本发明公开了一种改进的节日用PET灯罩灯串，包括PET灯罩、灯泡、灯芯、灯头、铜端子、前插和尾插，灯泡安装在灯芯上，灯芯安装在灯头内，铜端子也设置在灯头内，铜端子与灯泡接触连接，灯头上设有U型环槽，PET灯罩上设有卡环，PET灯罩通过卡环固定在灯头上的U型环槽内；铜端子上连接有导线，多个铜端子通过导线串联连接，两端的铜端子通过导线分别连接前插和尾插。本发明灯串上设置不同形状的装饰灯，因此可以增加装饰灯的装饰效果，而且还有很好的防水作用，避免因下雨导致灯串损坏。

本发明涉及节能灯领域，具体是一种改进的节日用PET灯罩灯串。
背景技术
现有节日装饰灯的饰物一般都是用PS或其他塑料用普通注塑机注塑而成，由于注塑模具的限制，无法生产出内空心的薄壁的饰物，材料用量较多，成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的节日用PET灯罩灯串，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种改进的节日用PET灯罩灯串，包括PET灯罩、灯泡、灯芯、灯头、铜端子、前插和尾插，所述灯泡安装在灯芯上，所述灯芯安装在灯头内，所述铜端子也设置在灯头内，且铜端子与灯泡接触连接，所述灯头上设有U型环槽，PET灯罩上设有卡环，所述PET灯罩通过卡环固定在灯头上的U型环槽内；所述铜端子上连接有导线，多个铜端子通过导线串联连接，两端的铜端子通过导线分别连接前插和尾插。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述灯泡为钨丝灯泡或LED灯泡。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述PET灯罩采用PET材料，先通过热流导注塑机注塑成瓶胚胚管，再将瓶胚胚管用吹瓶机吹制成圆球、椭圆或圆柱状PET灯罩。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明的装饰灯的灯罩通过注塑-吹塑两部操作，将罩壳做成壁厚较薄的空心装饰物，减少材料用量，解决传统注塑因无法出模而无法做到的效果；而且灯座上设置的U型槽可以对罩壳进行固定，并将灯光发亮点提高，增加装饰灯的使用效果；装饰灯灯串上设置不同形状的装饰灯，因此可以增加装饰灯的装饰效果，而且还有很好的防水作用，避免因下雨导致灯串损坏。

请参阅图1～4，本发明实施例中，一种改进的节日用PET灯罩灯串，包括PET灯罩1、灯泡2、灯芯3、灯头4、铜端子5、前插8和尾插9，灯泡2安装在灯芯3上，灯芯3安装在灯头4内，铜端子5也设置在灯头4内，且铜端子5与灯泡2接触连接，灯头4上设有U型环槽6，PET灯罩1上设有卡环7，PET灯罩1通过卡环7固定在灯头4上的U型环槽6内；铜端子5上连接有导线，多个铜端子5通过导线串联连接，两端的铜端子5通过导线分别连接前插8和尾插9。
灯泡2为钨丝灯泡或LED灯泡。
PET灯罩1采用PET材料，先通过热流导注塑机注塑成瓶胚胚管，再将瓶胚胚管用吹瓶机吹制成圆球、椭圆或圆柱状PET灯罩，用于装饰。
在灯串形成电路后，PET灯罩1固定在灯头上，形成一体的PET灯罩灯串。
