本发明公开了一种厨房用电热水器,包括外壳、内胆、电热盘、加热管、限温器和温控器,外壳内设有内胆,内胆连接电热盘,电热盘上设有加热器,加热器与设于内胆内的加热管相连,加热器一侧的电热盘上固定安装有温控器,温控器与内胆相连,加热器另一侧的电热盘上固定安装有限温器,限温器与内胆相连接,限温器与加热器之间设有固定支架,固定支架上设有旋钮。本发明占用空间,安装方便,美观,同时限温效果好,有效地节约了资源的利用,以及防止热水器烧坏,提高了使用寿命,而且,加热效果好,操作方便,并能自动调节水温。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电热水器,具体涉及一种厨房用电热水器。
背景技术
电热水器经过十余年的发展,热水器的技术不断进步,行业先后有防电墙、防电闸、3D速热、变频增容等革新性产品出现,电热水器在安全、节能、加热速度、出水量等方面不断改进,市场销售历年持续增长。随着近几年生活水平的提高,人们对用水量的需求越来越大。目前,国内乃至全球各大电热水器生产商生产的家用电热水器的外形大多是呈桶状,可直接安装在厨房或卫生间的墙壁上,呈悬挂状。现有电热水器的形状和安装方式占用的厨房或卫生间的空间较大,而当前大多数的消费者都居住在套房内,其厨房或卫生间的空间本身就很窄小,所以,电热水器安装后又会占用一部分空间,使空间变得更加狭小,使厨房或卫生间显得更加压抑和零乱。现有的厨房用热水器,节能效果差,而且限位复合时,使用不方便。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种体积小,功能强,使用方便的厨房用电热水器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种厨房用电热水器,包括外壳、内胆、电热盘、加热管、限温器和温控器,所述外壳内设有内胆,所述内胆连接电热盘,所述电热盘上设有加热器,所述加热器与设于内胆内的加热管相连,所述加热器一侧的电热盘上固定安装有温控器,所述温控器与内胆相连,所述加热器另一侧的电热盘上固定安装有限温器,所述限温器与内胆相连接,所述限温器与加热器之间设有固定支架,所述固定支架上设有旋钮。
进一步地,所述外壳与内胆之间设有保温层,所述保温层为聚氨酯材料。
进一步地,所述外壳一侧分别设有进水管和出水管,所述进水管和出水管分别与内胆相连接。
进一步地,所述电热盘上设有压线板,所述保温层内设有进线孔,所述进线孔与压线板相配合。
进一步地,所述电热盘设有指示灯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明占用空间,安装方便,美观,同时限温效果好,有效地节约了资源的利用,以及防止热水器烧坏,提高了使用寿命,而且,加热效果好,操作方便,并能自动调节水温。

下面结合附图说明对本发明做进一步地说明。
如图1~2所示一种厨房用电热水器,包括外壳1、内胆2、电热盘3、加热管4、限温器7和温控器6,外壳1内设有内胆2,内胆2连接电热盘3,电热盘3上设有加热器5,加热器5与设于内胆2内的加热管4相连,加热器5一侧的电热盘3上固定安装有温控器6,温控器6与内胆2相连,加热器5另一侧的电热盘3上固定安装有限温器7,限温器7与内胆2相连接,限温器7与加热器5之间设有固定支架14,固定支架14上设有旋钮15。外壳1与内胆2之间设有保温层8,保温层8为聚氨酯材料,外壳1一侧分别设有进水管9和出水管10,进水管9和出水管10分别与内胆2相连接,电热盘3上设有压线板12,保温层8内设有进线孔11,进线孔11与压线板12相配合,电热盘3设有指示灯13。
本发明占用空间,安装方便,美观,同时限温效果好,有效地节约了资源的利用,以及防止热水器烧坏,提高了使用寿命,而且,加热效果好,操作方便,并能自动调节水温。

1.一种厨房用电热水器,包括外壳、内胆、电热盘、加热管、限温器和温控器,其特征在于:所述外壳内设有内胆,所述内胆连接电热盘,所述电热盘上设有加热器,所述加热器与设于内胆内的加热管相连,所述加热器一侧的电热盘上固定安装有温控器,所述温控器与内胆相连,所述加热器另一侧的电热盘上固定安装有限温器,所述限温器与内胆相连接,所述限温器与加热器之间设有固定支架,所述固定支架上设有旋钮。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种厨房用电热水器,其特征在于:所述外壳与内胆之间设有保温层,所述保温层为聚氨酯材料。
3.权利要求要求1所述一种厨房用电热水器,其特征在于:所述外壳一侧分别设有进水管和出水管,所述进水管和出水管分别与内胆相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种厨房用电热水器,其特征在于:所述电热盘上设有压线板,所述保温层内设有进线孔,所述进线孔与压线板相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种厨房用电热水器,其特征在于:所述电热盘设有指示灯。
