技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种温和滋养、美白防晒的人参滋养日霜,对皮肤具有良好的滋润美白、防晒抗氧化的效果。
背景技术
日霜,日霜的功能分不同的产品而言,除有修护、保湿、抗皱、紧肤外,最大特色还是在于可以防御环境(如紫外线、空气污染)对肌肤的伤害。从现在市售日霜的成分看,大多不会脱离日霜的防护、隔离功能,因为在这些产品中多含有SPF防晒系数,或紫外线过滤剂,适合在白天出门前使用。日霜是不能代替晚上用的,他们的保养成分大不相同,日霜偏重隔离,而日霜则把修护、滋养当成第一要务。日霜的功能,分不同的产品而言,除有修护、保湿、抗皱、紧肤外,最大特色还是在于可以防御环境(如紫外线,空气污染)对肌肤的伤害。因为在这些产品中多含有SPF防晒系数,而且含多重抗氧化分子,有效地保护皮肤免受外界污染而令皮肤提早衰老,能加强皮肤的天然保湿屏障,保持水分平衡。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种温和滋养、美白防晒的人参滋养日霜,对皮肤具有良好的滋润美白、防晒抗氧化的效果。
本发明采用了这样的技术方案:所述发明适用于任何肌肤的人参滋养日霜,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:黄原胶0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、吐温20 7份、硬脂酸0.8份、氢化蓖麻油1.3份、二甲基硅氧烷5份、VE乙酸酯0.6份、小麦胚芽油2.2份、丙二醇6份、人参提取物17份、蜂王浆6份、香精适量、防腐剂适量、去离子水加至100份。
本发明的重量配比是经过本发明人大量试验获得的,并且在长达2年的实际应用中证明,具有较为理想的滋润美白、防晒抗氧化的效果。
本发明中所述的原料:
黄原胶:又称黄胶、汉生胶,黄单胞多糖,是一种由假黄单胞菌属发酵产生的单孢多糖。黄原胶为浅黄色至白色可流动粉末,稍带臭味。易溶于冷、热水中,溶液中性,耐冻结和解冻,不溶于乙醇。遇水分散、乳化变成稳定的亲水性粘稠胶体。特点性能:悬浮性和乳化性;良好的水溶性;增稠性;假塑性;对热的稳定性;对酸碱的稳定性;对盐的稳定性;对酶解反应的稳定性。主要用途:在工业中用作多种目的的稳定剂、稠化剂和加工铺助剂,包括制作罐装和瓶装食品、面包房食品、奶制品、冷冻食品、色拉调味品、饮料、酿造、糖果、糕点花色配品等。制作食品时,易于流动,易于倒出倒入,易于管道化,减少能源消耗。
乙二胺四乙酸二钠:又叫做EDTA-2Na,是化学中一种良好的配合剂,它有六个配位原子,形成的配合物叫做鳌合物,EDTA在配位滴定中经常用到,一般是测定金属离子的含量。EDTA在染料、食品、药品等工业上有重要用途。
吐温20:非离子表面活性剂。琥珀色油状物。味苦,易溶于水、稀酸、稀碱、醇、醚、芳烃、氯化溶剂、酮类、乙二醇、吡啶等,不溶于动物油和矿物油。有乳化、扩散、润湿等作用。活性物含量100%,密度1.1g/cm3,黏度约400mPa·s,HLB值16.7,闪点>149℃,燃点>149℃,皂化值40~50,酸值<2,羟值96~108,由失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯在碱性催化剂下与环氧乙烷加成反应制得。主要用作化妆品乳化剂,橡胶乳液润湿剂、染料的溶刊,医药品和照相乳液的乳化剂,泡沫塑料稳定剂。
硬脂酸:英文名:StearicAcid-829本品系从动、植物油脂中得到的固体脂肪酸,主要成分为硬脂酸(C18H36O2)与棕榈酸(C16H32O2)。本品为白色或类白色有滑腻感的粉末或结晶性硬块,其剖面有微带光泽的细针状结晶;有类似油脂的微臭,无味。本品在氯仿或乙醚中易溶,在乙醇中溶解,在水中几乎不溶。广泛用于制化妆品、塑料耐寒增塑剂、脱模剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、橡胶硫化促进剂、防水剂、抛光剂、金属皂、金属矿物浮选剂、软化剂、医药品及其他有机化学品。在化妆品中,硬脂酸用于雪花膏和冷霜这两类护肤品中起乳化作用,从而使其变成稳定洁白的膏体。硬脂酸还是制造杏仁蜜和奶液的主要原料。硬脂酸皂酯类在化妆品工业中用途更为广泛。
