本发明公开了一种智能低压开关柜,包括透明观察窗、外壳体、网关、支撑脚和网线接口,所述外壳体的左侧设置有门,且外壳体的左上方设置有进线口,所述透明观察窗安装在门的上方,所述外壳体的左上方设置有开关,且外壳体的上方靠近开关的右侧设置有电流表,所述外壳体的中间位置处靠近电流表的下方设置有工作指示灯。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,采用的电能控制管理系统,可以实时监控电路中的情况,不用工作人员亲自去维护,减少了人力物力的投入,而且相比传统的定时的维护检测,新型的智能低压开关柜可以做到二十四小时全天候监控,保证了电路的稳定。

Description

一种智能低压开关柜
技术领域
本发明属于配电柜技术领域,具体涉及一种智能低压开关柜。
背景技术
低压开关柜适用于发电厂、石油、化工、冶金、纺织、高层建筑等行业,作为输电、配电及电能转换之用。产品符合GB7251.1-2005《低压成套开关设备》(IDT IEC60439-1 1999)标准规定。低压开关柜属于列入3C认证强制性认证产品《目录》的产品。为了保证柜体形位尺寸,往往采取各构件分步组合方式,一般是先组成两片或左右两侧,然后再组成柜体,或先满足外形要求,再顺次连接柜体内部支件。组成柜体各棱边的零件长度必须正确(公差取负值),才能保证各方面几何尺寸,从而保证整体外形要求。对于柜体两侧面,因考虑排列需要,中间不能有隆起现象。另外从安装角度考虑,底面不能有下陷现象。在排列安装中,地基平整是先决条件,但干整度和柜体本身都有一定误差,在排列中要尽量抵消横向差值,而不要造成差值积累,因为差值积累将造成柜体变形,影响母线联结及产生组件安装异位、应力集中,甚至影响电器寿命。故在排列时宜用地基最高点为安装参考点,然后逐步垫正扩排,在底面干整度较理想并可预测条件下,也可采取由中间向两侧扩排方式,使积累差值均布。
然而,传统的低压配电柜属于无人看守状态,基本维护就是靠工作人员定期的检查做基本维护,而且维护需要浪费大量的人力物力,工作人员还存在一定的风险,不能通过远程系统实时监控。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能低压开关柜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的传统的低压配电柜属于无人看守状态,基本维护就是靠工作人员定期的检查做基本维护,而且维护需要浪费大量的人力物力,工作人员还存在一定的风险,不能通过远程系统实时监控问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能低压开关柜,包括透明观察窗、外壳体、网关、支撑脚和网线接口,所述外壳体的左侧设置有门,且外壳体的左上方设置有进线口,所述透明观察窗安装在门的上方,所述外壳体的左上方设置有开关,且外壳体的上方靠近开关的右侧设置有电流表,所述外壳体的中间位置处靠近电流表的下方设置有工作指示灯,且外壳体的内部左下方设置有网络路由器,所述外壳体的右上方靠近电流表的右侧设置有温度控制器,所述网关安装在温度控制器的右侧,且网关的右侧设置有可编程序控制器,所述外壳体的右侧靠近工作指示灯的右上方设置有抽屉观察口,所述抽屉观察口的左右两侧均设置有抽屉把手,所述支撑脚安装在外壳体的下方,且支撑脚的左侧设置有接地片,所述网线接口安装在外壳体的左下方靠近网络路由器的右上方,所述网关的右上方设置有烟雾报警器,所述开关和工作指示灯均与电流表电性连接,所述烟雾报警器、温度控制器和可编程序控制器均与网关电性连接,所述可编程序控制器与网络路由器电性连接。
优选的,所述支撑脚共设置有三个,且三个支撑脚分别安装在外壳体的下方。
优选的,所述开关共设置有三个,且三个开关分别安装在外壳体的左上方。
优选的,所述电流表共设置有两个,且两个电流表分别安装在外壳体的内部靠近工作指示灯的上方。
优选的,所述工作指示灯与外壳体通过螺栓固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,采用的电能控制管理系统,可以实时监控电路中的情况,不用工作人员亲自去维护,减少了人力物力的投入,而且相比传统的定时的维护检测,新型的智能低压开关柜可以做到二十四小时全天候监控,保证了电路的稳定,而且设计了烟雾报警器,可以在内部产生火灾时发出警报通知工作人员前来处理。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种智能低压开关柜,包括透明观察窗1、外壳体4、网关9、支撑脚13和网线接口16,外壳体4的左侧设置有门2,且外壳体4的左上方设置有进线口3,透明观察窗1安装在门2的上方,外壳体4的左上方设置有开关5,且外壳体4的上方靠近开关5的右侧设置有电流表6,外壳体4的中间位置处靠近电流表6的下方设置有工作指示灯7,且外壳体4的内部左下方设置有网络路由器15,外壳体4的右上方靠近电流表6的右侧设置有温度控制器8,网关9安装在温度控制器8的右侧,且网关9的右侧设置有可编程序控制器10,外壳体4的右侧靠近工作指示灯7的右上方设置有抽屉观察口12,抽屉观察口12的左右两侧均设置有抽屉把手11,支撑脚13安装在外壳体4的下方,且支撑脚13的左侧设置有接地片14,网线接口16安装在外壳体4的左下方靠近网络路由器15的右上方,网关9的右上方设置有烟雾报警器17,开关5和工作指示灯7均与电流表6电性连接,烟雾报警器17、温度控制器8和可编程序控制器10均与网关9电性连接,可编程序控制器10与网络路由器15电性连接。
支撑脚13共设置有三个,且三个支撑脚13分别安装在外壳体4的下方。开关5共设置有三个,且三个开关5分别安装在外壳体4的左上方。电流表6共设置有两个,且两个电流表6分别安装在外壳体4的内部靠近工作指示灯7的上方。工作指示灯7与外壳体4通过螺栓固定连接。
本发明中的网关9可连接多个具有Modbus RTU/ASCⅡ(RS485)接口的设备到PROFIBUS DP,支持DCS等Modbus主站对现场PLC的数据采集和监控。
本发明中的温度控制器8根据工作环境的温度变化,在开关内部发生物理形变,从而产生某些特殊效应,产生导通或者断开动作的一系列自动控制元件,或者电子原件在不同温度下,工作状态的不同原理来给电路提供温度数据,以供电路采集温度数据。
本发明中的烟雾报警器17有一个电离室,离子室所用放射元素--镅241,强度约0.8微居里左右,正常状态下处于电场的平衡状态,当有烟尘进入电离室会破坏这种平衡关系,报警电路检测到浓度超过设定的阈值时会发出报警
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,连接好电源,通过进线口3让电线进入开关柜,并将接地片14接入地下,工作指示灯7可以让工作人员维修时了解到开关柜的工作情况,温度控制器8检测电子元件在不同温度下工作的状态不同来检测电路中的温度,网关9可连接多个具有Modbus RTU接口的设备到PROFIBUS-DP,通过可编程序控制器10可以安装监控系统来实时监控电路,烟雾报警器17可以检测开关柜内的烟雾,当有烟雾产生时,发出警报提醒工作人员前来处理。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
