Abstract
本发明涉及日常用品领域,具体涉及一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)先将海泡石、高岭土提纯处理,然后粉碎成细粉,得混合粉末;(2)按配制质量比将茶树油、醋酸乙酯、瓜尔豆胶、水搅拌混合,并用柠檬酸调节pH值至6.0‑6.5,得第一溶液;(3)按配制质量比取植物粉末溶解在醋酸中,得第二溶液;(4)将第一溶液和第二溶液以100‑200r/min的速度搅拌混合,搅拌10min后加入步骤1制得混合粉末;(5)对步骤(4)所得进行抽滤,然后置于150‑160℃烘箱中干燥制得膏状成品。本发明持续时间长,有效清除房屋异味,吸附性强,安全环保,使用简单,混合有茶树叶,空气净化剂香味更清新自然持久。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日常用品领域,具体涉及一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法。
背景技术
人一生中大部分时间是在室内度过的,而又以在家庭室内生活的时间最长。因此,室内环境的好坏直接影响着人们的身体健康。近20年来,我国房地产开发的飞速发展,带动装饰材料业以及室内装修业如雨后春笋般地高速发展。由于发展过速和装修材料的质量不一、装修队伍的良莠不齐,造成室内装修污染严重影响了人们的身体健康,威胁着人类的生命。居室内各种建筑装饰材料,如人造板、木制复合地板、层压木质板家具和胶粘剂等挥发出的甲醛、苯、卤代烃、芳香烃等有毒污染物,尤其是甲醛释放期长达3~15年,危害十分严重。因此,世界卫生组织(WHO)和美国环境保护局(EPA)均将甲醛列为潜在危险致癌物与重要的环境污染物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,制备的空气净化剂香味持久。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将海泡石、高岭土提纯处理,然后粉碎成细粉,得混合粉末;
(2)按配制质量比将茶树油、醋酸乙酯、瓜尔豆胶、水搅拌混合,并用柠檬酸调节pH值至6.0-6.5,得第一溶液;
(3)按配制质量比取植物粉末溶解在醋酸中,得第二溶液;
(4)将第一溶液和第二溶液以100-200r/min的速度搅拌混合,搅拌10min后加入步骤1制得混合粉末;
(5)对步骤(4)所得进行抽滤,然后置于150-160℃烘箱中干燥制得膏状成品。
优选的,步骤1中,所述海泡石、高岭土的质量比为1:1。
优选的,步骤1中,混合粉末的粒度为200-300目。
优选的,步骤2中,茶树油、醋酸乙酯、瓜尔豆胶和水的质量比为1:1:1-2:20-30。
优选的,步骤3中,植物粉末和醋酸的质量比为1:5-8。
优选的,所述植物粉末是茶树叶烘干至含水率为3%,再磨成粒度为50-100目制得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明持续时间长,有效清除房屋异味,吸附性强,安全环保,使用简单,混合有茶树叶,空气净化剂香味更清新自然持久。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将100g海泡石、100g高岭土提纯处理,去除杂质,然后粉碎成200目细粉,得混合粉末;
(2)按配制质量比将50g茶树油、50g醋酸乙酯、50g瓜尔豆胶、1000g水搅拌混合,并用柠檬酸调节pH值至6.0,得第一溶液;
(3)按配制质量比取20g植物粉末溶解在160g醋酸中,得第二溶液;
(4)将第一溶液和第二溶液以100r/min的速度搅拌混合,搅拌10min后加入步骤1制得混合粉末;
(5)对步骤(4)所得进行抽滤,然后置于150℃烘箱中干燥制得膏状成品。
实施例2
一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将50g海泡石、50g高岭土提纯处理,去除杂质,然后粉碎成260目细粉,得混合粉末;
(2)按配制质量比将80g茶树油、80g醋酸乙酯、120g瓜尔豆胶、2000g水搅拌混合,并用柠檬酸调节pH值至6.2,得第一溶液;
(3)按配制质量比取40g植物粉末溶解在240g醋酸中,得第二溶液;
(4)将第一溶液和第二溶液以150r/min的速度搅拌混合,搅拌10min后加入步骤1制得混合粉末;
(5)对步骤(4)所得进行抽滤,然后置于155℃烘箱中干燥制得膏状成品。
实施例3
一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将80g海泡石、80g高岭土提纯处理,去除杂质,然后粉碎成300目细粉,得混合粉末;
(2)按配制质量比将100g茶树油、100g醋酸乙酯、200g瓜尔豆胶、3000g水搅拌混合,并用柠檬酸调节pH值至6.5,得第一溶液;
(3)按配制质量比取80g植物粉末溶解在400g醋酸中,得第二溶液;
(4)将第一溶液和第二溶液以200r/min的速度搅拌混合,搅拌10min后加入步骤1制得混合粉末;
(5)对步骤(4)所得进行抽滤,然后置于160℃烘箱中干燥制得膏状成品。

1.一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)先将海泡石、高岭土提纯处理,然后粉碎成细粉,得混合粉末;
(2)按配制质量比将茶树油、醋酸乙酯、瓜尔豆胶、水搅拌混合,并用柠檬酸调节pH值至6.0-6.5,得第一溶液;
(3)按配制质量比取植物粉末溶解在醋酸中,得第二溶液;
(4)将第一溶液和第二溶液以100-200r/min的速度搅拌混合,搅拌10min后加入步骤1制得混合粉末;
(5)对步骤(4)所得进行抽滤,然后置于150-160℃烘箱中干燥制得膏状成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,所述海泡石、高岭土的质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,混合粉末的粒度为200-300目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中,茶树油、醋酸乙酯、瓜尔豆胶和水的质量比为1:1:1-2:20-30。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中,植物粉末和醋酸的质量比为1:5-8。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种含植物香味的空气净化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述植物粉末是茶树叶烘干至含水率为3%,再磨成粒度为50-100目制得。
