本发明公开了一种茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,所述发酵袋包括内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层,所述内膜层为亲水型膜层,所述外膜层为疏水型膜层,所述中间膜层为透气型膜层,所述内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层通过粘结挤压成型。采用本发明所提供的发酵袋对茯砖茶进行发酵处理后,不仅使茯砖茶内部有金花,而且表面也长出金花,且内部和表面的金花分布非常均匀,提高产品营养价值,增强产品品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及茯砖茶表面发花发酵生产技术领域,具体涉及一种茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,用于茯砖茶表面发花制作过程中。
背景技术
茯砖茶是最具特色的黑茶产品,“发花”是茯砖茶特征性标志,也是其生产的关键技术,通过发酵形成的“金花菌”(学名冠突散囊菌),在显微镜下呈金黄色,形状球形,它在适宜的温湿条件下能够在紧压茶内生长发育,分泌一系列酶,促使茶叶中物质转化,从而形成许多对人体有益的功效成分。研究表明茯茶中的“金花”与灵芝孢子粉非常的类同,能有效地调节人体新陈代谢,并有较强的降脂、降压、调节糖类代谢、提升人体免疫力等功效,人们把茶叶中金花的多少视做茯砖茶的品质好坏。
冠突散囊菌是茯砖茶的特色有益菌,传统茯砖茶仅在茶砖内部有肉眼可见的金黄色冠突散囊菌孢子,而在茶砖表面无法生长冠突散囊菌孢子,目前,在市场上没有茯砖茶表面发花产品,学术界的研究也较少,能产业化的表面发花技术还非常不成熟,鲜有的研究多采用PE材质的保鲜膜膜层将茶砖包裹起来进行发酵处理,但采用此材料发酵后的茶砖容易造成污染,且茶砖表面发白,金花量少,感官非常差,且无法产业化。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题如何使传统茯砖茶不仅内部有金花,而且表面也长出金花,且内部和表面的金花分布非常均匀,提高产品营养价值,增强产品品质,从而提供一种茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋。
所采用的技术方案如下:
一种茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,所述发酵袋包括内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层,所述内膜层为亲水型膜层,所述外膜层为疏水型膜层,所述中间膜层为透气型膜层,所述内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层通过粘结挤压成型。
所述的内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层上均成型有多个透气孔,其孔密度为5000~7000个/平方米,所述发酵袋克重30~70克/平方米。
所述中间膜层为PE透气膜层,其孔密度6000个/平方米,其克重5~10g克/平方米。
所述内膜层为亲水型无纺布,其孔密度为6000个/平方米,其克重12.5~30g/平方米。
所述外膜层为疏水型无纺布,其孔密度为6000个/平方米,其克重12.5~30g/平方米。
所述内膜层和外膜层均为PP丙纶。
所述发酵袋盛装茯砖茶的重量为10g~5kg。
本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
A.本发明所采用的材料具有成本低,可快速降解不造成环境污染的特性,同时,且易于实现茯砖茶表面发花和茯砖茶表面发花产业化。
B.本发明所采用的散茶发酵袋为三层结构,包括亲水型的内膜层、透气型的中间膜层和疏水型的外膜层,其中内膜层与需要发酵的散茶接触,可以使与内膜层相接触的散茶具有很好的保水性能,同时中间透气层可以将发酵袋中的所产生的气体与外界的空气进行置换,使茶砖表面能迅速长出金花,外层的疏水外膜层可以将发酵袋内所产生的水汽排出,保持发酵袋表面干燥,不造成污染。经发酵后,在茯砖茶内部和表面出现的金花分布非常均匀,大大提高了产品的营养价值和产品品质,其表面发花效果远远大于传统茯砖茶发花效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明所提供的一种散茶发酵袋,其断面如图1所示,发酵袋包括内膜层1、中间膜层2和外膜层3,其中的内膜层1为亲水型膜层,外膜层3为疏水型膜层,而中间膜层2为透气型膜层,内膜层1、中间膜层2和外膜层3通过粘结挤压成型。其中的内膜层1、中间膜层2和外膜层3上均成型有多个透气孔4,其孔密度为5000~7000个/平方米,发酵袋克重30~70克/平方米,优选50克/平方米。
其中中间膜层2优选为PE透气膜层,其孔密度优选为6000个/平方米,其克重5~10g克/平方米,其结构如图2所示,可以使发酵袋内外保持气体交换,使发酵袋内保持一个良好的发酵环境。本发明优选的中间膜层为PE透气膜层,其孔密度6000个/平方米,克重8克/平方米。
其中的内膜层1为亲水型无纺布,外膜层2为疏水型无纺布,其孔密度均优选为6000个/平方米,其克重12.5~30g/平方米,优选克重为20g/平方米,其材质均采用PP材质的进口丙纶。所制得的发酵袋盛装茯砖茶的重量为10g~5kg。
本发明的茯砖茶表面发酵技术原理:蒸汽蒸软茶叶,设备将其压制成不同形状,压制后的茶块套上发酵袋,置于发酵室发酵4~8d,发酵结束后将发酵袋拆除,烘干茶砖后即可形成表面及内部均匀分布金花的茶砖。
下表为采用本发明所提供的发酵袋进行茯砖茶表面发花与传统茯砖茶表面发花工艺进行的发酵效果对比:
结合图3和图4可以清楚看出,采用本发明所提供的发酵袋对散茶茯砖茶进行表面发花,与传统茯砖茶表面发花相比,其发酵时间减少了一倍,茯砖茶内部和表面出现的金花分布非常均匀,大大提高了产品的营养价值和产品品质,其表面发花效果远远大于传统茯砖茶发花效果,且污染率也急剧降低,具有很好的应用效果。

1.一种茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,其特征在于,所述发酵袋包括内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层,所述内膜层为亲水型膜层,所述外膜层为疏水型膜层,所述中间膜层为透气型膜层,所述内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层通过粘结挤压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,其特征在于,所述的内膜层、中间膜层和外膜层上均成型有多个透气孔,其孔密度为5000~7000个/平方米,所述发酵袋克重30~70克/平方米。
3.根据权利要求2所述的茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,其特征在于,所述中间膜层为PE透气膜层,其孔密度6000个/平方米,其克重5~10g克/平方米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,其特征在于,所述内膜层为亲水型无纺布,其孔密度为6000个/平方米,其克重12.5~30g/平方米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,其特征在于,所述外膜层为疏水型无纺布,其孔密度为6000个/平方米,其克重12.5~30g/平方米。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,其特征在于,所述内膜层和外膜层均为PP丙纶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的茯砖茶表面发花用发酵袋,其特征在于,所述发酵袋盛装茯砖茶的重量为10g~5kg。
