水38份~58份,脂肪酸甘油酯15份~32份,芦荟精华2.5份~6份,聚山梨酯1.3份~4.2份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.45份~0.95份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8份~1.2份,洋甘菊提取物1.5份~4份,竹炭1.5份~5份,天然椰子油1份~5份,柠檬酸0.8份~4.6份,香精0.5份~2份,增稠粉0.2份~0.4份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将竹炭磨成粉,备用;
B、保持温度为70℃~75℃,将水加入到搅拌器中,再加入步骤A制得的竹炭粉、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚山梨酯、羟甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸洋甘菊提取物、芦荟精华和增稠粉充分搅拌4.5~5小,静置消泡;
C、保持温度为43℃~45℃,在步骤A的搅拌器中,加入芦荟精华、天然椰子油和香精,充分搅拌1小时~1.5小时,得混合液;
D、将C步骤所得混合液的PH值调至7.3~7.6;
E、静置消泡,经检验合格后分装,即得。

包括如下步骤:
A、将竹炭磨成粉,备用;
B、保持温度为70℃~71℃,将水加入到搅拌器中,再加入步骤A制得的竹炭粉、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚山梨酯、羟甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸洋甘菊提取物、芦荟精华和增稠粉充分搅拌4.5小时,静置消泡;
C、保持温度为43℃,在步骤A的搅拌器中,加入芦荟精华、天然椰子油和香精,充分搅拌1小时,得混合液;
D、将C步骤所得混合液的PH值调至7.3;
E、静置消泡,经检验合格后分装,即得。
实施例二
这种竹炭低泡洗衣液制备方法,采用下列重量的原料:
水58份,脂肪酸甘油酯32份,芦荟精华6份,聚山梨酯4.2份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.95份,聚乙烯吡咯烷1.2份,洋甘菊提取物4份,竹炭5份,天然椰子油 5份,柠檬酸4.6份,香精2份,增稠粉0.4份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将竹炭磨成粉,备用;
B、保持温度为72℃~73℃,将水加入到搅拌器中,再加入步骤A制得的竹炭粉、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚山梨酯、羟甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸洋甘菊提取物、芦荟精华和增稠粉充分搅拌5小时,静置消泡;
C、保持温度为45℃,在步骤A的搅拌器中,加入芦荟精华、天然椰子油和香精,充分搅拌1.5小时,得混合液;
D、将B步骤所得混合液的PH值调至7.6;
E、静置消泡,经检验合格后分装,即得。
实施例三
这种竹炭低泡洗衣液制备方法,采用下列重量的原料:
水42.5份,脂肪酸甘油酯18.5份,芦荟精华2.9份,聚山梨酯1.8份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.65份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.95份,洋甘菊提取物1.75份,竹炭2.5份,天然椰子油1.8份,柠檬酸1.2份,香精0.8份,增稠粉0.3份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将竹炭磨成粉,备用;
B、保持温度为74℃~75℃,将水加入到搅拌器中,再加入步骤A制得的竹炭粉、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚山梨酯、羟甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸洋甘菊提取物、芦荟精华和增稠粉充分搅拌4.7小时,静置消泡;
C、保持温度为44℃,在步骤A的搅拌器中,加入芦荟精华、天然椰子油和香精,充分搅拌1.2小时,得混合液;
D、将B步骤所得混合液的PH值调至7.5;
E、静置消泡,经检验合格后分装,即得。
实施例四
水53.7份,脂肪酸甘油27.5份,芦荟精华5.1份,聚山梨酯3.7份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.88份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.05份,洋甘菊提取物3.65份,竹炭4.5份,天然椰子油4.3份,柠檬酸4份,香精1.8份,增稠粉0.38份;其余均与实施例一相同。
实施例五
水50份,脂肪酸甘油酯22.5份,芦荟精华5份,聚山梨酯3.8份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.8份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份,洋甘菊提取物2份,竹炭4.2份,天然椰子油2份,柠檬酸1.8份,香精0.8份,增稠粉0.35份;其余均与实施例一相同。

1.一种竹炭低泡洗衣液制备方法,其特征在于:采用下列重量份数的原料
水38份~58份,脂肪酸甘油酯15份~32份,芦荟精华2.5份~6份,聚山梨酯1.3份~4.2份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.45份~0.95份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8份~1.2份,洋甘菊提取物1.5份~4份,竹炭1.5份~5份,天然椰子油1份~5份,柠檬酸0.8份~4.6份,香精0.5份~2份,增稠粉0.2份~0.4份;
包括如下步骤:
A、将竹炭磨成粉,备用;
B、保持温度为70℃~75℃,将水加入到搅拌器中,再加入步骤A制得的竹炭粉、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚山梨酯、羟甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸洋甘菊提取物、芦荟精华和增稠粉充分搅拌4.5~5小时,静置消泡;
