2. The processing system of claim 1, wherein the electronic voucher consumption policy further comprises: the number of single order following vouchers;

The processing system of claim 1, wherein the application terminal is further configured to, if the generation operation of the electronic credential consumption policy is monitored, determine whether an existing fourth credential quantity of the registered account is greater than or equal to the initial first credential quantity, and if the existing fourth credential quantity of the registered account is greater than or equal to the initial first credential quantity, divide the initial first credential quantity from the first credential quantity, and generate the electronic credential consumption policy including the object and the initial first credential quantity.

The processing system of claim 3, wherein the application terminal is further configured to display a selection page including the cancellation and distribution credentials on a display interface if the existing fourth credential amount of the registered account is smaller than the initial first credential amount.

The consumption server of claim 9, wherein the e-voucher consumption policy further comprises a single-time documentary voucher number, and wherein the consumption server is further configured to perform the following steps before dividing the voucher number for a next item of the object involved in the e-voucher consumption policy from the ith first voucher number according to the e-voucher consumption policy:
judging whether the ith first voucher number is larger than or equal to the single order following voucher number or not;
if the ith first certificate quantity is larger than or equal to the single order following certificate quantity, executing the step of dividing the certificate quantity for the next item of the object involved in the electronic certificate consumption strategy from the ith first certificate quantity according to the electronic certificate consumption strategy;
if the ith first voucher number is smaller than the single order following voucher number, distributing a third voucher number to the electronic voucher consumption strategy corresponding to the registered account number according to a preset distribution strategy, wherein the third voucher number is equal to the difference between the initial first voucher number and the ith first voucher number, generating a processing result containing the third voucher number and the ith voucher number, and feeding the processing result back to the application terminal.
