本发明涉及一种微毛导电保温织物，包括贴身层（1），贴身层外依次设有填充层（2）、保温层（3）、隔温层（4）、耐磨层（5）和防水涂层（6）；填充层为SEE生态棉；保温层为PE植绒；隔温层（4）为硅胶填充；防水涂层（6）为热塑性聚氨酯透气薄膜。所述贴身层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种微毛导电织物，包含浸渗有通过苯胺和氧化剂过二硫酸铵在酸性介质中的原位化学聚合提供的导电聚苯胺聚合物的织物。本发明能延长保温时间。本发明微毛导电。

微毛导电保温织物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种保温织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
我国地域跨度广，南北冬季温差较大，冬季室外低温可达零下40度，人们出行需要穿着厚重的衣物进行保温，感冒和被冻伤情况时有发生，衣物厚重，致使人们行动不便，进入室内等温暖环境更换衣物也比较麻烦。传统型的保暖服装较为厚重，而轻薄类服装又达不到保暖效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种保温织物，既能满足保暖需求，又轻薄舒适，穿着后不会限制动作，耐水洗，寿命高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种微毛导电保温织物，包括贴身层，所述贴身层外依次设有填充层、保温层、隔温层、耐磨层和防水涂层，各层通过粘接固定；所述贴身层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用棉纤维织成；所述填充层为SEE 生态棉；所述保温层为PE 植绒；所述隔温层为硅胶填充；所述耐磨层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用亚麻纤维织成，所述第二纬纱采用黄麻纤维织成；所述防水涂层为热塑性聚氨酯透气薄膜。所述贴身层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种微毛导电织物，包含浸渗有通过苯胺和氧化剂过二硫酸铵在酸性介质中的原位化学聚合提供的导电聚苯胺聚合物的织物。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
SEE 生态棉起到锁住人体温度功能，PE植绒和硅胶填充能够降低外界冷空气侵入，温度散失率低，延长保温时间，黄麻纤维耐水洗，提高织物寿命，热塑性聚氨酯透气薄膜可以抵挡外界雨雪。
本发明所得到的电导率类似于/或优于人体的电导率，并且在导电织物中所获得的电导率遍及导电织物的整个厚度，并且由该导电织物制成的手套适合于满足用于通过接触来操作电子器件的电导率需要。
