5. A folding vehicle seat assembly according to claim 4 in which said second link is provided with a boss at one end located within said lower bushing, said second link between said boss and said end plate being spring loaded.
6. The folding vehicle seat assembly of any of claims 1-5 wherein said upper sliding sleeve end is provided with a support for supporting said seat cover to remain horizontal with said folding vehicle seat assembly unfolded.
7. A foldable vehicle seat assembly according to claim 6, wherein said support member is provided with a support bar parallel to said hinge axis, and said seat cover is provided with a locking member cooperating with said support bar to selectively restrict rotation of said seat cover about said hinge axis.
