The invention aims to provide a condensation prevention control method of an air conditioner, which solves the technical problem that the user experience effect is poor due to condensation of the existing air conditioner.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-condensation control method of an air conditioner divides outdoor environment temperature into at least three outdoor temperature intervals, each outdoor temperature interval corresponds to a compressor operation frequency upper limit value, and the compressor operation frequency upper limit value of the outdoor temperature interval with low temperature is smaller than the compressor operation frequency upper limit value of the outdoor temperature interval with high temperature; the anti-condensation control method comprises the following steps:
detecting the outdoor environment temperature;
judging an outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is;
acquiring the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval;
and controlling the running frequency of the compressor not to exceed the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval.
According to the anti-condensation control method of the air conditioner, when the outdoor environment temperature is in the highest outdoor temperature range, the air outlet temperature is detected, the frequency of the compressor is controlled to enable the air outlet temperature to reach the set value, and the set value is the air outlet temperature target value which can guarantee the air conditioner refrigeration effect and can prevent condensation.
According to the anti-condensation control method of the air conditioner, the set value is related to the air speed gear of the air conditioner, and the higher the air speed gear is, the lower the set value is; and after the temperature of the air outlet is detected, acquiring an air speed gear of the air conditioner, and controlling the frequency of the compressor to enable the temperature of the air outlet to reach a set value corresponding to the air speed gear of the air conditioner.
According to the anti-condensation control method of the air conditioner, the air speed gear of the air conditioner comprises a mute gear and a low wind gear, and the set value of the mute gear is greater than the set value of the low wind gear.
According to the anti-condensation control method of the air conditioner, each air conditioner wind speed gear sets the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor.
In the above anti-condensation control method for the air conditioner, when the outdoor environment temperature is in the lowest outdoor temperature range, the compressor is controlled to operate at the minimum operation frequency.
Based on the design of the anti-condensation control method of the air conditioner, the invention also provides the air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner comprises an anti-condensation control system, and the anti-condensation control system comprises:
the outdoor environment temperature detection unit is used for detecting the outdoor environment temperature and transmitting the outdoor environment temperature to the control unit;
the control unit is used for receiving the outdoor environment temperature, judging an outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is located, reading the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is located and stored in the storage unit, and controlling the running frequency of the compressor not to exceed the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is located;
and the storage unit is used for storing the outdoor temperature interval and the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval.
The air conditioner as described above, the condensation prevention control system comprising:
the air outlet temperature detection unit is used for detecting the air outlet temperature and transmitting the air outlet temperature to the control unit;
the control unit is used for controlling the running frequency of the compressor to enable the temperature of the air outlet to reach a set value, and the set value is a target value of the temperature of the air outlet, which can ensure the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner and prevent condensation;
and the storage unit is used for storing the set value.
As in the case of the air conditioner as described above,
the control unit is used for acquiring a wind speed gear, controlling the running frequency of the compressor and enabling the temperature of the air outlet to reach a set value corresponding to the wind speed gear, wherein the set value is a target value of the temperature of the air outlet, which can ensure the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner and prevent condensation;
the storage unit stores a set value corresponding to each wind speed gear.
In the air conditioner, the storage unit stores an upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor at each wind speed gear, and the control unit controls the operating frequency of the compressor not to exceed the upper limit value.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the condensation prevention control method of the air conditioner judges the outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is located by detecting the outdoor environment temperature, and controls the running frequency of the compressor not to exceed the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval so as to prevent condensation. According to actual operation, the control method for preventing condensation can effectively prevent condensation, so that the problem of poor use experience of the air conditioner due to condensation can be solved.

The invention provides a novel anti-condensation control method of an air conditioner, aiming at the problem that the existing air conditioner is easy to generate condensation.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a condensation prevention control method for an air conditioner, including the following steps:

And S3, acquiring the upper limit value of the compressor operating frequency corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval. The upper limit value of the compressor operating frequency is the compressor operating frequency value which is obtained by testing the air conditioner in various working conditions in a corresponding outdoor temperature range in advance and is about to generate condensation. And storing the upper limit values of the operating frequency of the compressor corresponding to different outdoor environment temperature intervals to the air conditioner.
S4, detecting the indoor environment temperature Tin, obtaining a set temperature Ts, and controlling the running frequency of the compressor according to the indoor environment temperature Tin and the set temperature Ts to enable the indoor environment temperature Tin to reach the set temperature Ts. Preferably, the PID control is carried out, and when the PID control is carried out on the operation frequency of the compressor, the operation frequency of the compressor is controlled not to exceed the upper limit value of the operation frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval.
Preferably, when the outdoor environment temperature is in the lowest outdoor temperature range, the compressor is controlled to operate according to the minimum operation frequency.
The embodiment detects the outdoor environment temperature, judges the outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is located, and controls the operation frequency of the compressor not to exceed the upper limit value of the operation frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is located, wherein the upper limit value of the operation frequency of the compressor is the operation frequency value of the compressor which is obtained by testing the air conditioner in various working conditions when the air conditioner is located in the corresponding outdoor temperature interval in advance and is about to generate condensation. Therefore, the operation frequency of the compressor is controlled not to exceed the upper limit value of the operation frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval, so the air conditioner does not generate condensation by adopting the control method of the embodiment.
In this embodiment, taking the example that the outdoor environment temperature includes 6 temperature intervals, the upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor corresponding to the 6 temperature intervals is shown in the following table:

