The information transmission occupies a large amount of network transmission resources, and simultaneously, the working efficiency of the server and the terminal equipment is low. And in the process of establishing the social relationship, the second user needs to perform multiple operations through a display interface of the terminal device, wherein the multiple operations include inputting a contact searching condition and selecting the first user from the displayed information of the multiple users. In one embodiment of the invention, the join group acknowledgement message may indicate that the user of the terminal device agrees to join the group. For example, if the user-triggered join group confirmation instruction indicates that the user agrees to join the group, the terminal device sends a join group confirmation message indicating that the user of the terminal agrees to join the group. Otherwise, the terminal device does not send a join group acknowledgement message. Then, when the second server does not receive the join group confirmation message from the terminal device, the server determines that the user of the terminal device does not agree to join the group.
In another embodiment of the present invention, if the join group confirmation instruction triggered by the user indicates that the user agrees to join the group, the terminal device sends a join group confirmation message indicating that the user of the terminal agrees to join the group. And if the group joining confirmation instruction triggered by the user indicates that the user refuses to join the group, the terminal equipment sends a group joining confirmation message to indicate that the user of the terminal equipment refuses to join the group.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the join group confirmation message may carry a temporary group identifier, so that, when receiving the join group confirmation message, the second server may confirm, according to the temporary group identifier, at least two users performing the same operation in the same area range at the same time, that is, users to join the group.

Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the server 1000 includes the following modules:
a receiving module 1001, configured to receive status information of a plurality of users from a plurality of terminal devices;
the searching module 1002 is configured to search, according to the received state information of the multiple users, at least two users, which execute the same operation action simultaneously in the same geographic area range, in the multiple users;
an establishing module 1003, configured to establish a social relationship for all or part of the found at least two users.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the status information includes: position information, acceleration, time to obtain the acceleration;
the searching module 1002 is configured to compare the position information, the acceleration, and the time for obtaining the acceleration in the state information of the multiple users, and search for at least two users meeting a preset condition, where the preset condition is: the distance between the positions of any two users is smaller than a set distance threshold, the difference between the accelerations of the two users is smaller than a set acceleration difference threshold, and the difference between the acceleration obtained by the two users and the acceleration obtained by the two users is smaller than a set time difference threshold;
and if at least two users meet the preset condition, determining that the at least two users simultaneously execute the same operation action in the same geographic area range.
The establishing module 1003 is configured to send, to each of the at least two found users, a contact person adding request to the terminal device of the user, where the contact person adding request carries information of other users than the user in the at least two users; receiving a contact person adding confirmation message sent by the terminal equipment of the at least two users; determining users agreeing to add the contact person to each other as the contact person in the at least two users according to the received contact person adding confirmation message; and if more than two users agree to add each other as a contact, adding the more than two users as the contacts of each other.
The establishing module 1003 is configured to send, to each of the at least two found users, a group joining request to the terminal device of the user, where the group joining request carries information of other users than the user in the at least two users; receiving a joining group confirmation message sent by the terminal equipment of the at least two users; determining a user agreeing to join the group in the at least two users according to the received join group confirmation message; and if more than two users agree to join the group, establishing the group, and joining the more than two users into the group.
The modules 1001 and 1003 may be instruction modules stored in the memory 1010 of the server 1000, and the instruction modules include instructions executable by the processor. When the processor 1011 in the server 1000 executes the instructions in the modules 1001 and 1003, various functions of the modules 1001 and 1003 can be implemented.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, the server 1100 includes the following modules:
an obtaining module 1101, configured to obtain location information of a user of a terminal device if it is determined that a distance between the terminal device and a second terminal device is smaller than a set threshold;
a transceiver module 1102, configured to send an acceleration reporting request to an intelligent device bound with the transceiver module, where the reporting request is used to indicate that the intelligent device reports the acceleration of the user and obtains the time of the acceleration, and receive, from the intelligent device, the acceleration measured by the intelligent device and the time of measuring the acceleration; and sending state information including the position information, the acceleration and the time for obtaining the acceleration to a server, so that the server searches at least two users, which execute the same operation action simultaneously in the same geographic area range, in the plurality of users according to the state information, and establishes a social relationship for all or part of the searched at least two users.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the transceiver module 1102 is further configured to receive a contact adding request from a server after the status information is sent to the server, where the contact adding request carries information of other users of the at least two users except for the user of the terminal device, and the user information at least includes a user identifier.