氢化蓖麻油:氢化蓖麻油为一种常用的高效增溶剂,能将香精,精油等油性物质,均匀地分散到水中,形成稳定,透明,的溶液。起始原料来自于天然植物--氢化蓖麻油,在自然界中能生物降解,适合日化等行业。
二甲基硅氧烷:俗称:硅油。一般是无色(或淡黄色)、无味、无毒、不易挥发的液体。硅油不溶于水、甲醇、二醇和-乙氧基乙醇,可与苯、二甲醚、甲基乙基酮、四氯化碳或煤油互溶,稍溶于丙酮、二恶烷、乙醇和丁醇。硅油具有卓越的耐热性、电绝缘性、耐候性、疏水性、生理惰性和较小的表面张力,此外还具有低的粘温系数、较高的抗压缩性、有的品种还具有耐辐射的性能。
VE乙酸酯:作用用途:有抗氧化作用。能增强皮肤毛细血管抵抗力,并维持正常通透性,改善血液循环及调整生育功能、抗衰老作用等。用于冠心病、动脉硬化、习惯性流产、肌营养不良、肌痉挛、新生儿硬肿症、红斑狼疮、皮肌炎、硬皮病、结节性血管炎等。
小麦胚芽油:是以小麦芽为原料制取的一种谷物胚芽油,它集中了小麦的营养精华,富含维生素E、亚油酸、亚麻酸、甘八碳醇及多种生理活性组分,具有很高的营养价值。特别是维生素E含量为植物油之冠,已被公认为一种颇具营养保健作用的功能性油脂。具有调节内分泌,减肥、防止色斑、黑斑及色素沉着;抗氧化作用,减少过氧化脂质生成,促进皮肤保湿功能,使皮肤润泽,延缓衰老;促进新陈代谢和皮肤更新,抗皱、防皱、防皮肤老化、消除疤痕的作用。
丙二醇:即1,2-丙二醇。与水、乙醇及多种有机溶剂混溶。丙二醇可用作不饱和聚酯树脂的原料.在化妆品、牙膏和香皂中可与甘油或山梨醇配合用作润湿剂。在染发剂中用作调湿、匀发剂,也用作防冻剂,还用于玻璃纸、增塑剂和制药工业。丙二醇的粘性和吸湿性好,并且无毒,因而在食品、医药和化妆品工业中广泛用作吸湿剂、抗冻剂、润滑剂和溶剂。在食品工业中,丙二醇和脂肪酸反应生成丙二醇脂肪酸酯,主要用作食品乳化剂;丙二醇是调味品和色素的优良溶剂。丙二醇在医药工业中常用作制造各类软膏、油膏的溶剂、软化剂和赋形剂等,由于丙二醇与各类香料具有较好互溶性,因而也用作化妆品的溶剂和软化剂等等。
人参提取物:(Ginseng Extract)别名:人参皂甙。人参总皂甙是从五加科植物人参的根、茎叶中提取精制而成,其富含十八种人参单体皂甙,溶于80℃的水,易溶解于乙醇。主要适用于冠心病、心绞痛、心率过缓、过快、室性早博、血压失调、神经衰弱、更年期综合症、疲劳过度、病后、产后、术后身体虚弱等症状;久服可以延年益寿,并能增强体力,治疗癌症患者因放疗和化疗引起的免疫功能低下等症;有抗冷热应激作用。同时具有增强人体表面细胞的活力,抑制衰老等作用。
蜂王浆:(Royal Jelly),又名蜂皇浆、蜂乳,是蜜蜂巢中培育幼虫的青年工蜂咽头腺的分泌物,是供给将要变成蜂王的幼虫的食物,也是蜂王终身的食物。外观:为粘稠的浆状物,有光泽感、其颜色呈乳白色、浅黄色或微红色。味道酸、涩、略带辛辣,回味略甜。主要作用:辅助降低血糖;抗氧化功效;降低血脂;控制血管扩张、降低血压;保护肝脏;抗菌、消炎;抗衰老作用,和强化性功能作用,同时还有抗辐射,增强记忆力的作用。
香精:是化妆品中使用次数最多,也是使用范围最广的一类添加剂。是一种由人工调配出来的含有两种以上香料的混合物。
防腐剂:是指可以阻止微生物生长或阻止产品反应的微生物生长的物质。在化妆品中,防腐剂的作用是保护产品,使之免受微生物污染,延长产品的货架寿命;确保产品的安全性,防止消费者因使用受微生物污染的产品而引起可能的感染。
