本发明公开了一种壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液,其组分及其重量百分比如下:壳聚糖0.1‑1%,茶多酚0.01‑0.3%,邻伞花烃0.005‑0.1%,冬青油0.005‑0.05%,抗氧化剂0.06‑1%,薄荷0.03‑0.5%,山梨醇1‑10%,木糖醇0.8‑5%,增溶剂0.1%‑5%,丙二醇0.1%‑5%,乙醇0.5‑3%,余量为纯化水。本发明还公开了前述壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液的制备方法。本发明壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液口感舒适,天然茶香,广谱的杀菌、抑菌效果,能有效预防各种口腔疾病,护齿提神,达到清洁口腔、护理牙龈、维护口腔微生物生态平衡、天然安全、无毒无副作用。

一种壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及天然安全口腔清洁护理日用品,尤其涉及一种壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液,还涉及其制备方法。
背景技术
口腔清洁护理液包括漱口水、口喷剂,是一种液体口腔清洁护理用品,其主要作用在于清洁口腔,掩盖口腔不良气味,使口腔内留有清新舒适的感觉。近几年发展较快,新配方、新剂型层出不穷,销量日增。究其原因,一方面是由于它所含的成分能有效地杀灭牙齿及口腔中的有害细菌,保护口腔清洁;另一方面是由于它使用起来比牙膏方便,口感舒适,功效良好,尤其对于经常有应酬或者喜欢吃有异味食品的人群、牙齿不全的老人,及起居不便的病人和出差人员等。
众所周知,口腔内部环境特别适合病原体微生物的寄居和繁殖,如果没有及时的将这些病原体及细菌杀死,而导致口腔内病原体生物的大量繁殖,易发生引发各种口腔疾病,如龋齿,牙石,牙菌斑,牙龈出血,牙本质敏感,牙齿不洁白,口气、口腔溃疡等。因此,有效的口腔护理是保护口腔内部环境的重要环节。
目前,市场上的漱口水种类很多,如中国专利CN105796379A于2016-07-27提供公开了一种能抑菌、祛除牙斑菌,预防牙周炎发生的水溶性壳聚糖口腔护理液,其中壳聚糖含量按重量百分比添加量大于1%才可减少牙斑菌。一种抑菌、祛除牙菌斑,预防牙周炎发生的水溶性壳聚糖口腔护理液,其中壳聚糖含量按重量百分比添加量大于1%才可减少牙斑菌;如中国专利CN104306202A于2015-01-28公开了一种用于祛除口腔异味、抑菌、防龋的漱口水,主要抗菌类物质有西吡氯铵和冬青油,西吡氯铵是一种化学抗菌剂,长期饮用导致口腔生态环境改变,冬青油按重量百分比添加量为0.1%才可达到抑菌效果;又如:中国专利CN101991521A于2011-03-30公开了一种茶树油漱口水及其制备方法,其中茶树油按重量百分比添加量为0.01-30%。总体来说,有效成分单一,达到较好的抑菌效果,抑菌剂的添加量多。
发明内容
本发明针对目前市场上口腔清洁护理液的不足之处,希望从草本植物提取物和天然植物精油中寻求最优组合,提出一种不含化学抗菌剂,天然安全,同时相比市场上同类杀菌成分的口腔清洁护理液配比量添加少的口腔清洁护理液。
研究证实,邻伞花烃的最小抑菌浓度为0.1%,本发明所添加的壳聚糖、邻伞花烃、冬青油按重量百分比添加量分别为0.1—1%、0.005—0.1%、0.005—0.05%,三者的添加量远小于同类杀菌成分的口腔清洁护理液,随后的试验例将证明,本发明口腔清洁护理液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌及其他引起口腔炎症的化脓菌、真菌等致病菌抑菌、杀菌率均达到99.999%以上,同时能有效调整口腔微生物生态平衡,预防各种口腔疾病,长期使用不会导致口腔生态环境发生改变,杀菌、抑菌效果好,能有效预防各种口腔疾病,护齿提神,达到清洁口腔、护理牙龈、天然安全、无毒无副作用的口腔清洁护理液。

根据一个实施例,本发明所述壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液中,所述的壳聚糖为低分子壳聚糖,其分子量小于10000。