The terminal device further comprises a display module 1103.
The display module 1103 is configured to display the user information carried in the contact person adding request message;
the transceiver module 1102 is further configured to send a contact addition confirmation message to the server in response to a contact addition confirmation instruction triggered by the user, where the contact addition confirmation message carries an identifier of at least one user and indicates that the user agrees to add the at least one user as a contact thereof.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the transceiver module 1102 is further configured to receive a group joining request from a server after sending the state information to the server, where the group joining request carries information of other users than the user of the terminal device in the at least two users.
The terminal device further comprises a display module 1103.
The display module 1103 is configured to display the user information carried in the join group request message;
the transceiver module 1102 is further configured to send a join group confirmation message to the server in response to the join group confirmation instruction triggered by the user, where the join group confirmation message indicates that the user agrees to join a group.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device determines that the distance between itself and the second terminal device is smaller than the set threshold value according to its location information and the location information of the second terminal device from the second server.
The above-mentioned modules 1101-1103 can be instruction modules stored in the memory 1110 of the terminal device 1100, and the instruction modules comprise instructions executable by the processor. When the processor 1111 in the terminal device 1100 executes the instructions in the module 1101 and 1103, various functions of the above-described module 1101 and 1103 can be realized.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in fig. 12, the smart device 1200 includes:
a receiving module 1201, configured to receive an acceleration reporting request sent by a terminal device bound with the receiving module, where the reporting request is used to instruct an intelligent device to report an acceleration of a user of the terminal device and a time for obtaining the acceleration;
a measurement module 1202 for measuring the acceleration;
a reporting module 1203, configured to report the measured acceleration and the time for measuring the acceleration to the terminal device.
The modules 1201-1203 may be instruction modules stored in the memory 1210 of the smart device 1200, and the instruction modules include instructions executable by a processor. When the processor 1211 in the intelligent device 1200 executes the instructions in the module 1201 and 1203, various functions of the module 1201 and 1203 may be implemented.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a social relationship establishing system in network communication according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 13, the system includes: a server 1000, a plurality of terminal devices 1100, and a smart device 1200 bound to each of the plurality of terminal devices;
the server 1000 is configured to receive status information of users from multiple terminal devices 1100, and search for at least two users, which execute the same operation in the same geographic area range, in the multiple users according to the received status information of the multiple users; and establishing a social relationship among the at least two searched users.
Each terminal device 1100 in the plurality of terminal devices is configured to, if the first terminal device determines that the distance between the first terminal device and the second terminal device is smaller than a set threshold, obtain location information of a user of the first terminal device, send an acceleration reporting request to an intelligent device bound to the first terminal device, where the reporting request is used to indicate the time when the intelligent device reports the acceleration of the user and obtains the acceleration, and receive the acceleration measured by the intelligent device and the time when the intelligent device measures the acceleration from the intelligent device; and sending state information including the position information, the acceleration and the time for obtaining the acceleration to a server.
The smart device 1200 bound to each terminal device 1100 is configured to receive an acceleration reporting request sent by the terminal device 1100 bound to the smart device 1200, measure the acceleration, and report the measured acceleration and the time for measuring the acceleration to the terminal device 1100.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the status information includes: position information, acceleration, time to obtain the acceleration.
