本发明公开一种动物耳标用料,其成分按重量份百分比如下:聚已二酸‑乙二醇酯二元醇 33‑35%;1,5‑戊二醇 15‑17%;二异氰酸酯 48‑50%。本发明中采用的耳标用料,能实现耐低温的特点,从而为严寒地区的耳标的使用创造性了条件,解决了这一问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物耳标技术领域,尤其涉及一种动物耳标用料。
背景技术
动物耳标目前市场上采用的多为聚酯型TPU,但是该材料耐低温性能差,在低温环境下物性急剧下降,导致该产品在寒冷地区受限,限制了动物耳标的使用,因此,急需一种新型的动物耳标用料。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种动物耳标用料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种动物耳标用料, 其成分按重量份百分比如下:
聚已二酸-乙二醇酯二元醇 33-35%;
1,5-戊二醇 15-17%;
二异氰酸酯 48-50%。
优选地,所述聚已二酸-乙二醇酯二元醇的分子量为2000。
本发明有益效果是:本发明中采用的耳标用料,能实现耐低温的特点,从而为严寒地区的耳标的使用创造性了条件,解决了这一问题。

聚已二酸-乙二醇酯二元醇 33-35%;
1,5-戊二醇 15-17%;
二异氰酸酯 48-50%。
其中,所述聚已二酸-乙二醇酯二元醇的分子量为2000。

聚已二酸-乙二醇酯二元醇 35%;
1,5-戊二醇 15%;
二异氰酸酯50%。
实施例2:一种动物耳标用料, 其成分按重量份百分比如下:
聚已二酸-乙二醇酯二元醇 33%;
1,5-戊二醇 17%;
二异氰酸酯 50%。
本发明中采用的耳标用料,能实现耐低温的特点,从而为严寒地区的耳标的使用创造性了条件,解决了这一问题。

2.根据权利要求1所述的动物耳标用料,其特征在于,所述聚已二酸-乙二醇酯二元醇的分子量为2000。