Because the compressor generally operates in a higher frequency range when the outdoor body senses the ultra-high temperature interval, at the moment, condensation is more easily generated, and therefore the operation frequency of the compressor in the outdoor body sensing ultra-high temperature interval needs to be further limited, as shown in fig. 2, the control method comprises the following steps:
and B1, detecting that the outdoor environment temperature Tao is in an outdoor body sensing ultra-high temperature interval.
And B2, detecting the temperature of the tuyere.
And B3, acquiring an air speed gear of the air conditioner, and acquiring an air outlet temperature set value corresponding to the air speed gear.
B4, controlling the operation frequency of the compressor to make the outlet temperature reach the set value, preferably, the method for making the outlet temperature reach the set value is to perform PID control on the operation frequency of the compressor by taking the outlet temperature and the set value as parameters.
The set value is an air outlet temperature target value which can not only guarantee the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner, but also prevent condensation. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, when the outdoor environment temperature is in the outdoor sensible ultra-high temperature region, on the premise of ensuring the refrigeration effect, the PID control of the air outlet temperature is increased, and a curve 2 capable of preventing condensation is determined; through a refrigeration outer ring temperature frequency limit test, the temperature difference of the inlet air and the outlet air of the indoor unit is required to be ensured to be over 12 ℃, and a minimum frequency curve 1 under the condition of ensuring the high-temperature refrigeration effect is found out. Through the coupling of curve 1 and curve 2, determine the air outlet temperature target value that can guarantee high temperature refrigeration effect, can prevent the condensation again.
The set value of the air outlet temperature is related to the air speed gear of the air conditioner, and the higher the air speed gear is, the lower the set value is. Because the lower the wind speed gear is, the more easily the condensation is generated, therefore, the embodiment only limits the mute gear of the air conditioner wind speed gear and the air outlet temperature set value of the low wind gear, and does not set the air outlet temperature set value for other wind speed gears, so as to control the compressor frequency by the set temperature Ts and the indoor temperature Tin. The set value of the mute gear is T1, the set value of the low wind gear is T2, and T1 is more than T2.
In order to further ensure that the air conditioner does not generate condensation, the upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor is set for each air conditioner wind speed gear in the embodiment. And controlling the running frequency of the compressor at the corresponding wind speed gear not to exceed the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the running frequency.
Based on the design of the anti-condensation control method for the air conditioner, the embodiment also provides the air conditioner which is a common air conditioner in the prior art, namely, the air conditioner comprises an air inlet, an air duct and an air outlet, certainly, the air conditioner is not limited to the common air conditioner, and particularly, the air conditioner further comprises an air conditioner which is additionally provided with a drainage air duct on the basis of the common air conditioner, wherein natural air is introduced into the drainage air duct, the natural air of the drainage air duct does not exchange heat through a heat exchanger, the air outlet of the drainage air duct is intersected with the air outlet of the air conditioner, and mixed air is blown out.
The air conditioner is including preventing condensation control system, prevents that condensation control system includes:
the outdoor environment temperature detection unit is used for detecting the outdoor environment temperature Tao and transmitting the outdoor environment temperature Tao to the control unit;
and the control unit is used for receiving the outdoor environment temperature Tao, judging the outdoor temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature Tao is located, reading the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval where the storage unit is stored, and controlling the running frequency of the compressor not to exceed the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval where the compressor is located. When the outdoor environment temperature Tao received by the control unit is in the highest outdoor temperature range, the control unit receives the air outlet temperature detected by the air outlet temperature detection unit, acquires an air speed gear, reads an air outlet temperature set value stored by the storage unit and corresponding to the air speed, controls the operating frequency of the compressor, and enables the air outlet temperature to reach the set value, wherein the set value is an air outlet temperature target value which can not only guarantee the air conditioner refrigeration effect but also prevent condensation;
the air outlet temperature detection unit is used for detecting the air outlet temperature and transmitting the air outlet temperature to the control unit;
and the storage unit is used for storing the outdoor temperature interval and the upper limit value of the running frequency of the compressor corresponding to the outdoor temperature interval. The air outlet temperature setting value storage device is used for storing air outlet temperature setting values and storing setting values corresponding to each air speed gear.
Preferably, the storage unit further stores an upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor at each wind speed gear, and the control unit controls the operating frequency of the compressor not to exceed the upper limit value.
