本发明涉及一种光分路器,尤其是耐火型水泥光分路器。该光分路器包括外壳、盒体、面板和插孔,盒体与外壳滑动连接,盒体前端设有面板,面板上设有插孔,外壳两端设有陶瓷罩,陶瓷罩与外壳之间设有石棉层,该光分路器能够提高机体的耐火性和耐腐蚀性,节约了成本,提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种光分路器,尤其是耐火型水泥光分路器。
背景技术
PLC光分路器是光纤链路中最重要的无源器件之一,是具有多个输入端和多个输出端的光纤汇接器件,现有的光分路器没有防火防腐蚀设施。
发明内容
为了克服现有的光分路器没有防护的不足,本发明提供了耐火型水泥光分路器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:耐火型水泥光分路器,包括外壳、盒体、面板和插孔,盒体与外壳滑动连接,盒体前端设有面板,面板上设有插孔,外壳两端设有陶瓷罩,陶瓷罩与外壳之间设有石棉层。
本发明的有益效果是,该光分路器能够提高机体的耐火性和耐腐蚀性,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,耐火型水泥光分路器,包括外壳1、盒体2、面板3和插孔4,盒体2与外壳1滑动连接,盒体2前端设有面板3,面板3上设有插孔4,外壳1两端设有陶瓷罩5,陶瓷罩5与外壳1之间设有石棉层6。
陶瓷罩5是陶瓷制的罩体,陶瓷具有一定的防火性,而且能够抵御很多化学物质的腐蚀,而石棉层6能够进一步提高耐火性,从而保证外壳1不受高温侵蚀。该光分路器能够提高机体的耐火性和耐腐蚀性,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.耐火型水泥光分路器,包括外壳(1)、盒体(2)、面板(3)和插孔(4),盒体(2)与外壳(1)滑动连接,盒体(2)前端设有面板(3),面板(3)上设有插孔(4),其特征是,外壳(1)两端设有陶瓷罩(5),陶瓷罩(5)与外壳(1)之间设有石棉层(6)。
