Abstract

本发明涉及甘蔗切段机，其包括操作桌台、切段操作刀组、第一收集箱、第二收集箱，操作桌台包括台面、用于支撑台面的支撑腿，台面右端开设有一纵向分布的通槽，第一收集箱置于台面下方且对应于通槽下方，第二收集箱置于台面下方且对应于台面右端面下方；切段操作刀组包括两个与通槽相对应的切割刀、一个固定板、一个手持柄，两个切割刀并列竖直分布地固定在固定板底面上且两个切割刀之间存在切割间隙，切割间隙小于通槽宽度，手持柄固定在固定板一端，固定板另一端可上下转动地铰接在台面上对应通槽的位置处，固定板转动至水平状态，两个切割刀底端置于通槽内。本发明专门用于实现甘蔗的快速切段分隔，实现茎节与茎间的分离，切割分段效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及甘蔗切段设备技术领域，具体是涉及甘蔗切段机。
背景技术
甘蔗中含有丰富的糖分、水分，还含有对人体新陈代谢非常有益的各种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质、有机酸、钙、铁等物质。人们日常生活中常去菜市场买甘蔗吃。如图1，甘蔗的主茎结构包括两个部分：茎节5、茎间6，相邻茎节5之间都是用茎间6连在一起的；人们吃甘蔗只是吃茎节部分，很甜；茎间部分是不能吃的；所以，在买甘蔗时，卖家都会将甘蔗去皮后切段处理，即将甘蔗主茎上的茎间都去掉，将各个独立的茎节卖给买家。而目前去掉茎间的设备都只是简单的刀具，沿着甘蔗主茎长度方向将茎节、茎间依次交替切掉，切割效率较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种甘蔗切段机，专门用于实现甘蔗的快速切段分隔，实现茎节与茎间的分离，切割分段效率高。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供以下技术方案：甘蔗切段机，其包括操作桌台、切段操作刀组、第一收集箱、第二收集箱，所述操作桌台包括台面、用于支撑台面的支撑腿，所述台面右端开设有一贯穿上下表面的、纵向分布的通槽，所述第一收集箱置于台面下方且对应于通槽下方，所述第二收集箱置于台面下方且对应于台面右端面下方；
所述切段操作刀组包括两个与通槽相对应的切割刀、一个固定板、一个手持柄，两个切割刀并列竖直分布地固定在固定板底面上且两个切割刀之间存在切割间隙，所述切割间隙小于通槽宽度，所述手持柄固定在固定板一端，所述固定板另一端可上下转动地铰接在台面上对应通槽的位置处，所述固定板转动至水平状态，两个切割刀底端置于通槽内。
在上述方案基础上，所述固定板中部开设有纵向分布的、贯穿上下表面的观察槽，两个切割刀分别位于观察槽两侧。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是：本发明提供的甘蔗切段机，其在台面上开设有通槽，通槽的宽度设计成比茎间宽，两个切割刀之间间距设计成与茎间宽度相对应，甘蔗置于台面上，将待切段的茎间置于通槽上，此时该茎间两侧均有茎节，工作人员手持切段操作刀组的手持柄向下转动地压下固定板，即可实现利用两个切割刀将茎间直接切掉，一次操作即可实现茎间、茎节同时切掉，被切掉的茎间直接掉入第一收集箱内，右端被切掉的茎节则直接掉入第二收集箱内；然后，向上转动固定板，使切割刀从通槽内脱离，再将下一个茎间置于通槽上，进行下一个切段作业。操作十分方便，切段效率也高。

在本发明的描述中，需要理解的是，术语“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本发明，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图2至图4可知，甘蔗切段机，其包括操作桌台1、切段操作刀组2、第一收集箱3、第二收集箱4，所述操作桌台1包括台面11、用于支撑台面11的支撑腿12，所述台面11右端开设有一贯穿上下表面的、纵向分布的通槽111，所述第一收集箱3置于台面11下方且对应于通槽111下方，所述第二收集箱4置于台面11下方且对应于台面右端面下方；
所述切段操作刀组2包括两个与通槽111相对应的切割刀21、一个固定板22、一个手持柄23，两个切割刀21并列竖直分布地固定在固定板22底面上且两个切割刀21之间存在切割间隙24，所述切割间隙24小于通槽111宽度，所述固定板22中部开设有纵向分布的、贯穿上下表面的观察槽221，两个切割刀21分别位于观察槽221两侧，两个切割刀之间间距设计成与茎间宽度相对应，利用两个切割刀21实现对茎间6的一次性切掉，利用观察槽221可观察到切段效果。所述手持柄23固定在固定板22一端，所述固定板22另一端可上下转动地铰接在台面11上对应通槽111的位置处，当固定板22转动至水平状态时，两个切割刀21便实现对茎间22的切割，将茎间22切掉后，两个切割刀21底端置于通槽111内。
本发明提供的甘蔗切段机，其在台面11上开设有通槽111，通槽111的宽度设计成比茎间6宽，甘蔗置于台面11上，将待切段的茎间6置于通槽111上，此时该茎间6两侧均有茎节5，工作人员手持切段操作刀组2的手持柄23向下转动地压下固定板22，即可实现利用两个切割刀21将茎间6直接切掉，一次操作即可实现茎间6、茎节5同时切掉，被切掉的茎间6直接掉入第一收集箱3内，右端被切掉的茎节5则直接掉入第二收集箱4内；然后，向上转动固定板22，使切割刀21从通槽111内脱离，再将下一个茎间置于通槽上，进行下一个切段作业。操作十分方便，切段效率也高。

1.甘蔗切段机，其特征在于：包括操作桌台、切段操作刀组、第一收集箱、第二收集箱，所述操作桌台包括台面、用于支撑台面的支撑腿，所述台面右端开设有一贯穿上下表面的、纵向分布的通槽，所述第一收集箱置于台面下方且对应于通槽下方，所述第二收集箱置于台面下方且对应于台面右端面下方；
所述切段操作刀组包括两个与通槽相对应的切割刀、一个固定板、一个手持柄，两个切割刀并列竖直分布地固定在固定板底面上且两个切割刀之间存在切割间隙，所述切割间隙小于通槽宽度，所述手持柄固定在固定板一端，所述固定板另一端可上下转动地铰接在台面上对应通槽的位置处，所述固定板转动至水平状态，两个切割刀底端置于通槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甘蔗切段机，其特征在于：所述固定板中部开设有纵向分布的、贯穿上下表面的观察槽，两个切割刀分别位于观察槽两侧。
