Description

Multi-service control processor co-group response method and device and service control processor
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of intelligent network communication technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for co-group response of multiple service control processors, and a service control processor.
Background
The service of a CENTRalized subscriber EXchange (Centrex) under a Next Generation communication Network (NGN)/IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) is to combine wired and wireless access terminals in the NGN/IMS domain into a virtual internal communication Network. Inside the Centrex, users can talk with each other through short numbers, and some basic service functions of the Centrex users are realized, such as number display and restriction, call forwarding, telephone operators and the like. The users in the Centrex group may include a mobile terminal broadband Access used in an IMS domain, a fixed terminal broadband Access, and a Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) terminal accessed through a Session Initiation Protocol Access Gateway (AG) or an Access Gateway Control Function (AGCF), and mainly include a soft and hard terminal accessed based on a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and a conventional POTS terminal, and the users in the Centrex group may be further divided into a plurality of user groups.
Among them, the co-group pickup service is an important service feature in Centrex service, and it has a wide application in the traditional circuit domain. The same group of answers is specifically realized as follows: when a call of a branch is not responded, other branches in the same user group are used as responses, wherein the operation mode is as follows: when the extension set without answer rings, the user answers the access code according to the same group. When the same group answering function is used, the user who answers the same group answers the calling number, that is, the calling number of the extension telephone which is ringing is answered.
However, existing peer-to-peer response technologies are implemented under a single service Control Processor (CP), but the number of users carried by a single CP of an application server is limited, and therefore when the number of users reaches a certain scale, multiple CPs are necessarily used for load balancing, thereby improving the processing capability of a service system, but the architecture of multiple CPs inevitably brings a huge challenge to the processing of services, because users are difficult to process on different CPs when triggering services. As shown in fig. 1, under the multi-CP architecture, a calling subscriber a calls a called subscriber B, which rings. However, when the CP-C in charge of the user C receives the response-substituting request sent by the user C, the process cannot be continued. Therefore, the existing peer-to-peer response technology cannot complete the peer-to-peer response function under the multi-CP architecture.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
According to one aspect of the invention, a multi-service control processor co-group response method is provided, which is applied to a response partner CP, and the method comprises the steps of firstly, receiving a first response request sent by a response user; then, judging whether the pickup user is legal or not according to the terminal information of the pickup user; thirdly, if the answer user is judged to be legal, acquiring the terminal information of the called user, which is recorded when the called user starts ringing and belongs to the same group with the answer user and is in a ringing state, of the called party CP in a database according to the terminal information of the answer user; thirdly, sending a second response request carrying the terminal information of the called user to a called party CP; and finally, establishing the call between the answering agency user and the calling user according to the second answering agency request and the terminal information of the answering agency user.
The multi-service control processor same-group answering method of the embodiment of the invention searches the called user which belongs to the same group and is in a ringing state with the answering user through the terminal information of the answering user, and establishes the signaling connection between the answering CP and the called CP, thereby realizing the same-group answering function under the multi-CP.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
and step S21, receiving a first response request sent by a response user.
And the first generation answering request carries terminal information of a generation answering user. When the calling user calls the called user and the called user rings, the responder CP can send a first responder request carrying the terminal information of the responder CP, so that the responder CP can search the called user which belongs to the same group with the responder and is in a ring state through the terminal information of the responder.
And step S23, judging whether the answering user is legal or not according to the terminal information of the answering user.
The terminal information of the pickup user may include a user number of the pickup user, a pickup access code, and SDP information, and specifically, step S23 includes:
acquiring a response-substituting access code and a user number of the response-substituting user from the first response request;
judging the service type requested by the pick-up user according to the pick-up access code;
if the service type of the pickup user is the pickup service of the same group, judging whether the pickup user belongs to a user group;
if the judgment result is yes, acquiring the authority information of the answering user in the database according to the user number, judging whether the answering user has the answering authority, and if the judgment result is yes, judging that the answering user is legal.
Therefore, in the same-group answering method of the multi-service control processor of the embodiment of the invention, in the process of initiating the answering request by the answering user, the number of the called user does not need to be known, and the called user who belongs to the same group with the answering user and needs to be answered can be found out according to the user number of the answering user by calling the answering access code through the answering agency CP to access the database, so that the user experience is improved.
Step S25, if the answer user is legal, the called CP terminal information recorded when the called user starts ringing and the called user terminal information belonging to the same group and in ringing state with the answer user is obtained in the database according to the answer user terminal information.
The multi-service control processor co-group response-substituting method of the embodiment of the invention records the terminal information of the called user in the database through the called party CP when the called user rings, and modifies the user state of the called user into a ring state, so that the response-substituting party CP can share the terminal information of the called user from the database, thereby establishing the signaling connection between the response-substituting party CP and the called party CP, and further realizing the co-group response-substituting function under the multi-CP.
The step of obtaining the terminal information of the called user, which is recorded by the called party CP when the called user starts ringing and belongs to the same group with the pickup user and is in a ringing state, in the database according to the terminal information of the pickup user includes:
judging whether a plurality of called users which belong to the same group with the pickup user and are in a ringing state exist, if so, acquiring ringing start time of the called party CP, which is recorded when the called user starts ringing, and the plurality of called users which belong to the same group with the pickup user and are in the ringing state in a database;
and comparing the ringing start time of the plurality of called users, and acquiring the terminal information of the called user which starts ringing earliest.
