本发明公开了一种太阳能集热管，它包括圆管，所述圆管外套装有一外管，所述圆管与所述外管之间设置有多条集热链，所述集热链包括多个首尾相接的集热梭，所述集热梭呈中间大两端小的圆梭型，所述集热梭为石英集热梭，所述圆管和所述外管均为透明耐热材料管。本发明与现有技术相比，可以解决现有集热管容易散失管内热水热量，不能大量采集太阳能的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能采能设备制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于太阳能热水器上的可以采集太阳能的管子。
背景技术
现有的太阳能热水器主要采集太阳能的器件是太阳能板，太阳能集热管是连接太阳能板到储水箱的水管，现有的太阳能集热管一般是用金属制成，可以接收太阳的直射光的能量，但是同时也可以散失掉被太阳能板加热的水的热量，因而在管内水温过高时反而散失热水的热量，不能有效地大量采集太阳能。因此，为了不让热水在传输中散热，需要设计一种可以主要采集太阳能并且同时传输热水的集热管，以取代太阳能板和现有的集热管。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种太阳能集热管，以解决现有集热管容易散失管内热水热量，不能大量采集太阳能的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明的技术方案是：本太阳能集热管包括圆管，所述圆管外套装有一外管，所述圆管与所述外管之间设置有多条集热链，所述集热链包括多个首尾相接的集热梭，所述集热梭呈中间大两端小的圆梭型，所述集热梭为石英集热梭，所述圆管和所述外管均为透明耐热材料管。
在上述技术方案中，更为具体的技术方案还可以是：所述集热梭一端设有供其他所述集热梭首尾相连时插入的凹槽，所述集热梭长度在26毫米～32毫米范围内，所述集热梭最大直径在8毫米～12毫米范围内。
进一步的：所述圆管和所述外管均为聚苯乙烯材料管。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
本太阳能集热管的集热梭为石英中间大量端小的圆梭，相当于圆面内任意角度的多个凸透镜的集合，从多个角度对太阳光进行聚焦，可以高倍地收集太阳热能聚热到圆管内的水中，使集热管内的水不但不会散失热量，还可以高倍地收集热量，大大提高可对太阳能的收集和利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述：
如图1、图2所示的太阳能集热管，它包括圆管2，圆管2外套装有一外管1，圆管2与外管1之间设置有多条集热链，将圆管2围一周，集热链包括多个首尾相接的集热梭3，集热梭3呈中间大两端小的圆梭型，集热梭3为石英集热梭，可以相当于圆面内任意角度的多个凸透镜的集合，从多个角度对太阳光进行聚焦，可以高倍地收集太阳热能聚热到圆管内的水中，使集热管内的水不但不会散失热量，还可以高倍地收集热量。集热梭3一端设有供其他集热梭3首尾相连时插入的凹槽3-1，集热梭3长度a=28毫米，集热梭3最大直径d=10毫米。圆管2和外管1均为耐热性好、透光度高的聚苯乙烯材料管。

1.一种太阳能集热管，包括圆管，其特征在于：所述圆管外套装有一外管，所述圆管与所述外管之间设置有多条集热链，所述集热链包括多个首尾相接的集热梭，所述集热梭呈中间大两端小的圆梭型，所述集热梭为石英集热梭，所述圆管和所述外管均为透明耐热材料管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热管，其特征在于：所述集热梭一端设有供其他所述集热梭首尾相连时插入的凹槽，所述集热梭长度在26毫米～32毫米范围内，所述集热梭最大直径在8毫米～12毫米范围内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能集热管，其特征在于：所述圆管和所述外管均为聚苯乙烯材料管。
