技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能热水器技术领域，特别涉及一种太阳能热水器的集热管。
背景技术
太阳能热水器是将太阳光能转化为加热的装置，将水从低温加热到高温，以满足人们在生活、生产中的热水使用。太阳能热水器按结构形式分为真空管式太阳能热水器和平板式太阳能热水器，主要以真空管式太阳能热水器为主，占据国内95％的市场份额。真空管式家用太阳能热水器是由保温水箱、储水箱及支架等相关零配件组成，把太阳能转换成热能主要依靠真空保温水箱，真空保温水箱利用热水上浮冷水下沉的原理，使水产生微循环而达到所需热水。但是普通的太阳能热水器的集热管设计粗糙，其保温性能欠佳，因此设计一款集热性能好的太阳能热水器的集热管具有实际的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种集热性能好的太阳能热水器的集热管。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种太阳能热水器的集热管，所述集热管的外径为36-50mm,所述集热管的内壁设置成波纹状，所述内壁在波纹的顶点处设置菱形折射条；所述集热管的内壁上镀有紫铜镀层；所述集热管的外壁上设置均匀分布在其外周的加强筋。
优选的，所述紫铜镀层的厚度为0.8-1.0mm。
优选的，所述加强筋与集热管的外壁光滑过渡连接。
本发明公开的一种太阳能热水器的集热管其集热性能好。

具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
如图1所示：本发明提供了一种太阳能热水器的集热管，所述集热管1的外径为36-50mm,所述集热管1的内壁2设置成波纹状，所述内壁在波纹3的顶点处设置菱形折射条4；所述集热管1的内壁2上镀有紫铜镀层5；所述集热管1的外壁6上设置均匀分布在其外周并与外壁6光滑过渡的加强筋7。
本集热管通过将内壁2设置成波纹状可以增加12-15％的吸热面积。通过在波纹3顶点处设置菱形折射条4增加了太阳光的漫射和折射，达到超强聚光、聚热的功效。通过上述两个方面的改进制成的集热管相对于改进前的集热管其综合集热效果可以提升18-20％。
另外加强筋7的设置集热管1的管壁强度、抗冲击和抗压性能，有效防止集热管的爆裂现象。
在本发明中采用的紫铜镀层5的厚度为0.8-1.0mm。紫铜镀层相对于普通镀膜层集热能力增强，而厚度在0.8-1.0mm可以在集热性能和经济成本两者之间达到平衡。

1.一种太阳能热水器的集热管，所述集热管的外径为36-50mm,其特征在于：所述集热管的内壁设置成波纹状，所述内壁在波纹的顶点处设置菱形折射条；所述集热管的内壁上镀有紫铜镀层；所述集热管的外壁上设置均匀分布在其外周的加强筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器的集热管，其特征在于：所述紫铜镀层的厚度为0.8-1.0mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能热水器的集热管，其特征在于：所述加强筋与集热管的外壁光滑过渡连接。
