The invention discloses a sampler for a vertical mill powder concentrator, which comprises more than one material collecting port, more than one material collecting pipe, a material collecting main pipe and a sampling tank; the material collecting opening is in a trapezoid table shape, the length of an upper end opening of the material collecting opening is larger than that of a lower end opening, and the width of the upper end opening is smaller than that of the lower end opening; the upper end opening of the material collecting port is positioned at the lower part of the fixed blade in the sampler, the lower end opening is communicated with the material collecting pipe, and one material collecting port is correspondingly connected with one material collecting pipe; one end of the collecting pipe is connected with a corresponding collecting port, and the other end of the collecting pipe is communicated with a collecting main pipe; the material collecting pipe and the material collecting port are arranged in the powder selecting machine; one end of the collecting main pipe is connected with each collecting pipe, and the other end of the collecting main pipe extends out of the powder concentrator and is connected with a sampling tank arranged outside the powder concentrator; and the included angle between the collecting pipe and the horizontal direction and the included angle between the collecting main pipe and the horizontal direction are larger than the repose angle of the material to be collected. Technical Field
The invention relates to a sampler for a vertical mill powder concentrator.
Background
In modern cement factories, the vertical roller mill integrates grinding, homogenizing, drying, powder selecting and conveying functions and is more and more widely used for grinding cement and raw materials thereof. In the prior art, during performance evaluation of a vertical mill and a powder concentrator thereof, particle characteristics of a material fed and discharged from the vertical mill and a material circulated in the vertical mill need to be analyzed. The feeding and discharging sampling of the vertical mill is convenient: a sample of the ground material can be taken from the feeding belt, and a sample of the ground product can be taken from a finished product collecting device of the vertical mill; however, in the internal circulation material of the vertical mill, real-time online sampling cannot be achieved due to the sealing property and the working state of the vertical mill as negative pressure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the internal circulation materials cannot be sampled because the sealing performance and the working state of the vertical mill are negative pressure.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a sampler for a vertical mill powder concentrator, which comprises more than one material collecting port, more than one material collecting pipe, a material collecting main pipe and a sampling tank; the material collecting opening is in a trapezoid table shape, the length of an upper end opening of the material collecting opening is larger than that of a lower end opening, and the width of the upper end opening is smaller than that of the lower end opening; the upper end opening of the material collecting port is positioned at the lower part of the fixed blade in the sampler, the lower end opening is communicated with the material collecting pipe, and one material collecting port is correspondingly connected with one material collecting pipe; one end of the collecting pipe is connected with a corresponding collecting port, and the other end of the collecting pipe is communicated with a collecting main pipe; the material collecting pipe and the material collecting port are arranged in the powder selecting machine; one end of the collecting main pipe is connected with each collecting pipe, and the other end of the collecting main pipe extends out of the powder concentrator and is connected with a sampling tank arranged outside the powder concentrator; and the included angle between the collecting pipe and the horizontal direction and the included angle between the collecting main pipe and the horizontal direction are larger than the repose angle of the material to be collected.
Because the upper end opening of the material collecting port is long in length and short in width, a long and narrow channel is formed at the joint, when the sampling tank is not installed, the atmosphere enters the sampler from the material collecting main pipe under the action of negative pressure in the mill, a larger flow velocity blowing towards the inside of the powder selecting machine can be formed through the long and narrow channel, resistance is formed, the material is prevented from falling, the material collecting port is blown dry, and sundries are not left; when the sampling tank is connected, the atmospheric flow is stopped, the resistance is not generated at the material collecting port, the newly generated powder in the powder selecting machine falls into the sampling tank through a channel formed by the material collecting pipe and the material collecting main pipe under the action of dead weight, and the sampling work is completed, wherein the included angle between the material collecting pipe and the horizontal direction and the included angle between the material collecting main pipe and the horizontal direction are larger than the repose angle of the material to be collected, so that the material can be smoothly discharged to the outside of the vertical mill through each material collecting pipe and is collected by the sampling tank, the repose angle is determined by the type of the powder, the repose angle of the powder selecting machine is the repose angle of the cement, and the repose angle of the powder selecting machine is the repose angle of the coal powder. Besides the function of connecting the material collecting port and the material collecting main pipe, the material collecting pipe has the effect of supporting the material collecting port, and the material collecting port can be ensured to always open the mouth to align with the powder which flies down from the rotating fixed blades due to the existence of the material collecting pipe.
Furthermore, the material collecting ports are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the side wall of the sampler. The sampling on the circumference is realized, and the accuracy of sample sampling can be ensured.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises more than one collecting port 1, more than one collecting pipe 2, a collecting main pipe 3 and a sampling tank 4; the upper end opening of the material collecting port 1 is positioned at the lower part of the fixed blade in the sampler, the lower end opening is communicated with the material collecting pipe 2, and one material collecting port 1 is correspondingly connected with one material collecting pipe 2; one end of the collecting pipe 2 is connected with a corresponding collecting port 1, and the other ends of the collecting pipe 2 are communicated with a collecting main pipe 3; the bottom end of the aggregate main pipe 3 is connected with a sampling tank 4; the included angle between the collecting pipe 2 and the horizontal direction and the included angle between the collecting main pipe 3 and the horizontal direction are larger than the repose angle of the materials to be collected. The collecting main pipe 3 and the sampling tank 4 are connected through a threaded connecting pipe 5.

As shown in fig. 3, the material collecting pipe 2 and the material collecting port 1 are arranged in the powder concentrator; one end of the collecting main pipe 3 is connected with each collecting pipe 2, and the other end extends out of the powder concentrator and is connected with a sampling tank 4 arranged outside the powder concentrator.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
in the invention, the material collecting port 1 is used for collecting coarse powder screened from the fixed blades, the upper end opening of the material collecting port is upwards opened, and the coarse powder to be collected falls from the blades, enters the material collecting port 1 through the upper end opening and falls into the material collecting pipe 2 through the lower end opening.

The residual particles can be sampled after being cleaned, the sampling tank 4 is mounted on the threaded connecting pipe 5, at the moment, the sampler is isolated from the atmosphere, the resistance of the collecting port 1 disappears, the materials from the fixed blades of the powder concentrator pass through the collecting port 1, enter the sampling tank 4 under the action of gravity through each collecting pipe 2, the sampling tank 4 can be taken down after the preset sampling time is up, and the opening of the threaded connecting pipe 5 is plugged by a plug to finish sampling.
