Description

一种具有振动功能的可移动智能搪玻璃反应容器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搪玻璃反应罐,具体涉及一种具有振动功能的可移动智能搪玻璃反应容器。
背景技术
搪玻璃反应罐设备是将含高二氧化硅的玻璃,衬在钢制容器的内表面,经高温灼烧而牢固地密着于金属表面。常用于石油化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药等行业,用以完成磺化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程,以及有机染料和中间体的许多其它工艺过程的反应设备。搪玻璃反应罐的搪瓷面常会在运输和使用中发生损坏,如有搪瓷脱落和出现裂纹,要马上用(劲素成)JS916进行修补,防止溶剂对反应釜金属体的腐蚀而造成不必要的停产和设备的报废。因此需要定时对搪玻璃反应罐进行检测,影响生产效率,搅拌效率低,稳定性不高且不可移动。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有振动功能的可移动智能搪玻璃反应容器,它具有结构简单,检修方便,自动化程度高,稳定性高可移动,降低劳动力的特点并且搅拌效率高。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有振动功能的可移动智能搪玻璃反应容器,它包括罐体,带有搅拌桨叶的搅拌器,与搅拌器相连的电机,温度计,安装于罐体内底部的电磁振动器,电控箱,行动轮,所述罐体由搪玻璃层,搪玻璃罐体和夹层体构成,所述搪玻璃层和搪玻璃罐体之间设有感应层,所述感应层与报警装置相连,所述电磁振动器与电控箱电连接,所述行动轮为三个,所述行动轮安装于罐体底部呈三角形结构。
所述报警装置上设有显示屏。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,使用方便,稳定高可移动,在搪玻璃层和搪玻璃罐体之间设有感应层,当搪玻璃层有破损部位时,感应层发出信号给报警装置,并在显示屏上显示破损的具体部位,这样不仅能节省停产检测的时间,还能精确判断出破损部位,目的性强,自动化程度高,降低劳动强度;夹层体除保护搪玻璃层避免其在运输过程中破损,还具有保温效果,并使得罐体外观美观,启动电磁振动器,罐内的液体翻滚振动更加有利于搅拌均匀,提高搅拌效率。

如图1所示,一种具有振动功能的可移动智能搪玻璃反应容器,它包括罐体,带有搅拌桨叶的搅拌器1,与搅拌器1相连的电机2,温度计3,安装于罐体内底部的电磁振动器10、电控箱、行动轮11,罐体由搪玻璃层4,搪玻璃罐体5和夹层体6构成,搪玻璃层4和搪玻璃罐体5之间设有感应层7,感应层7与报警装置8相连,电磁振动器10与电控箱电连接,行动轮1,1为三个,行动轮11安装于罐体5底部呈三角形结构。
报警装置8上设有显示屏9。
在搪玻璃层4和搪玻璃罐体5之间设有感应层7,当搪玻璃层4上有破损部位时,感应层7发出信号给报警装置8,并在显示屏9上显示破损的具体部位,这样不仅能节省停产检测的时间,还能精确判断出破损部位,目的性强,启动电磁振动器10,罐内的液体翻滚振动更加有利于搅拌均匀,提高搅拌效率并且稳定高可移动。