The multi-service control processor same-group answering method of the embodiment of the invention is applied to the condition that the same group comprises a plurality of CPs, and each CP is respectively responsible for the conversation services of a plurality of users, therefore, the situation that a plurality of users are called simultaneously in the group can exist, after the step of judging the validity of the answering user, the ringing start time of a plurality of called users which belong to the same group with the answering user and are in a ringing state needs to be obtained in a database, so that the called user which starts ringing earliest is obtained by comparing the sequence of the ringing start time, and the answering user successfully answers the called user which starts ringing earliest.
Step S27, sending a second response request carrying the terminal information of the called user to the called party CP.
And step S29, establishing the call between the answering agency user and the calling user according to the second answering agency request and the terminal information of the answering agency user.
Specifically, step S29 includes:
receiving an answer-granting message and a notification message carrying a call-id between the called party CP and the called party, which are sent by the called party CP after the called party CP verifies that the called party is in a ringing state according to the second answer request;
acquiring SDP information of the answering user from the first answering request;
sending a request access message carrying the call-id and the SDP information of the pickup user to the called party CP, so that the called party CP releases the original call of the called party side according to the request access message and forwards the SDP information of the pickup user to the calling party CP;
and receiving the SDP information of the calling party, which is transmitted by the calling party and forwarded by the calling party CP, and transmitting the SDP information of the calling party to the answering agency user, so that the answering agency user enters a conversation with the calling party according to the SDP information of the calling party.
In the process of establishing the call between the answering agency user and the calling user, the answering agency user needs to acquire the SDP information of the calling user, and the calling user needs to acquire the SDP information of the answering agency user, so that the answering agency user and the calling user can respectively acquire the SDP information of the other party through the method, and the call between the answering agency user and the calling user is realized.
The terminal information of the called user comprises the long number of the called user and the user state. When the called user rings, the called party CP changes the user state to ring state; when the called user picks up the phone and realizes the communication with the calling user, the called CP refuses the body to answer the request. Of course, the method for multi-service control processor co-group answering in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the specific content of the terminal information of the called user.
The multi-service control processor co-group response method of the embodiment of the invention is applied to the network element of the multi-CP framework. Specifically, for example, AS shown in fig. 3, the AS is a Centrex service application server, and includes modules of CP-A, CP-B, CP-C, Proxy, DB, and the like. Wherein, CP-A, CP-B and CP-C are CPs responsible for different user services; proxy is a unified external interface of CP, and after receiving a call request, a calling side distributes a call according to a calling number/a called side according to a called number. For a specific distribution policy may be: distributing the numbers with the tail numbers of 0, 1 and 2 to the CP-A; distributing the numbers with the tail numbers of 3, 4 and 5 to the CP-B; numbers with tail numbers of 6, 7, 8 and 9 are distributed to CP-C. DB is a database of Centrex service, and service data are acquired from the database when three CP processes are used for service processing; CSCF is core network equipment; the UE is a user terminal. Wherein, the UE establishes a connection with the CP responsible for the UE through the CSCF, and implements a calling or called function through each module shown in fig. 3.
The specific implementation steps of the multi-service control processor co-group answering method of the embodiment of the present invention in the network element under the multi-CP architecture shown in fig. 3 are shown in fig. 4, where the calling user is UE-a, the called user is UE-B, and the answering user is UE-C.

step 407, the proxy user UE-C sends a first proxy request invite (SDP C) carrying its SDP information to the CP-C responsible for the service of the UE-C;
step 408, after receiving the invite (sdp C) message, the CP-C finds the user UE-B in the ring state of the called flow in the same group of the UE-C by accessing the public database DB, and then sends a second response request SUBSCRIBE with the long number of the UE-B as the called number, wherein the core network sends the SUBSCRIBE to the CP-B according to the called number;
step 409, after receiving the SUBSCRIBE sent by the CP-C, the CP-B returns a confirmation message 200 OK;
step 410, CP-B sends a notice message NOTIFY carrying the call-id between the called party CP and the called party to CP-C, and informs CP-C to agree to answer;
step 411, after receiving NOTIFY, CP-C replies to CP-B with a confirmation message 200 OK;
step 412, the CP-C sends an SDP message carrying the UE-C and a replace header de notification message INVITE (SDP C + Replaces) to the CP-B, wherein the replace header comprises the call-id;
step 413, after receiving the INVITE (SDP C + Replaces), the CP-B sends a CANCEL request CANCEL to the UE-B according to the call-id in the Replaces head;
step 414-415, when the UE-B confirms to cancel, replying a confirmation message 200 OK and a Request terminating of the CP-B, so that the CP-B releases the original call at the UE-B-504 side according to the call-id in the replace header;
step 416, when successfully released, the CP-B sends an acknowledgement identifier ACK to the UE-B;
step 417-418, the CP-B sends the SDP information of the UE-C acquired in the above step to the CP- cA, and the CP- cA further forwards the SDP information to the UE- cA:
step 419-420, the UE-A returns an acknowledgement identifier ACK to the CP-B according to the original path of the received SDP information of the UE-C;
421-422, after receiving the ACK, the CP-B sends the SDP information of the UE-A to the CP-C, and the CP-C forwards the SDP information of the UE-A to the UE-C;
and 423-424, the UE-C returns an acknowledgement identifier ACK to the CP-B according to the path of receiving the SDP information of the UE-A, and at the moment, the UE-A, UE-C users enter the conversation and the service completes the answer.
