Abstract
本发明涉及汽车排气管加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂的制备方法。①、将聚合二元醇、二氨基丁磺酸、三羟基丙烷、羟基硅油加入反应设备中,在氮气的保护下,升温真空脱水反应;冷却加入二异氰酸酯、N‑叔丁基‑2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺和N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺,再次升温反应;然后降温加入钛酸四异丙醇酯,再次升温反应;加入乙二醇调节粘度;搅拌条件下,将胡萝卜甙、三乙二醇胺加入到反应设备中,搅拌混合,得到用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂。本发明通过合理选择配方及制备方法,使得胶粘剂的耐高温性能得到显著提升,同时,可实现排气管的长效粘接,对提升产品品质做出巨大贡献。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车排气管加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车排气管,它安装于发动机排气支管和消声器之间的排气管中,使整个排气系统呈挠性联接,从而起到减振降噪、方便安装和延长排气消声系统寿命的作用。它主要用于轻型车、微型车和客车,其结构是双层波纹管外覆钢丝网套,两端直边段外套卡环的结构。
排气管在加工过程中,普遍要使用到胶粘剂,传统的胶粘剂无法满足耐高温的生产要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂,可完美克服现有技术中存在的上述问题。为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂,由聚合二元醇30%、二氨基丁磺酸7%、三羟基丙烷7%、羟基硅油10%、二异氰酸酯6%、N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺5%、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺10%、钛酸四异丙醇酯5%、乙二醇10%、胡萝卜甙8%和三乙二醇胺2%制成。
用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
①、将聚合二元醇、二氨基丁磺酸、三羟基丙烷、羟基硅油加入反应设备中,在氮气的保护下,升温至150℃,真空脱水反应40分钟;
②、冷却至70℃,加入二异氰酸酯、N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再次升温至150℃反应2小时;
③、然后降温至70℃,加入钛酸四异丙醇酯,再次升温至150℃反应1小时;
④、加入乙二醇调节粘度,使物料于60℃时的粘度小于35000cps;
⑤、搅拌条件下,将胡萝卜甙、三乙二醇胺加入到反应设备中,搅拌混合2小时,得到用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂。
本发明的用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂,其有益效果表现在:
本发明通过合理选择配方及制备方法,使得胶粘剂的耐高温性能得到显著提升,同时,可实现排气管的长效粘接,对提升产品品质做出巨大贡献。

实施例1
一种用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂,由聚合二元醇30%、二氨基丁磺酸7%、三羟基丙烷7%、羟基硅油10%、二异氰酸酯6%、N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺5%、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺10%、钛酸四异丙醇酯5%、乙二醇10%、胡萝卜甙8%和三乙二醇胺2%制成。
实施例2
按照实施例1的重量百分比,制备用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂的方法为:
①、将聚合二元醇、二氨基丁磺酸、三羟基丙烷、羟基硅油加入反应设备中,在氮气的保护下,升温至150℃,真空脱水反应40分钟;
②、冷却至70℃,加入二异氰酸酯、N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再次升温至150℃反应2小时;
③、然后降温至70℃,加入钛酸四异丙醇酯,再次升温至150℃反应1小时;
④、加入乙二醇调节粘度,使物料于60℃时的粘度小于35000cps;
⑤、搅拌条件下,将胡萝卜甙、三乙二醇胺加入到反应设备中,搅拌混合2小时,得到用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于汽车排气管粘接的耐高温胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
①、耐高温胶粘剂配方为:聚合二元醇30%、二氨基丁磺酸7%、三羟基丙烷7%、羟基硅油10%、二异氰酸酯6%、N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺5%、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺10%、钛酸四异丙醇酯5%、乙二醇10%、胡萝卜甙8%、三乙二醇胺2%;将聚合二元醇、二氨基丁磺酸、三羟基丙烷、羟基硅油加入反应设备中,在氮气的保护下,升温至150℃,真空脱水反应40分钟;
②、冷却至70℃,加入二异氰酸酯、N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再次升温至150℃反应2小时;
③、然后降温至70℃,加入钛酸四异丙醇酯,再次升温至150℃反应1小时;
