Abstract

家用水滤尘新风机:一种适合于家庭及小型居住场所空气更换的装置。其工作原理如下:室外的自然风经过室外进风盒、进风管道、箱体过滤后通过排风扇抽送、经室内出风口盒进入室内。箱体内,通过室外进风盒、进风管道的空气进入水气混合瓶,由喷水管进行喷淋过滤,通过出气孔由排风扇送入出风管道;喷水管用水由放置在居所内座便器水箱中的潜水泵提供,循环使用。经水洗的空气进入室内,冲淡和替换室内污浊的空气和现代居住场所因装修及家具散发的有毒气体。并有淡淡的加湿功能。适合北方地区居所使用。家用水滤尘新风机设计有自动清洗、除尘、杀菌功能,定期对箱体内部进行清洗。当室外气温低于室内温度时,可启动加热装置保持室内温度。

家用水滤尘新风机
技术领域
本发明是一种家庭或居住场所内空气更新的装置。具体的说,是一种将空气水洗后进行室内空气更新替换的装置。
背景技术
目前,部分家庭和一些居住场所使用空气净化装置,用过滤介质过滤空气后输入室内或以过滤介质对室内空气进行内部循环过滤。这种装置不能完善的解决室内空气的污染和北方地区干燥的居住环境。且需要对设备不断的人工清洗和过滤介质更换。
发明内容
本发明的目地是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能持久、干净、自洁和加湿的居住场所使用的装置。
其工作原理如下:室外的自然风经过室外进风盒、进风管道、箱体过滤后通过排风扇抽送、经由出风管道、室内出风口盒进入室内。
室外进风盒:上部呈筒状,进出风口的管道内切于筒壁,下部呈漏斗状,漏斗底侧部设拦尘钢丝;拦尘钢丝是一端固定在漏斗底侧部具有弹性的金属丝。
箱体由水气混合瓶、排风扇、电热片、腔体、紫外线灯、出气孔浮球、浮球、软管、弹簧、出水口喷头组成。
箱体内,通过室外进风盒、进风管道的空气进入水气混合瓶,由喷水管进行喷淋过滤后,通过出气孔由排风扇送入出风管道;喷水管用水由放置在居所内座便器水箱中的潜水泵提供,循环使用。
菱形浮式阀是喷水管顶部的活动阀门,外部呈菱形、中空,在家用水滤尘新风机进行箱体自洁清洗时,潜水泵高速抽水,经由喷水管在喷水口产生的水流冲击上浮关闭进出气口。
经由软管和出水口喷头排出的循环水,定时对箱体内部进行清洗。
喷水孔与出水口喷头:喷水孔散布在出水口喷头上。部分喷水孔的延长线不经过出水口喷头的球心,高速水流经过喷水头时带动软管产生摇摆喷射水流清洗箱体。
当室内温度较低时,可以启动箱体内的防水电热片对过滤后的空气加温。
腔体内型:顶部呈弧面、下部呈漏斗状。过滤用水经漏斗状下部出入水口通过管道回到座便器水箱中。
室内出风口盒:呈顶部开放的扁方体。经由箱体内的排风扇排出过滤后的空气通过出风管道连接室内出风口盒后进入室内。
具体实施方式
家用水滤尘新风机应尽可能安装在居所内靠近卫生间座便器的上方,以缩短水路传输距离。
启动排风扇和潜水泵后,室外的空气经室外进风盒、通过进风管道进入箱体内的水气混合瓶;潜水泵抽取座便器水箱中的水经喷水管在水气混合瓶中喷淋,对进入的空气清洗达到除尘。
清洗后的空气经出气孔进入箱体并通过排风扇抽送经过出风管道、室内出风口盒进入室内。
箱体清洁:家用水滤尘新风机在开机、停机和运转一定时间后将进行自洁清洗、换气:
换气:潜水泵停机,菱形浮式阀、浮球和出气孔浮球回落,排风扇高速反转,箱体内空气经出气孔、水气混合瓶、进出气孔经进风管道,从室外进风盒排出。
室外进风盒自洁:换气过程中产生的高速气流进入室外进风盒,进出风口产生 的气流旋转除尘并吹动拦尘钢丝后排出。
自洁清洗:排风扇停机,潜水泵电机高速运转,菱形浮式阀向上顶出关闭进出气孔,出气孔浮球上浮关闭出气孔。水流经软管和出水口喷水头从喷水孔喷出。
箱体内的紫外线灯开启,用于箱体内杀菌。

Claims (5)

1.一种空气更换装置,其特征是,它由室外进风盒、进风管道、箱体、出风管道、室内出风口盒组成;箱体由水气混合瓶、排风扇、电热片、腔体、紫外线灯、出气孔浮球、软管、弹簧、出水口喷头组成,水气混合瓶呈圆形,上部的进出气口联通进风管道;水气混合瓶内由喷水管、菱形浮式阀组成;喷水管通过管道联接安放在马桶水箱中的潜水泵;喷水管用水由放置在居所内的马桶水箱中的潜水泵提供;菱形浮式阀是喷水管顶部的活动阀门,外部呈菱形、中空;启动排风扇和潜水泵后,室外的空气经室外进风盒、通过进风管道进入箱体内的水气混合瓶;潜水泵抽取马桶水箱中的水经喷水管在水气混合瓶中喷淋,对进入的空气清洗达到除尘;清洗后的空气经出气孔进入箱体并通过排风扇抽送经过出风管道、室内出风口盒进入室内;喷淋后的水回流到马桶水箱、循环使用;空气更换装置还可进行箱体自洁清洗:此时排风扇停机,抽水泵电机高速运转,菱形浮式阀向上顶出关闭进出气口,出气孔浮球上浮关闭出气孔,水流经软管和出水口喷头从喷水孔喷出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气更换装置,其特征是,室外进风盒上部呈筒状,进出风口的管道内切于筒壁,下部呈漏斗状,漏斗底侧部设拦尘钢丝;拦尘钢丝是一端固定在漏斗底侧部具有弹性的金属丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气更换装置,其特征是,所述箱体内的腔体形状为:上部为弧面,下部呈漏斗状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气更换装置,其特征是,所述出水口喷头上散布着喷水孔,部分喷水孔的延长线不经过喷水头的球心,箱体自洁清洗产生的水流经过喷水头时带动软管产生摇摆喷射水流对箱体进行清洗。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气更换装置,其特征是,所述室内出风口盒是顶部开放的扁方体。
