添加物喷射配置组件的主喷射方向可以与通过流动箭头P4图解示出的方向相符。可以看到:添加物喷射的这个定位在入口区域24附近的位置如下地设置,即,将添加物基本上喷射到第一流动通道段30的上游部分中而且沿着在这个区域中还大致与废气流动通道28中的废气的主流动方向相符的方向。添加物由此基本上与在废气流动通道28中引导的废气共同地沿着切向流动方向流入使废气流例如转向180°的第一流动通道段30中。在这个转向中发生废气的涡流和由此与喷射到这些废气中的添加物的强劲混合,使得包括废气和添加物的基本上均匀的混合物在出口区域26处流出。
利用废气混合器配置组件的根据本发明的构造,在结构简单的实施形式中达到对废气和喷射到这些废气中的添加物的有效的均匀的混合,而同时不发生流动阻力的明显升高。依然需要指出的是:在根据本发明的废气混合器配置组件中可以将附加的例如具有多个翼状导流面的混合器整合到特别是喷射添加物的位置的下游的废气流动通道28中。此外需要指出的是:所示出的壳体件的一个或多个壳体件当然也可以由多个单件构成。
在废气混合器配置组件的根据本发明的构造中,中心壳体件18构成在两个流动通道区域22、50之间的分隔部或间隔壁。在此通过相应的设计例如提供另外的成型部也可以将这个中心壳体件18用作混合板(Mischplatte)。此外,该中心壳体件以其表面提供蒸发面,这些蒸发面有助于以液体的形式喷射的添加物的蒸发。相应的内容也适用于由侧向壳体件提供的和与添加物接触的表面。

Claims (10)

1.废气混合器配置组件,其用于将内燃机的废气与添加物混合,该废气混合器配置组件包括具有上游的入口区域(24)和下游的出口区域(26)的废气流动通道(28),其中,该废气流动通道(28)在入口区域(24)与出口区域(26)之间至少部分地螺旋式弯曲,其中,混合器壳体(14)包括:中心壳体件(18);与该中心壳体件(18)一起限定从入口区域(24)起通向贯通区域(44)的第一流动通道区域(22)的第一侧向壳体件(20)和与该中心壳体件(18)一起限定从所述贯通区域(44)起通向出口区域(26)的第二流动通道区域(50)的第二侧向壳体件(48),所述贯通区域包括构造在中心壳体件(18)中的至少一个通孔(42),其中,废气流动通道(28)的第一流动通道区域(22)在接在入口区域(24)之后的第一流动通道段(30)中在流动通道平面(E)中延伸并且在所述第一流动通道段(30)之后具有从流动通道平面(E)中引出的由贯通区域(44)提供的第二流动通道段(46)。
2.如权利要求1所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:在所述第一流动通道段(30)中进行在150°至210°范围中的流动转向,或/和在所述第二流动通道段(46)中进行从流动通道平面(E)出来的在70°至110°的范围中的偏转。
3.如权利要求1所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:在所述第一流动通道段(30)中进行在180°的流动转向,或/和在所述第二流动通道段(46)中进行从流动通道平面(E)出来的在90°的偏转。
4.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:所述至少一个通孔(42)构造在中心壳体件(18)的柱状的或漏斗状的成型部(40)的区域中。
5.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:所述第一流动通道区域(22)包括所述第一流动通道段(30)和所述第二流动通道段(46)。
6.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:入口区域(24)中的废气流动方向(SE)与出口区域(26)中的废气流动方向(SA)相符。
7.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:为了在废气流动通道(28)的入口区域(24)附近喷射添加物而设置有添加物喷射配置组件(60)。
8.如权利要求7所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:用于喷射添加物的添加物喷射配置组件(60)设置在所述第一流动通道段(30)中。
9.如权利要求7所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:添加物喷射配置组件(60)的主喷射方向(P4)在添加物喷射的区域中与废气流动通道(28)中的燃烧废气的主流动方向相符。
10.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的废气混合器配置组件,其特征在于:在入口区域(24)与出口区域(26)之间的废气流动通道(28)具有一个螺旋。
