Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a fresh air purifier capable of internal and external circulation switching according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a casing 10, an outdoor fresh air inlet 11 is disposed on a side wall of the casing 10 near the bottom, an indoor fresh air outlet 12 is disposed at the top, a space between the outdoor fresh air inlet 11 and the indoor fresh air outlet 12 forms a first air duct, and a fresh air blower 20 is disposed in the first air duct; an indoor air exhaust air inlet 12 and an indoor air exhaust air outlet 14 are respectively arranged on the side wall adjacent to and opposite to the side wall provided with the outdoor fresh air inlet 11, a space between the indoor air exhaust air inlet 13 and the indoor air exhaust air outlet 14 forms a second air duct, and an air exhaust fan 30 is arranged in the second air duct; an inner circulation air inlet 15 is arranged on the side wall opposite to the side wall provided with the indoor air exhaust air inlet 13, and a space between the inner circulation air inlet 15 and the indoor fresh air outlet 12 forms a third air duct; an internal and external circulation switching plate 40 disposed on the inner side of the side wall provided with the internal circulation air inlet 15, and a driving device for driving the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 to turn over to seal/open the internal circulation air inlet 15 is disposed on the inner side of the side wall; a heat exchanger 70 is also arranged in the shell 10 near the bottom, when the internal circulation air inlet 15 is opened by the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 through overturning the fresh air inlet surface of the heat exchanger 70, the fresh air inlet surface can be shielded by the internal and external circulation switching plate 40, and four side surfaces of the heat exchanger 70 respectively face the indoor air exhaust air inlet 13, the outdoor fresh air inlet 11, the indoor air exhaust air outlet 14 and the internal circulation air inlet 15; a main filter screen 83 is arranged between the fresh air fan 20 and the exhaust air fan 30 in the shell 10.
In the present invention, the driving means includes a bracket 61 provided on the inner side of the side wall, and a stepping motor 62 provided on the bracket 61, and the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 is connected to an output shaft of the stepping motor 62. When the stepping motor 62 drives the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 to rotate and block the internal circulation air inlet 15, the fresh air fan 20 and the exhaust air fan 30 work simultaneously at the same time to drive the air flow to pass through the heat exchanger 70, respectively extract fresh air into the room and exhaust turbid air out of the room, and the mode is an external circulation mode, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the thick arrow lines indicate the exhaust air path, and the thin arrow lines indicate the fresh air path. As shown in fig. 2, in the external circulation mode, the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 seals the internal circulation air inlet 15, and in order to ensure the sealing effect, the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 of the present invention is provided with a sealing ring; in order to prevent the air volume from being affected by the suction of the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 due to the overhigh negative pressure inside the casing 10, the invention is provided with a magnet or an electromagnet 50 on one side of the internal and external circulation switching plate 40, and a magnet or an electromagnet is correspondingly arranged on the side wall provided with the internal circulation air inlet 15, so that the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 is sucked with the internal circulation air inlet 15. As shown in fig. 4, in the internal circulation mode, the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 opens the internal circulation air inlet 15, the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 blocks the fresh air inlet surface of the heat exchanger 70, and the heat exchanger 70 supports the internal and external circulation switching plate 40 without the torque provided by the stepping motor 62.
According to the invention, the indoor exhaust air inlet 13, the outdoor fresh air inlet 11, the indoor exhaust air outlet 14 and the internal circulation air inlet 15 are arranged around the heat exchanger 70, so that the air channel is shortest, and the air channel is prevented from turning vertically, namely, the heat exchanger 70 is obliquely arranged, preferably, the heat exchanger 70 is arranged in the shell 10 at an inclination angle of 30-60 degrees; in addition, the inclined placement of the heat exchanger 70 can save the overall space size.
In order to further improve the filtering effect, a fresh air primary filter screen 81 is arranged on the side surface of the heat exchanger 70 facing the outdoor fresh air inlet 11; the side of the heat exchanger 70 facing the indoor exhaust air inlet 13 is provided with an exhaust primary filter screen 82.
The internal and external circulation switching board 40 is switched to switch the internal and external circulation modes of the machine, so that the machine can be used in two states of a fresh air machine or a purifier respectively, and the dual-purpose of one machine is realized.