The server 1000 is configured to compare the location information, the acceleration, and the time for obtaining the acceleration in the state information of the multiple users, and search for at least two users that meet preset conditions, where the preset conditions are: the distance between the positions of any two users is smaller than a set distance threshold, the difference between the accelerations of the two users is smaller than a set acceleration difference threshold, and the difference between the acceleration obtained by the two users and the acceleration obtained by the two users is smaller than a set time difference threshold; and if at least two users meet the preset condition, determining that the at least two users simultaneously execute the same operation action in the same geographic area range.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the server 1000 is configured to send, to each of the at least two found users, a contact person adding request to the terminal device of the user, where the contact person adding request carries information of other users than the user in the at least two users; receiving a contact person adding confirmation message sent by the terminal equipment of the at least two users; determining users agreeing to add the contact person to each other as the contact person in the at least two users according to the received contact person adding confirmation message; and if more than two users agree to add each other as a contact, adding the more than two users as the contacts of each other.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the server 1000 is configured to send, to each of the at least two found users, a group joining request to the terminal device of the user, where the group joining request carries information of other users than the user in the at least two users; receiving a joining group confirmation message sent by the terminal equipment of the at least two users; determining a user agreeing to join the group in the at least two users according to the received join group confirmation message; and if more than two users agree to join the group, the server establishes the group and joins the more than two users into the group.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 1100 is further configured to receive a contact adding request from the server 1000 after sending the state information to the server 1000, where the contact adding request carries information of other users of the at least two users except the user of the first terminal device, and the user information at least includes a user identifier; displaying the user information carried in the contact person adding request message; and responding to a contact person adding confirmation instruction triggered by the user, and sending a contact person adding confirmation message to the server by the first terminal equipment, wherein the contact person adding confirmation message carries an identifier of at least one user and indicates that the user agrees to add the at least one user as a contact person.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after sending the state information to a server, the terminal device 1100 further receives a group joining request from the server, where the group joining request carries information of other users of the at least two users except the user of the first terminal device; displaying the user information carried in the join group request message; in response to the group joining confirmation instruction triggered by the user, the first terminal device sends a group joining confirmation message to the server 1000, where the group joining confirmation message indicates that the user agrees to join a group.
Specific use scenarios of the social relationship establishing method, the terminal device and the server in network communication provided by the invention are given as examples below. In one usage scenario, when two users wearing App watch handshake, as shown in fig. 14, an electronic business card 1400 of another user, Charry, is displayed on each user's terminal device. When the user clicks an "add friend" button 1401 displayed on the terminal device, another user is added as a friend of the user. In another usage scenario, when users sitting around a table take the table at the same time, as shown in fig. 15, electronic business cards 1500 of users other than the user are sequentially displayed on the terminal device of each user. When the user clicks the "join group" button 1501, the user joins the group, and when the user clicks the "next" button 1502, the electronic business card of the next user is displayed on the terminal device.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. The functional modules of the embodiments may be located in one terminal or network node, or may be distributed over a plurality of terminals or network nodes.
In addition, each of the embodiments of the present invention can be realized by a data processing program executed by a data processing apparatus such as a computer. It is clear that the data processing program constitutes the invention. Further, the data processing program, which is generally stored in one storage medium, is executed by directly reading the program out of the storage medium or by installing or copying the program into a storage device (such as a hard disk and/or a memory) of the data processing device. Such a storage medium therefore also constitutes the present invention. The storage medium may use any type of recording means, such as a paper storage medium (e.g., paper tape, etc.), a magnetic storage medium (e.g., a flexible disk, a hard disk, a flash memory, etc.), an optical storage medium (e.g., a CD-ROM, etc.), a magneto-optical storage medium (e.g., an MO, etc.), and the like.
The invention therefore also provides a storage medium in which a data processing program is stored which is designed to carry out any one of the embodiments of the method according to the invention described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (5)

1. A method for establishing social relationships in network communication is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when receiving the position information of the terminal equipment, which is periodically pushed to the first terminal equipment by the position information server and the distance between the first terminal equipment and the first terminal equipment is smaller than a set second distance threshold, the first terminal equipment acquires the position information of the first terminal equipment, judges that the distance between the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment is smaller than the set first distance threshold according to the position information of the first terminal equipment, and sends an acceleration reporting request to the intelligent equipment bound with the first terminal equipment, wherein the reporting request is used for indicating the intelligent equipment to report the acceleration of a user and the time for obtaining the acceleration;
the first terminal device receives the acceleration measured by the intelligent device and the time for measuring the acceleration from the intelligent device;
the first terminal device transmits status information including the location information, acceleration, and time at which the acceleration is obtained to a first server, so that the first server compares the position information, the acceleration and the time for obtaining the acceleration in the received state information of each user, searches a plurality of users which meet preset conditions and simultaneously execute the same operation action in the same geographical area range, and sends a request for adding a contact person for the terminal device of each of the plurality of searched users, the contact person adding request carries information of other users except the user in the plurality of users, and if more than two users agree to add the contact persons as the contact persons according to the received contact person adding confirmation message, the more than two users are added as the contact persons of each other; displaying user information of any user of the more than two users in a user information display area of a display interface, and displaying the user information of a next user of the more than two users in the user information display area according to the clicking operation of the user on a preset next button, wherein the preset conditions are as follows: the distance between the positions of any two users is smaller than a set first distance threshold, the difference between the accelerations of the two users is smaller than a set acceleration difference threshold, and the difference between the acceleration obtained by the two users and the acceleration obtained by the two users is smaller than a set time difference threshold;
the method further comprises: after the first terminal device sends the state information to the first server, receiving a joining group request from the first server, wherein the joining group request carries user information of a plurality of other users except the user of the first terminal device in the plurality of users simultaneously executing the same operation action in the same geographic area;
the first terminal device displays the user information of the other users carried in the join group request message in the display interface;
responding to a join group confirmation instruction triggered by the user, sending, by the first terminal device, a join group confirmation message to the first server, so that the first server joins the multiple users, which simultaneously execute the same operation action in the same geographic area, in the same group, where the join group confirmation message indicates that the users agree to join the group, where user information of any one of the multiple users other than the user is displayed in a user information display area of the display interface, and user information of a next user of the multiple users other than the user is displayed in the user information display area according to a preset next button click operation of the user, or multiple user information display areas are set on the display interface, and each user information display area respectively displays one of the multiple users other than the user The user information of (1).
