技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚酯纤维吸音板。
背景技术
在一些特殊房间内,吊顶板需要为聚酯纤维吸音板,例如影剧院、会议中心、体育馆、音 乐厅、教室、办公室、餐厅等,以保证隔音防火。目前,聚酯纤维吸音板通常为矿棉板和石膏板,矿棉板和石膏板由其自身特点导致其 较易老化,特别是吸潮后交易变形,导致其使用寿命较短。另外,聚酯纤维吸音板变形后较易脱落,砸伤人,安全隐患较大。综上所述,如何提供一种聚酯纤维吸音板,以提高其使用寿命,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚酯纤维吸音板,具有避免了吸潮变形、增加了使用寿命的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种聚酯纤维吸音板,包括聚酯纤维层和吸音板主体,所述聚酯纤维层涂覆于所述吸音板主体上,所述吸音板主体为硬聚氯乙烯UPVC制成的基材,所述吸音板主体呈长方形,所述吸音板主体一侧面设置有若干吸音孔,所述吸音孔呈椭球形,所述吸音板主体的厚度为20-30mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸音孔的个数为8个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚酯纤维层的厚度为1-3mm。
本发明的一种聚酯纤维吸音板,具有避免了吸潮变形、增加了使用寿命的优点。

请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种聚酯纤维吸音板,包括聚酯纤维层1和吸音板主体2,所述聚酯纤维层2涂覆于所述吸音板主体1上,所述吸音板主体1为硬聚氯乙烯UPVC制成的基材,所述吸音板主体1呈长方形,所述吸音板主体1一侧面设置有若干吸音孔,所述吸音孔呈椭球形,所述吸音板主体的厚度为20-30mm,所述吸音孔的个数为8个,所述聚酯纤维层的厚度为1-3mm。聚酯纤维吸音板和其他多孔材料的吸音特性类似,吸音系数随频率的提高而增加,高频的吸音系数很大,其后背留空腔以及用它构成的空间吸音体可大大提高材料的吸音性能。降噪系数大致在0.8~1.10左右,成为宽频带的高效吸音体。材料特性100%聚酯纤维经高技术热压并以茧棉形状制成,实现密度多样性确保通风,成为吸音及隔热材料中的优秀产品,在125-4000HZ噪声范围内最高吸音系数达到0.9以上,根据不同需要缩短调节混响时间,清除声音杂质,提高音响效果,改善语言的清晰度。产品具有装饰、保温、阻燃、环保、轻体、易加工、稳定、抗冲击、维护简便等特点。成为室内装修首选的装饰吸音材料。本发明提供一种聚酯纤维吸音板,具有避免了吸潮变形、增加了使用寿命的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种聚酯纤维吸音板,其特征在于:包括聚酯纤维层和吸音板主体,所述聚酯纤维层涂覆于所述吸音板主体上,所述吸音板主体为硬聚氯乙烯UPVC制成的基材,所述吸音板主体呈长方形,所述吸音板主体一侧面设置有若干吸音孔,所述吸音孔呈椭球形,所述吸音板主体的厚度为20-30mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维吸音板,其特征在于:所述吸音孔的个数为8个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维吸音板,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维层的厚度为1-3mm。
