Abstract

本发明公开了一种网络切换方法、装置及系统,涉及通信领域,能够在接入网侧实现WLAN与蜂窝网络间的切换,简化了切换流程,增加了切换效率。该方法包括:基站接收用户设备上报的测量数据;根据测量数据进行切换判决;在判决结果为需要切换时,向用户设备发送切换指示信息,以便用户设备根据所述切换指示信息关联到目标无线接入点;通过新建立的基站与目标无线接入点间的数据通道向目标无线接入点转发需传送至用户设备的缓存数据。本发明应用于网络切换。
