Abstract

本发明公开了一种防雷装置的石墨接地体,在石墨主杆侧壁周围分布连接有石墨支杆,在所述石墨主杆的外侧固定有螺旋形金属支架,所述各石墨支杆分别固定在金属支架上。本发明可使导电性能较强的石墨但不用担心其支撑强度,螺旋金属支架都具有很好的支撑作用,不会造成石墨主杆和石墨支杆断裂。螺旋金属支架不仅仅起到导电作用,更主要的功能是起到支撑强导电石墨的作用,即使金属受到腐蚀或氧化,都不影响强导电石墨的正常功能。只要金属的支撑强度存在就能确保石墨的完整性,保证接地功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及避雷器技术领域中的接地配件,具体涉及一种防雷装置的石墨接地体。
背景技术
目前,防雷装置主要包括避雷针,引线和接地体。现有防雷装置的接地体基本都是金属件,需要掩埋深度大,工作量大,效率低。由于金属长时间受到腐蚀后,接地效果变差,接地阻值升高,影响防雷功能,平均寿命为2-5年,期间需要检测和更换,比较麻烦。石墨具有抗氧化、耐腐蚀和使用寿命长的特点,部分防雷技术文献中记载了采用石墨配合金属的防雷接地体,然而这种复合结构比较复杂,工艺难度大,长时间使用后金属与石墨之间接触性能变差,导电性随之变差,当金属失去导电功能后仅依靠石墨作为接地体是电阻率很大,很难实现有效防雷效果。传统方法中没有将纯石墨直接用作接地体的原因之一是纯石墨的电阻率较大,而硬度降低后的石墨往往容易因折损而失去连接作用,影响导电效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有防雷接地体存在的问题和不足,提供一种防雷装置的石墨接地体。
为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种防雷装置的石墨接地体,包括石墨主杆,在石墨主杆侧壁周围分布连接有石墨支杆,或者在石墨支杆上再连接有石墨支杆,在所述石墨主杆的外侧固定有螺旋形金属支架,所述各石墨支杆分别固定在金属支架上。所述螺旋金属支架的上端和下端分别设置有固定套,通过固定套分别套装在石墨主杆的上、下端。所述各石墨支杆与螺旋形金属支架之间通过金属固定件连接。
有益效果:本发明的结构特点,可以使用导电性能较强的石墨但不用担心其支撑强度,本发明的强导电石墨的支撑可以依靠螺旋金属支架来支撑,无论是在掩埋过程,或者在掩埋后的使用阶段,螺旋金属支架都具有很好的支撑作用,不会造成石墨主杆和石墨支杆断裂。即使因不正确操作造成个别石墨支杆断裂,在螺旋金属支架的连接作用下,也能充分发挥与地接触的导电作用,螺旋金属支架不仅仅起到导电作用,更主要的功能是起到支撑强导电石墨的作用,所以本发明主要依靠强导电石墨作为接地的主体,即使金属受到腐蚀或氧化,都不影响强导电石墨的正常功能。只要金属的支撑强度存在就能确保石墨的完整性,保证接地功能。

具体实施方式
一种防雷装置的石墨接地体,参见图1,在石墨主杆1的侧壁周围分布连接有石墨支杆2,在石墨支杆2上再连接有石墨支杆2。
在石墨主杆1的外侧固定有螺旋形金属支架3,螺旋金属支架3的上端和下端分别设置有固定套5,通过固定套5分别套装在石墨主杆1的上、下端。
各石墨支杆2分别固定在金属支架3上,各石墨支杆2与螺旋形金属支架3之间通过金属固定件4连接。

1.一种防雷装置的石墨接地体,包括石墨主杆,其特征是:在石墨主杆侧壁周围分布连接有石墨支杆,或者在石墨支杆上再连接有石墨支杆,在所述石墨主杆的外侧固定有螺旋形金属支架,所述各石墨支杆分别固定在金属支架上;所述螺旋金属支架的上端和下端分别设置有固定套,通过固定套分别套装在石墨主杆的上、下端,所述各石墨支杆与螺旋形金属支架之间通过金属固定件连接。
