技术领域
本发明涉及一种猪的智能化可穿戴设备。
背景技术
猪在饲养过程中需要对其体重、体温等生理进行监测,测量手段复杂。以体温检测为例,测温前,在兽用体温计的末端系一条长10-15厘米的细绳,在细绳的另一端系一个小铁夹;测温时,将水银柱甩至35℃刻度线以下,并对体温计用酒精棉球、碘酊进行消毒,涂少许润滑剂,一只手拉住猪的尾巴,另一手持体温计沿稍微偏向背侧的方向插入其肛门内,再用小铁夹夹往猪尾根上方的毛以固定体温计;5-13分钟后取出体温计,用酒精棉球将其擦净并迅速读出测量的体温数。测量过程费时费力,且无法满足实时监测。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种猪的智能化可穿戴设备,能够实时且方便的监测猪的生理信息。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种猪的智能化可穿戴设备,包括鞋体,所述鞋体包括鞋底和鞋帮,所述鞋底内设有压力传感器,所述鞋帮内表面设有温度传感器。
进一步地,所述鞋帮为左右对称的两个,所述鞋帮与鞋底之间通过枢轴铰接,所述枢轴上套有扭簧。
进一步地,所述鞋底上设有计步器。
进一步地,所述鞋体上设有无线传输模块。
进一步地,所述鞋底的下表面开有T型槽,所述T型槽的上部为小槽、下部为大槽,所述计步器位于T型槽的小槽内,与所述T型槽的大槽过盈配合有压盖。
进一步地,所述压盖的上表面与计步器的下表面中的一个具有球形凸起,所述压盖的上表面与计步器的下表面中的另一个开有球形凸起相适应的球形槽。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的猪的智能化可穿戴设备,为一种可穿戴式智能设备,猪穿在脚上后,可以实时、简便、准确监测猪的生理信息。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种猪的智能化可穿戴设备,包括鞋体1,鞋体1包括鞋底2和鞋帮3,鞋底2内设有压力传感器4,鞋帮3内表面设有温度传感器5。压力传感器4和温度传感器5可以实时监测猪的体重和体温,压力传感器4和温度传感器5的感应信号通过鞋体1上的无线传输模块6传输到控制室内的监测仪上。
为了便于穿戴,鞋帮3为左右对称的两个,鞋帮3与鞋底2之间通过枢轴7铰接,枢轴7上套有扭簧8。穿前,鞋帮3与鞋底2处于同一平面上,猪的脚底踩在鞋底2上后,手动将鞋帮向上弹起,在扭簧作用下鞋帮与猪脚的立面贴合。
为了对猪每天的行走步数进行统计,以判断其体征活跃程度,鞋底2上设有计步器9。计步器9的信号也可以通过无线传输模块6传输至监测仪上。
计步器9在鞋体1上的具体安装结构是:鞋底2的下表面开有T型槽10,T型槽的上部为小槽11、下部为大槽12,计步器9位于T型槽10的小槽11内,与T型槽10的大槽12过盈配合有压盖13。压盖13的上表面上具有球形凸起14,球形凸起14具有一定的弹性,计步器9的下表面上开有球形凸起14相适应的球形槽15,压盖13压进大槽12内的同时,具有弹性的球形凸起14卡入球形槽15内,并胀紧在球形槽15内,实现了计步器9与压盖13之间的稳固连接。当球形凸起14与球形槽15的球面度为2π-2.5π、球形凸起14的弹性模量为7.5-9.0Mpa时,球形凸起14在球形槽15内的胀紧力以及球形凸起14可拆卸性最佳,也就是说当球形凸起14与球形槽15的球面度为2π-2.5π、球形凸起14的弹性模量为7.5-9.0Mpa时,既能够实现压盖13与计步器9之间稳固连接,由方便将两者安装和拆卸。

2.根据权利要求1所述的猪的智能化可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述鞋帮为左右对称的两个,所述鞋帮与鞋底之间通过枢轴铰接,所述枢轴上套有扭簧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的猪的智能化可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述鞋底上设有计步器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的猪的智能化可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述鞋体上设有无线传输模块。