根据一个实施例,本发明所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液中,所述的低分子壳聚糖、邻伞花烃和冬青油的重量比为1:(0.05-0.2):(0.05-0.15)。
根据一个实施例,本发明所述壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液中,所述的抗氧化剂选自抗坏血酸钠、异抗坏血酸钠或焦亚硫酸钠。
根据一个实施例,本发明所述壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液中,所述的增溶剂为泊洛沙姆407、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚或吐温-80中的一种或多种合用。
根据实施例,本发明提供的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取茶多酚、邻伞花烃、抗氧化剂、山梨醇、木糖醇、丙二醇和增溶剂,加入适量的纯化水,搅拌至溶解完全,得到A液;
(2)按配比称取冬青油和薄荷,加入配比量的乙醇中,搅拌溶解完全,得到B液;
(3)在搅拌条件下,将B液加入到A液中,搅拌均匀,加入壳聚糖,并加入剩余的纯化水,混匀均匀后,即制得壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液。
本发明通过低分子壳聚糖、邻伞花烃和冬青油三者的协同作用,以最少的添加量,达到最佳抑菌杀菌效果。所述的低分子壳聚糖是自然界少见的天然带正电荷高分子聚合物,来源于天然壳聚糖衍生物,分子量低于10000,具有抗菌、杀菌、止血消炎、促进口腔伤口愈合等作用。在医学消毒学最新进展中,实验证明,低分子壳聚糖对口腔疾病相关的11种厌氧菌,以及龋齿密切相关变形链球菌、黏性放线菌和远缘链球菌等都有较强的抑菌效果,它能选择性阻止变形链球菌在牙齿上的黏附,并抑制其生长繁殖,有效预防口腔内感染,并具有良好的清洁口腔作用;所述的邻伞花烃又名邻异苯基甲苯,提取于麝香草酚中,是一种天然抗菌防腐剂,能有效破坏和抑制口腔中微生物的生长;所述的冬青油是天然精油的一种,主要是由冬青树的叶经水蒸汽溜而得的一种浅黄色精油具有木质芳香气味,能有效杀死口腔细菌,止痛消肿,改善人的情绪,使头脑清楚,集中注意力等。
本发明首先利用壳聚糖分子结构中具有质子化铵,能与细菌带负电荷的细胞膜作用,使细菌细胞膜机能发生絮乱,细胞膜通透性发生改变,从而抑制口腔中细菌的生长;其次利用天然精油冬青油穿透细胞壁,破坏细胞壁上多糖,是细菌表面暴露失去保护作用;最后利用杀菌剂邻伞花烃,杀死口腔有害细菌。本发明同时还添加茶多酚,能辅助杀菌,防龋固齿,清除口臭,带来天然茶香口感,漱口后口气清新。
本发明所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液,选用天然草本植物和植物精油,天然安全,无毒无副作用,结合天然草本植物和植物精油之间的特性,达到广谱的杀菌、抑菌效果、舒适的口感,有效的防治龋病、牙周病、口腔黏膜病等口腔病。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例应理解为仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。在阅读了本发明记载的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等效变化和修改同样落入本发明权利要求所限定的范围。
实施例1
将茶多酚0.08克、邻伞花烃0.02g、异抗坏血酸钠0.2克、山梨醇3克、木糖醇2克、丙二醇1克、泊洛沙姆407 1克加入到纯化水90.39克中,搅拌完全溶解,得到A液;将冬青油0.032克、薄荷0.08克加入到2克乙醇中,搅拌完全溶解,得到B液;在搅拌的情况下,将B液加入到A液中搅拌均匀后,加入低分子壳聚糖0.2克,搅拌均匀,即得到所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液。
实施例2
将茶多酚0.06克、邻伞花烃0.04g、抗坏血酸钠0.15克、山梨醇2克、木糖醇2克、丙二醇0.8克、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2克加入到纯化水91.37克中,搅拌完全溶解,得到A液;将冬青油0.03克、薄荷0.05克加入到1克乙醇中,搅拌完全溶解,得到B液;在搅拌的情况下,将B液加入到A液中搅拌均匀后,加入低分子壳聚糖0.5克,搅拌均匀,即得到所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液。
