The target time period for which the user wants to use the target washing machine is input at a predetermined time. And after the user successfully subscribes in real time, the server sends the information of successful subscription to the user and sends control information to the target washing machine. As one implementation mode, after the washing machine receives the control information sent by the server, the local card swiping module is controlled to be unavailable, and the machine is remotely ordered and cannot be ordered by card swiping any more. As another implementation, after the washing machine receives the control information sent by the server, the controller card swiping module is unavailable in the target time period. Meanwhile, the user needs to put the laundry into the washing machine within a prescribed time (or a reserved target time period), and after payment of the cost of the washing machine is successfully paid online, the server controls the washing machine to start washing. The specified time is set by an operator in a system background according to the service range of the washing machine, and the preferred specified time ensures that a user has enough time to bring clothes to the side of the washing machine and put the clothes into the washing machine, and online payment is completed. After the washing program is finished, the washing machine automatically becomes an idle state, a card swiping module of the washing machine becomes an available state, and the state is reported to the server and can be remotely reserved by the mobile phone client.
After the washing machine breaks down, the fault information can be automatically sent to the server, and can also be directly sent to an operator and after-sales personnel so as to be processed in time. The user can see the fault state of the washing machine and can not make instant reservation and reservation queuing operation.
The operator can manage the washing machine at the background of the server, check the running state and the income report form of the washing machine, and modify the relevant information of the washing machine, such as modifying the display information, the washing program price, the specified time and the like of the washing machine.
If the user is in front of the washing machine and the washing machine is idle, the card swiping module of the washing machine is available, and the card swiping information can be received. When the card swiping module receives the first card swiping information of the user, the machine can be booked on the spot, the card swiping module informs the washing machine computer board controller that the washing machine enters a booked state, the computer board controller controls the keys of the washing machine computer board controller to be effective (the user can operate the keys of the washing machine computer board), and the user selects the washing program through the keys and sets program parameters. After setting, the user swipes the card again, namely after the card swiping module receives the second card information of the user, the fee is deducted according to the program price selected by the user, the washing machine is informed to start and operate by the computer board controller, and meanwhile, the computer board controller controls the keys of the washing machine and the card swiping module to become unavailable, namely the operation information of the user is not received any more.
The preferred time interval between the second swipe and the first swipe is limited, with a time interval of 1 to 10 minutes, preferably 3 minutes. After the user swipes the card for reservation, the clothes are put into the washing machine within 3 minutes, a washing program is selected, program parameters are set, the user swipes the card again to deduct the fee, and the washing machine automatically starts washing after the fee is deducted. If the time exceeds 3 minutes, the reservation is disabled and the washing machine automatically goes to the idle state.
Scene two

The user acquires the authentication code (authentication information) displayed in the washing machine found by the user through the terminal, and transmits the authentication information to the server for authentication. If the verification is passed, indicating that the user found the machine to be right, the garment may be placed. If the verification fails, prompting the user that the input verification code has a wrong request to be input again, or the found machine is not correct and the correct machine needs to be found again for verification.

If the user does not have a network payment account number or the network speed is not good, the online payment is not suitable. In this case, the user can bind the IC card number at the mobile phone client. The server records the binding relationship between the user account and the IC card. When the user selects card swiping payment during payment, the server sends the card number information (target card identification) of the user IC card to the washing machine, and the washing machine controls the card swiping module of the machine to be available and can only accept the card swiping payment information of the IC card. When the user swipes the card and deducts the fee successfully, the washing machine automatically starts to operate.
After the user binds the IC card number, if the user conducts card swiping reservation and card swiping payment through the IC card, order information is generated on an account of the mobile phone client, and the user can check the order state and the running state of the washing machine used through the mobile phone client. When the washing is finished, a reminding message or a short message sent by the server can be received.
EXAMPLE seven
An embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal, configured to implement the methods in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, where as shown in fig. 14, the terminal includes:
a washing machine position information output unit 11 for outputting position information and state information of at least one washing machine around;
a target washing machine obtaining unit 12 for obtaining a target washing machine selected by a user;
a reservation request transmitting unit 13, configured to transmit a reservation request to a server, where the reservation request includes a target time period input by the user and an identifier of the target washing machine, so that the server schedules the target washing machine to provide a washing function for the user in the target time period;
a reservation result receiving unit 14, configured to receive a reservation result fed back by the server;
a reservation result output unit 15 for outputting the reservation result received by the reservation result receiving unit 14.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, the terminal further includes:
a user position acquisition unit 16 configured to acquire position information of the user;
a washing machine position and state request unit 17, configured to send a washing machine position and state acquisition request to the server, where the washing machine position and state acquisition request carries position information of the terminal;
a washing machine position status receiving unit 18, configured to receive washing machine position response information fed back by the server, where the washing machine position response information includes position information and status information of the at least one washing machine around the user.

receiving control information sent by a server, wherein the control information comprises a target time period;
washing the laundry input by the user within the target time period;

acquiring local position information;
sending the location information to the server;
and when the operation state of the washing machine is changed, transmitting the changed position information and state information to the server.
