When the screw is successfully taken and the locking degree indicated by the locking state information meets the requirement, the control system controls the counter to be reduced by one, otherwise, the counter is unchanged. If the number of the screws actually locked in place is consistent with the preset value of the counter (the number of the screws preset by the counter), the fact that the screws of the material are installed is indicated, and the screws are locked in place according to the set torque; if the number of the screws actually locked is smaller than the preset value of the counter, the situation that the screws are not locked or cannot be locked is indicated, the screw installation fool-proofing device can automatically alarm, and the process supervision of screw installation is realized.
It should be noted that, the fool-proof device for screw installation in the embodiment of the present invention satisfies the following two conditions: (1) successfully taking the screws in the screw arraying machine by the electric screwdriver; (2) the screw locking degree of the material taking meets the requirement, and the counter can count; when a certain screw is not locked in place for one time and needs to be locked for the second time, the counter can not count, so that the data recorded by the counter can be ensured to be real and effective, and the fool-proof effect is achieved.
In other words, the electric screwdriver takes the screw, and when the electric screwdriver successfully takes the screw and the locking degree of the taken screw meets the preset torque (the locking degree of the screw meets the requirement), the control system controls the counter to be decreased by one; and the electric batch circularly takes materials until the preset value of the counter returns to zero.

In one embodiment of the invention, the screw installation fool-proofing device further comprises a main switch, a digital display and an alarm which are arranged on the machine body; the digital display is connected with the counter and is used for displaying the current counting data of the counter; the alarm is connected with the control system and used for giving an alarm prompt when the screw installation of the material is not satisfactory. Wherein, the alarm further comprises an indicator light and a buzzer; the indicator light and the buzzer are respectively used for light alarm and sound alarm, so that an operator can find problems and timely solve the problems.
The control system judges whether the screw is successfully taken and locked or not according to the taking information and the locking state information; when the number of screws which are successfully taken and locked by the electric screwdriver corresponds to the preset value of the counter, the screws of the materials are completely installed; otherwise, alarm prompting is carried out through an alarm.
In addition, the control system in the embodiment of the invention can be realized by adopting a single chip microcomputer or a control chip with a storage function, and a corresponding algorithm is stored in the control chip.
According to the screw installation fool-proofing device provided by the invention, after the screw taking action is executed and the torque or the locking of the screw is in place, the total number of the screws displayed by the counter is reduced by one, and before the next screw taking signal is triggered, even if the screw is repeatedly locked or picked up, the number of the screws displayed by the counter is not reduced, so that the disorder of the number of the screws caused by the repeated torque of one screw is avoided. In addition, when the materials after the screws are installed are taken away, the control system can generally judge the number of the screw torques in place (namely the number of the screws which are drilled and in place) after the screw taking action is executed, if the total number of the screw torques in place is different from the total number (preset value) of the screws to be drilled, the situation that the screws are drilled in a missing way or are not drilled in place is indicated, and an alarm is given to prompt an operator to check; if the total number is the same as the total number of the screws to be screwed, no alarm is given, new materials are placed into the fixed tool, and the control system controls the counter to reset to the total number of the screws to be screwed.
