本发明涉及五金配件技术领域,尤其是一种防滑管夹。现有管夹结构固定,功能单一,没有配套的垫片装置,装夹过程中容易损坏管道外壁,还易出现松动的情况。该防滑管夹包括上管夹和下管夹,上管夹和下管夹的内壁均设有滑槽,滑槽内嵌入至少三个垫块。本发明结构简单,操作方便,通过垫块对管道进行保护和固定,垫块位置还能通过滑槽调节,有效提高管夹固定效率。

本发明涉及五金配件技术领域,尤其是一种防滑管夹。
背景技术
管夹装地导轨上,导轨可焊在基础上,或用螺钉固定,随后将导轨螺母推入轨内,并转90度,将下半个管夹身嵌入螺母,放上需固定的管子,再放上上半个管管夹身和盖板,用螺钉固定。现有管夹结构固定,功能单一,没有配套的垫片装置,装夹过程中容易损坏管道外壁,还易出现松动的情况。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种防滑管夹。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防滑管夹,包括上管夹和下管夹,上管夹和下管夹的内壁均设有滑槽,滑槽内嵌入至少三个垫块。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,操作方便,通过垫块对管道进行保护和固定,垫块位置还能通过滑槽调节,有效提高管夹固定效率。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种防滑管夹,包括上管夹1和下管夹2,上管夹1和下管夹2的内壁均设有滑槽,滑槽内嵌入至少三个垫块3,结构简单,操作方便,通过垫块对管道进行保护和固定,垫块位置还能通过滑槽调节,有效提高管夹固定效率。