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the first terminal equipment acquires position information of the first terminal equipment through a positioning system for positioning the geographical position by a user;
and the first terminal equipment judges that the distance between the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment is smaller than the set first distance threshold according to the acquired position information of the first terminal equipment and the position information of the second terminal equipment.
3. A terminal device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of the terminal equipment when receiving the position information of the terminal equipment, the distance between which is less than a set second distance threshold value, and the first terminal equipment is periodically pushed to the first terminal equipment by the position information server, and judging that the distance between the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment is less than the set first distance threshold value according to the position information of the first terminal equipment;
the device comprises a receiving and sending module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving and sending module is used for sending an acceleration reporting request to an intelligent device bound with the receiving and sending module, the reporting request is used for indicating the intelligent device to report the acceleration of a user and obtain the time of the acceleration, and the intelligent device receives the acceleration measured by the intelligent device and the time of measuring the acceleration; sending state information including the position information, the acceleration and the time for obtaining the acceleration to a first server, so that the position information, the acceleration and the time for obtaining the acceleration in the first server ratio are used for searching a plurality of users, which meet preset conditions and simultaneously execute the same operation action in the same geographic area range, sending a contact adding request aiming at the terminal equipment of each user in the plurality of searched users, wherein the contact adding request carries information of other users except the user in at least two users, if more than two users agree to add the users as contacts according to the received contact adding confirmation message, the more than two users are added as contacts of each other, wherein the user information of any user in the more than two users is displayed in a user information display area of a display interface, displaying user information of a next user in the more than two users in a user information display area according to clicking operation of the user on a preset next button, wherein the preset conditions are as follows: the distance between the positions of any two users is smaller than a set first distance threshold, the difference between the accelerations of the two users is smaller than a set acceleration difference threshold, and the difference between the acceleration obtained by the two users and the acceleration obtained by the two users is smaller than a set time difference threshold;
the transceiver module is further configured to receive a join group request from the first server after sending the state information to the first server, where the join group request carries user information of multiple other users, except the user of the terminal device, of the multiple users performing the same operation action simultaneously in the same geographic area;
the terminal device further includes:
a display module, configured to display, in the display interface, the user information of the multiple other users carried in the join group request message;
the transceiver module is further configured to send a join group confirmation message to the first server in response to a join group confirmation instruction triggered by the user, so that the first server joins the multiple users performing the same operation action in the same geographic area range to the same group, where the join group confirmation message indicates that the users agree to join the group, where user information of any one of the multiple users other than the user is displayed in a user information display area of the display interface, and user information of a next user of the multiple users other than the user is displayed in the user information display area according to a preset click operation of the user on a next button, or the display interface is provided with multiple user information display areas, each of which respectively displays one of the multiple users other than the user User information of individual users.
4. The terminal device according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining module is configured to obtain location information of the terminal device by a positioning system that locates a geographic location by a user; and judging that the distance between the self terminal device and the second terminal device is smaller than the set first distance threshold according to the acquired position information of the self terminal device and the position information of the second terminal device.
5. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon machine-readable instructions for causing at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-2.
