本发明公开了一种医用针具的安全保护装置，其针筒顶部成型有凸台，凸台上插接固定有针头，针头上插套有针头保护套，针头保护套由内套和外套组成，内套插接在外套内，内套和外套之间成型有若干竖直的筋板，筋板连接与内套的外壁和外套的内壁上；凸台四周的针筒顶面上成型有环形的底座，底座的上端成型有截面成圆形的卡环，筋板的底面成型有与卡环相配合的圆弧形卡槽，卡环插接在筋板的圆弧形卡槽内。它结构简单，加强了针头保护套与针具的连接强度，从而针具报废时可减少针头保护套与针头脱离的状况，减少二次伤害的发生。

Description

一种医用针具的安全保护装置
技术领域：
本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种医用针具的安全保护装置。
背景技术：
医疗用针，如皮下针、活检针、静脉内导入器、套针、导丝、胸腔穿刺针等，这些在使用过后会沾上药品或患者身上的病原体后成为危险物品，而由于意外被这些带有针头的器械刺到的案例不胜枚举，为了避免受此类受污染刺件刺伤或因此而感染的健康危险，现有技术中已有一些防护装置，现有的防护装置一般为一个简单的针帽，针帽套设于针头上，但此类的针帽与针具配合不精密，而且现有的医疗用针一般均为一次性针具，医院为避免已经用过的针具流出，常常使用过后直接将针具的芯杆折断，则医护人员在折断芯杆或者回收人员回收过程中常常容易使针帽和针头脱离，则就容易对医护人员或回收人员造成伤害。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供了一种医用针具的安全保护装置，其结构简单，加强了针头保护套与针具的连接强度，从而针具报废时可减少针头保护套与针头脱离的状况，减少二次伤害的发生。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种医用针具的安全保护装置，包括针筒，针筒顶部成型有凸台，凸台上插接固定有针头，针头上插套有针头保护套，针头保护套由内套和外套组成，内套插接在外套内，内套和外套之间成型有若干竖直的筋板，筋板连接与内套的外壁和外套的内壁上；凸台四周的针筒顶面上成型有环形的底座，底座的上端成型有截面成圆形的卡环，筋板的底面成型有成型有与卡环相配合的圆弧形卡槽，卡环插接在筋板的圆弧形卡槽内。
所述针头保护套上内套采用顶部封闭的套体，外套采用顶部开放的套体，内套的长度大于针头的长度，外套的长度小于内套的长度。
所述针头保护套上内套和外套之间的筋板至少设有三个，筋板绕内套的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布。
所述针筒的顶面为圆锥面，内套的底面和外套的底面在同一圆锥面内，针筒顶面的倾斜角度和内套底面的倾斜角度或外套的底面倾斜角度相等。
所述筋板底面的圆弧形卡槽的圆弧弧度大于半圆的弧度。
所述外套的外壁上成型有若干道环形凹槽。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1、它结构简单，加强了针头保护套与针具的连接强度，从而针具报废时可减少针头保护套与针头脱离的状况，减少二次伤害的发生。
2、它采用的针头保护套本身的强度较高，则能减少针头保护套损坏针头露出保护套的状况。

具体实施方式：
实施例：见图1至4所示，一种医用针具的安全保护装置，包括针筒1，针筒1顶部成型有凸台11，凸台11上插接固定有针头2，针头2上插套有针头保护套3，针头保护套3由内套31和外套32组成，内套31插接在外套32内，内套31和外套32之间成型有若干竖直的筋板33，筋板33连接与内套31的外壁和外套32的内壁上；凸台11四周的针筒1顶面上成型有环形的底座12，底座12的上端成型有截面成圆形的卡环13，筋板33的底面成型有与卡环13相配合的圆弧形卡槽331，卡环13插接在筋板33的圆弧形卡槽331内。
所述针头保护套3上内套31采用顶部封闭的套体，外套32采用顶部开放的套体，内套31的长度大于针头2的长度，外套32的长度小于内套31的长度，内套31的顶部插接有海绵块或橡胶块，针头插接在海绵块或橡胶块上。
所述针头保护套3上内套31和外套32之间的筋板33至少设有三个，筋板33绕内套31的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布。
所述针筒1的顶面为圆锥面，内套31的底面和外套32的底面在同一圆锥面内，针筒1顶面的倾斜角度和内套31底面的倾斜角度或外套32的底面倾斜角度相等。
所述筋板33底面的圆弧形卡槽331的圆弧弧度大于半圆的弧度。
所述外套32的外壁上成型有若干道环形凹槽321。
工作原理：本发明医用针具的安全保护装置，具体为针筒式的医用针具，其医用针具在针筒1上成型有卡环13等连接结构，同时针头保护套3上配合成型有圆弧形卡槽331，卡环13和圆弧形卡槽331配合，可增强针头保护套3与针筒1的连接强度，不会轻易致使针头保护套3与针头2脱离；
同时针头保护套3由内套31和外套32两个套体组成，能增强针头保护套3本身的强度，从而针头保护套3承受破坏的能力增加，亦能减少二次伤害的发生。

1.一种医用针具的安全保护装置，包括针筒(1)，针筒(1)顶部成型有凸台(11)，凸台(11)上插接固定有针头(2)，针头(2)上插套有针头保护套(3)，其特征在于：针头保护套(3)由内套(31)和外套(32)组成，内套(31)插接在外套(32)内，内套(31)和外套(32)之间成型有若干竖直的筋板(33)，筋板(33)连接与内套(31)的外壁和外套(32)的内壁上；凸台(11)四周的针筒(1)顶面上成型有环形的底座(12)，底座(12)的上端成型有截面成圆形的卡环(13)，筋板(33)的底面成型有与卡环(13)相配合的圆弧形卡槽(331)，卡环(13)插接在筋板(33)的圆弧形卡槽(331)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用针具的安全保护装置，其特征在于：所述针头保护套(3)上内套(31)采用顶部封闭的套体，外套(32)采用顶部开放的套体，内套(31)的长度大于针头(2)的长度，外套(32)的长度小于内套(31)的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用针具的安全保护装置，其特征在于：所述针头保护套(3)上内套(31)和外套(32)之间的筋板(33)至少设有三个，筋板(33)绕内套(31)的中心轴线呈环形均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用针具的安全保护装置，其特征在于：所述针筒(1)的顶面为圆锥面，内套(31)的底面和外套(32)的底面在同一圆锥面内，针筒(1)顶面的倾斜角度和内套(31)底面的倾斜角度或外套(32)的底面倾斜角度相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用针具的安全保护装置，其特征在于：所述筋板(33)底面的圆弧形卡槽(331)的圆弧弧度大于半圆的弧度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用针具的安全保护装置，其特征在于：所述外套(32)的外壁上成型有若干道环形凹槽(321)。