实施例3
将茶多酚0.03克、邻伞花烃0.042g、异抗坏血酸钠0.25克、山梨醇5克、木糖醇2克、丙二醇1.5克、吐温-80 3克加入到纯化水85.34克中,搅拌完全溶解,得到A液;将冬青油0.035克、薄荷0.1克加入到2克乙醇中,搅拌完全溶解,得到B液;在搅拌的情况下,将B液加入到A液中搅拌均匀后,加入低分子壳聚糖0.7克,搅拌均匀,即得到所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液。
实施例4
将茶多酚0.05克、邻伞花烃0.036g、焦亚硫酸钠0.1克、山梨醇5克、木糖醇3克、丙二醇2克、泊洛沙姆407 3克加入到纯化水84.93克中,搅拌完全溶解,得到A液;将冬青油0.021克、薄荷0.06克加入到1.5克乙醇中,搅拌完全溶解,得到B液;在搅拌的情况下,将B液加入到A液中搅拌均匀后,加入低分子壳聚糖0.3克,搅拌均匀,即得到所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液。
试验例1
根据2002年版《消毒技术规范》第二部分2.1.8进行抗(抑)菌实验,取上述各实施例口腔清洁护理液,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌及变性链球菌平均抑菌率达到100%。
试验例2
根据2002年版《消毒技术规范》第二部分2.1.1进行杀微生物试验,取上述各实施例口腔清洁护理液悬液定量杀菌试验中,在30s的作用时间下,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值≥5.00,即杀菌率均达到99.9999%。
试验例3
根据2002年版《消毒技术规范》第二部分2.3.1进行急性经口毒性试验,分别取上述各实施例1-4制得的口腔清洁护理液给小鼠灌胃,每20g体重小鼠灌胃100mg,连续观察14天。结果在14天内小鼠未表现异常现象,无死亡例数,解剖观察小鼠的脏器,未发现异常,即表明该口腔清洁护理液属实际安全无毒。
以上试验例表明,本发明提供的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液各组分最优配比,发挥最大的协同作用,口感舒适,防龋固齿,清除口臭,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌及其他引起口腔炎症的化脓菌、真菌等致病菌都具有很强的抑菌和杀菌能力,维持口腔微生态平衡。该口腔清洁护理液能吸附口腔异味,清新口气,天然茶香,无毒无副作用,天然安全,无刺激。

1.一种壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液,其特征在于,其组分及其重量百分比如下:

3.根据权利要求1所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液,其特征在于:所述的低分子壳聚糖、邻伞花烃和冬青油的重量比为1:(0.05-0.2):(0.05-0.15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为抗坏血酸钠、异抗坏血酸钠或焦亚硫酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液,其特征在于:所述的增溶剂为泊洛沙姆407、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚或吐温-80中的一种或多种合用。
6.权利要求1-5中任何一项所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取茶多酚、邻伞花烃、抗氧化剂、山梨醇、木糖醇、丙二醇和增溶剂,加入适量的纯化水,搅拌至溶解完全,得到A液;
(2)按配比称取冬青油和薄荷,加入配比量的乙醇中,搅拌溶解完全,得到B液;
(3)在搅拌条件下,将B液加入到A液中,搅拌均匀,加入壳聚糖,并加入剩余的纯化水,混匀均匀后,即制得所述的壳聚糖草本精油口腔清洁护理液。
