本发明公开了一种光伏集成一体箱,该一体箱的外壁上涂刷有耐候涂料层,所述的耐候涂料层由以下组分制成:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺、固化剂、颜填料、β‑胡萝卜苷、黑荆树皮单宁和齐墩果酸,其各组分的重量含量为:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂55~70份、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺20~35份、固化剂5~12份、颜填料3~9份、β‑胡萝卜苷10~27份、黑荆树皮单宁2~8份和齐墩果酸25~35份。通过上述方式,本发明耐候性能好,在恶劣的环境箱体不易受到损坏,减少了维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏箱领域,特别是涉及一种光伏集成一体箱。
背景技术
随着经济的飞速发展,能源问题日益严重,清洁能源是当今低碳环保生活必然的发展方向,太阳能将作为未来主要的能源,利用太阳能发电的光伏发电站正在大力发展。
光伏发电站需要变电站来与城市电网进行并网。但是,传统土建变电站建设需要较大的场地,且对场地具有一定要求,无法在恶劣环境下进行建设,例如荒山、草原、荒漠等,从而导致传统变电站因场地限制无法建设。同时,传统土建变电站建设费用也较大。
然而,目前使用的光伏集成一体箱的耐候性能差,在恶劣的环境箱体容易受到损坏,增加了维护成本。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种光伏集成一体箱,耐候性能好,在恶劣的环境箱体不易受到损坏,减少了维护成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种光伏集成一体箱,该一体箱的外壁上涂刷有耐候涂料层,所述的耐候涂料层由以下组分制成:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺、固化剂、颜填料、β-胡萝卜苷、黑荆树皮单宁和齐墩果酸,其各组分的重量含量为:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂55~70份、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺20~35份、固化剂5~12份、颜填料3~9份、β-胡萝卜苷10~27份、黑荆树皮单宁2~8份和齐墩果酸25~35份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的固化剂为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的颜填料为二氧化钛。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的β-胡萝卜苷的重量含量为12~23份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明耐候性能好,在恶劣的环境箱体不易受到损坏,减少了维护成本。

一种光伏集成一体箱,该一体箱的外壁上涂刷有耐候涂料层,所述的耐候涂料层由以下组分制成:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯固化剂、二氧化钛颜填料、β-胡萝卜苷、黑荆树皮单宁和齐墩果酸,其各组分的重量含量为:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂63份、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺27份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯固化剂7份、二氧化钛颜填料6份、β-胡萝卜苷17份、黑荆树皮单宁5份和齐墩果酸30份。
实施例2
一种光伏集成一体箱,该一体箱的外壁上涂刷有耐候涂料层,所述的耐候涂料层由以下组分制成:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯固化剂、二氧化钛颜填料、β-胡萝卜苷、黑荆树皮单宁和齐墩果酸,其各组分的重量含量为:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂55份、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺20份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯固化剂5份、二氧化钛颜填料3份、β-胡萝卜苷12份、黑荆树皮单宁2份和齐墩果酸25份。
实施例3
一种光伏集成一体箱,该一体箱的外壁上涂刷有耐候涂料层,所述的耐候涂料层由以下组分制成:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯固化剂、二氧化钛颜填料、β-胡萝卜苷、黑荆树皮单宁和齐墩果酸,其各组分的重量含量为:聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂70份、六甲氧甲基三聚氰胺35份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯固化剂12份、二氧化钛颜填料9份、β-胡萝卜苷23份、黑荆树皮单宁8份和齐墩果酸35份。
本发明光伏集成一体箱的有益效果是:本发明耐候性能好,在恶劣的环境箱体不易受到损坏,减少了维护成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏集成一体箱,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光伏集成一体箱,其特征在于,所述的颜填料为二氧化钛。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光伏集成一体箱,其特征在于,所述的β-胡萝卜苷的重量含量为12~23份。