去离子水:去离子水(deionized water)是指除去了呈离子形式杂质后的纯水。国际标准化组织ISO/TC 147规定的“去离子”定义为:“去离子水完全或不完全地去除离子物质,主要指采用离子交换树脂处理方法。”现在的工艺主要采用RO反渗透的方法制取。
本发明所述各原料的用量和理化性质产生协调作用,积极效果在于:温和滋养、美白防晒;PH值与人体皮肤的PH值接近,对皮肤无刺激性;使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显滋润美白、防晒抗氧化的效果。
本发明的使用效果实验对比:地址:河南省登封市东关街“某知名品牌美容健身机构”。
第一组:参与实验人数187名,均为某知名品牌美容健身机构女性顾客,年龄18-37岁。使用某企业著名品牌日霜,使用周期为4个月,平均每人每日使用1次。实验结果:满意率66.6%;满意标准:使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的深层滋润效果。
第二组:参与实验人数179名,均为某知名品牌美容健身机构女性顾客,年龄18-43岁。使用本发明所述的人参滋养日霜,使用方法是:擦拭于脸部皮肤。使用周期为4个月,平均每人每日使用1次。实验结果:满意率88.7%;满意标准:对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的滋润美白、防晒抗氧化的效果。
实验对照结果:本发明所述的日霜,对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的滋润美白、防晒抗氧化的效果。
具体实施方式
所述人参滋养日霜,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:黄原胶0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、吐温207份、硬脂酸0.8份、氢化蓖麻油1.3份、二甲基硅氧烷5份、VE乙酸酯0.6份、小麦胚芽油2.2份、丙二醇6份、人参提取物17份、蜂王浆6份、香精适量、防腐剂适量、去离子水加至100份。其制备方法是:
步骤一:将黄原胶溶于适量去离子水中分散,让其静置至水合,再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,加热至75℃并搅拌;
步骤二:将吐温20、硬脂酸、氢化蓖麻油、二甲基硅氧烷、VE乙酸酯和小麦胚芽油等原料混合加热至75℃并搅拌;
步骤三:将步骤(一)物料加入步骤(二)物料中,继续快速搅拌3min至均匀状,待其冷却至45℃时加入香精和防腐剂,加入丙二醇,温度冷却至35℃时加入人参提取物和蜂王浆,搅拌至其冷却至室温即可得成品。

1.一种人参滋养日霜,其特征在于,配方中的原料及重量比分别是:黄原胶0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2份、吐温207份、硬脂酸0.8份、氢化蓖麻油1.3份、二甲基硅氧烷5份、VE乙酸酯0.6份、小麦胚芽油2.2份、丙二醇6份、人参提取物17份、蜂王浆6份、香精适量、防腐剂适量、去离子水加至100份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的日霜,其特征在于,所述人参滋养日霜的制备方法是:
步骤一:将黄原胶溶于适量去离子水中分散,让其静置至水合,再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,加热至75℃并搅拌;
步骤二:将吐温20、硬脂酸、氢化蓖麻油、二甲基硅氧烷、VE乙酸酯和小麦胚芽油等原料混合加热至75℃并搅拌;
步骤三:将步骤(一)物料加入步骤(二)物料中,继续快速搅拌3min至均匀状,待其冷却至45℃时加入香精和防腐剂,加入丙二醇,温度冷却至35℃时加入人参提取物和蜂王浆,搅拌至其冷却至室温即可得成品。
