Abstract
本发明公开了一种防爆电力箱,该电力箱的内壁上设置有防爆夹板,所述的防爆夹板由以下组分制成:双马来酰亚胺树脂、4‑(4‑羟基苯基)‑2,3‑二氮杂萘‑1‑酮、β‑紫罗兰酮、山奈酚‑3‑O‑鼠李糖、羽扇豆醇、引发剂和固化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:双马来酰亚胺树脂58~72份、4‑(4‑羟基苯基)‑2,3‑二氮杂萘‑1‑酮13~25份、β‑紫罗兰酮6~18份、山奈酚‑3‑O‑鼠李糖5~19份、羽扇豆醇24~37份、引发剂2~9份和固化剂5~13份。通过上述方式,本发明防爆性能好,不存在安全隐患,安全性能高。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力箱领域,特别是涉及一种防爆电力箱。
背景技术
随着市场经济的发展,国家在城乡电网建设和改造中,要求高压直接进入负荷中心,形成高压受电-变压器降压-低压配电的供电格局,所以供电用配电要向节地、节电、紧凑型、小型化、无人值守的方向发展,箱式变电站(简称箱变)正是具有这些特点的最佳产品,因而在城乡电网中得到广泛应用。
然而,目前使用的电力箱的防爆性能差,存在安全隐患,安全性能还有待提高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防爆电力箱,防爆性能好,不存在安全隐患,安全性能高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防爆电力箱,该电力箱的内壁上设置有防爆夹板,所述的防爆夹板由以下组分制成:双马来酰亚胺树脂、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮、β-紫罗兰酮、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖、羽扇豆醇、引发剂和固化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:双马来酰亚胺树脂58~72份、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮13~25份、β-紫罗兰酮6~18份、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖5~19份、羽扇豆醇24~37份、引发剂2~9份和固化剂5~13份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的固化剂为间苯二胺。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖的重量含量为8~19份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防爆性能好,不存在安全隐患,安全性能高。

一种防爆电力箱,该电力箱的内壁上设置有防爆夹板,所述的防爆夹板由以下组分制成:双马来酰亚胺树脂、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮、β-紫罗兰酮、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖、羽扇豆醇、偶氮二异丁腈引发剂和间苯二胺固化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:双马来酰亚胺树脂58份、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮13份、β-紫罗兰酮6份、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖8份、羽扇豆醇24份、偶氮二异丁腈引发剂2份和间苯二胺固化剂5份。
实施例2
一种防爆电力箱,该电力箱的内壁上设置有防爆夹板,所述的防爆夹板由以下组分制成:双马来酰亚胺树脂、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮、β-紫罗兰酮、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖、羽扇豆醇、偶氮二异丁腈引发剂和间苯二胺固化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:双马来酰亚胺树脂72份、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮25份、β-紫罗兰酮18份、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖19份、羽扇豆醇37份、偶氮二异丁腈引发剂9份和间苯二胺固化剂13份。
实施例3
一种防爆电力箱,该电力箱的内壁上设置有防爆夹板,所述的防爆夹板由以下组分制成:双马来酰亚胺树脂、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮、β-紫罗兰酮、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖、羽扇豆醇、偶氮二异丁腈引发剂和间苯二胺固化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:双马来酰亚胺树脂63份、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮19份、β-紫罗兰酮13份、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖14份、羽扇豆醇30份、偶氮二异丁腈引发剂5份和间苯二胺固化剂8份。
本发明防爆电力箱的有益效果是:本发明防爆性能好,不存在安全隐患,安全性能高。

1.一种防爆电力箱,其特征在于,该电力箱的内壁上设置有防爆夹板,所述的防爆夹板由以下组分制成:双马来酰亚胺树脂、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮、β-紫罗兰酮、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖、羽扇豆醇、引发剂和固化剂,其各组分的重量含量为:双马来酰亚胺树脂58~72份、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮13~25份、β-紫罗兰酮6~18份、山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖5~19份、羽扇豆醇24~37份、引发剂2~9份和固化剂5~13份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆电力箱,其特征在于,所述的引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防爆电力箱,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为间苯二胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防爆电力箱,其特征在于,所述的山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖的重量含量为8~19份。
