Abstract

本发明涉及一种智能马桶清洁装置，所述清洁装置应用在智能马桶上，所述智能马桶包括陶瓷内胆、马桶本体以及设置在所述马桶本体上方的机芯底板，所述陶瓷内胆设置在所述马桶本体内，所述清洁装置为一刷壁阀机构，所述刷壁结构穿设在所述陶瓷内胆中，所述陶瓷内胆一端延伸至所述智能马桶顶部边缘内，所述陶瓷内胆的另一端与所述机芯底板固定连接。本发明公开清洁装置能够任意调整角度和冲水孔大小和形状。在刷壁冲水时，不留死角。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生洁具技术领域，具体涉及智能马桶清洁装置。
背景技术
目前市场上，绝大多数的一体智能马桶，在刷壁冲水时，效果不够显著，往往留有部分死角，原因在于两方面：1.陶瓷内胆的泄水弧线设计不足；2.刷壁阀不能够任意调整角度和冲水孔大小和形状。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种智能马桶清洁装置，以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现以上目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种智能马桶清洁装置，所述清洁装置应用在智能马桶上，所述智能马桶包括陶瓷内胆、马桶本体以及设置在所述马桶本体上方的机芯底板，所述陶瓷内胆设置在所述马桶本体内，所述清洁装置为一刷壁阀机构，所述刷壁结构穿设在所述陶瓷内胆中，所述陶瓷内胆一端延伸至所述智能马桶顶部边缘内，所述陶瓷内胆的另一端与所述机芯底板固定连接。
所述刷壁阀机构包括中空的喷嘴连接杆，位于所述智能马桶顶部边缘内一端的喷嘴连接杆上设置有球阀式喷嘴，所述喷嘴连接杆的另一端设置有外螺纹，所述喷嘴连接杆上一体成型有一固定件，所述固定件固定设置在所述机芯底板的底部。
还包括喷嘴压板，所述喷嘴压板固定设置在所述喷嘴连接杆的一端端面上。
所述球阀式喷嘴的出水口径为5mm至8mm。
所述球阀式喷嘴的出水口径为5.5mm、6mm、6.5mm或7.5mm。
所述陶瓷内胆采用泄水型弧线设计。
本发明采用以上技术方案，在位于所述智能马桶顶部边缘内一端的喷嘴连接杆上设置有球阀式喷嘴，所述喷嘴连接杆的另一端设置有外螺纹，所述喷嘴连接杆上一体成型有一固定件，所述固定件固定设置在所述机芯底板的底部。本发明公开刷壁阀机构中的球阀式喷嘴能够任意调整角度和冲水孔大小和形状。在刷壁冲水时，不留死角。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例，对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
如图1和图2所示，本发明提供一种智能马桶清洁装置，所述清洁装置应用在智能马桶上，所述智能马桶包括陶瓷内胆1、马桶本体以及设置在所述马桶本体上方的机芯底板3，所述陶瓷内胆1设置在所述马桶本体内，所述清洁装置为一刷壁阀机构4，所述刷壁结构穿设在所述陶瓷内胆1中，所述陶瓷内胆1一端延伸至所述智能马桶顶部边缘内，所述陶瓷内胆1的另一端与所述机芯底板3固定连接。
如图3和图5所示，作为一种优选的实施方式，所述刷壁阀机构4包括喷嘴固定座9、喷嘴密封圈10、刷壁阀密封圈11、中空的喷嘴连接杆5，位于所述智能马桶顶部边缘内一端的喷嘴连接杆5上设置有球阀式喷嘴6，所述喷嘴连接杆5的另一端设置有外螺纹7，所述喷嘴连接杆5上一体成型有一固定件8，所述固定件8固定设置在所述机芯底板3的底部。
本实施例中还包括喷嘴压板2，所述喷嘴压板2固定设置在所述喷嘴连接杆5的一端端面上。
如图4所示，本实施例中所述球阀式喷嘴6的出水口径为5mm至8mm。优选的，所述球阀式喷嘴6的出水口径为5.5mm、6mm、6.5mm或7.5mm。
需要补充说明的是，所述陶瓷内胆1采用泄水型弧线设计。最终将水能够均匀喷射在弧面上，不留有死角；
如图6所示，本发明中将原有的刷壁阀直管的设计，改为球阀结构喷嘴可以任意360度旋转调整角度，由于各地不同或楼层不同，水压都存在着不同的差异，特别是高楼层的旧房，水压只有不到0.1MPA，这时电磁阀式的刷壁阀还是使用大口径喷嘴，必然导致刷壁时水不能完全刷到内胆后部的壁面，形成较大面积的死角，因此此时需要更换口径较小的喷嘴，使局部水压加大，水流更猛，容易冲刷内胆全周边，不形成死角。
如图5所示，本发明采用以上技术方案，在位于所述智能马桶顶部边缘内一端的喷嘴连接杆5上设置有球阀式喷嘴6，所述喷嘴连接杆5的另一端设置有外螺纹7，所述喷嘴连接杆5上一体成型有一固定件8，所述固定件8固定设置在所述机芯底板3的底部。本发明公开刷壁阀机构4中的球阀式喷嘴6能够任意调整角度和冲水孔大小和形状。在刷壁冲水时，不留死角。

1.智能马桶清洁装置，所述清洁装置应用在智能马桶上，其特征在于：所述智能马桶包括陶瓷内胆、马桶本体以及设置在所述马桶本体上方的机芯底板，所述陶瓷内胆设置在所述马桶本体内，所述清洁装置为一刷壁阀机构，所述刷壁结构穿设在所述陶瓷内胆中，所述陶瓷内胆一端延伸至所述智能马桶顶部边缘内，所述陶瓷内胆的另一端与所述机芯底板固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能马桶清洁装置，其特征在于：所述刷壁阀机构包括中空的喷嘴连接杆，位于所述智能马桶顶部边缘内一端的喷嘴连接杆上设置有球阀式喷嘴，所述喷嘴连接杆的另一端设置有外螺纹，所述喷嘴连接杆上一体成型有一固定件，所述固定件固定设置在所述机芯底板的底部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能马桶清洁装置，其特征在于：还包括喷嘴压板，所述喷嘴压板固定设置在所述喷嘴连接杆的一端端面上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的智能马桶清洁装置，其特征在于：所述球阀式喷嘴的出水口径为5mm至8mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的智能马桶清洁装置，其特征在于：所述球阀式喷嘴的出水口径为5.5mm、6mm、6.5mm或7.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的智能马桶清洁装置，其特征在于：所述陶瓷内胆采用泄水型弧线设计。
