和发送模块8,所述显示模块7和发送模块8分别与采集模块6相连,所述采集模块6与断路器1相连,所述发送模块8与通信转换模块3相连,所述监控系统5包括监控主机9、打印机10和移动终端11;所述以太网交换模块4为以太网交换机;所述打印机10与监控主机9相连;所述移动终端11与监控主机9无线连接。本发明通过各模块互相配合连接,能实现柜体与本地显示屏和远程服务器之间的数据传输,并使全部数据在远程可视化,实现遥信、遥控、遥调,
