Abstract

本发明涉及一种安全型注射器，包括针管、内推杆、硅胶活塞、针头，其特征在于：针管外侧套装有外套，针管后部依次设有外螺纹和挡圈，外套后部设有与外螺纹配合的内螺纹，外套后端另设有拉环且拉环与外套之间利用撕裂线连接，拉环内侧沿周向设有多个楔形逆止块，所楔形逆止块的逆止端面与挡圈的远离外螺纹侧的端面顶靠在一起，针管的前部设有环形限位槽，外套对应内螺纹前部的位置沿周向均匀设有多个舌形弹片，舌形弹片的内侧设有用于与环形限位槽配合的限位凸起，外套对应舌形弹片前部的位置沿周向对称设有通孔Ⅰ。使用可靠，不仅避免了针头伤人及医患之间发生交叉感染的情况发生，而且也方便对针头和针管作拆分处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械，特别是一种安全型注射器。
背景技术
现有的医用注射器由针管、内推杆、设于内推杆前端的硅胶活塞、设于针管前端的针头、设于针头外侧的护套组成。使用时，需将针头外侧的护套摘下，吸取药物并完成注射后，根据操作规范不能再将护套套于针头外侧，以避免刺伤手指造成感染。但针头裸露在外，对针头的处理工作带来诸多不便，而且通常情况是，护士在为病人完成注射后需要将带有针头的注射器带回到护士站统一回收，这期间存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种解决上述问题的使用可靠的安全型注射器，不仅避免了针头伤人及医患之间发生交叉感染的情况发生，而且也方便对针头和针管作拆分处理。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种安全型注射器，包括针管、内推杆、设于内推杆前端的硅胶活塞、设于针管前端的针头，其特征在于：所述针管外侧套装有外套，所述针管后部依次设有外螺纹和挡圈，所述外套后部设有与外螺纹配合的内螺纹，所述外套后端另设有拉环且所述拉环与外套之间利用撕裂线连接，所述拉环内侧沿周向设有多个楔形逆止块，所述楔形逆止块的逆止端面与挡圈的远离外螺纹侧的端面顶靠在一起，所述针管的前部设有环形限位槽，所述外套对应内螺纹前部的位置沿周向均匀设有多个舌形弹片，所述舌形弹片的内侧设有用于与环形限位槽配合的限位凸起，所述外套对应舌形弹片前部的位置沿周向对称设有通孔Ⅰ，当舌形弹片内侧的限位凸起卡入针管的环形限位槽时，所述通孔Ⅰ与针头的针柄位置相对应。
上述的安全型注射器，所述外套前端设有供针头的针柄穿过的通孔Ⅱ。
上述的安全型注射器，所述内螺纹前部的外套内周面与针管外周面贴合。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、由于在针管外侧设外套，注射动作完成后，旋拧外套脱离拉环，并向前推动外套，最终使当舌形弹片内侧的限位凸起卡入针管的环形限位槽，实现定位，外套对针头部分实现保护功能，防止造成针头误伤，安全可靠；
2、由于在外套上设有通孔Ⅰ，当舌形弹片内侧的限位凸起卡入针管的环形限位槽时，通孔Ⅰ与针头的针柄位置相对应，方便了使用器械穿过通孔Ⅰ将针头与针管分离，针头再通过通孔Ⅱ落入回收装置，实现对针管与针头的分别回收处理；
3、由于采用拉环，防止了外套误转，防碍注射工作；
4、由于采用了撕裂设计，使医护人员和患者相互监督注射器一次性使用情况，避免注射器流入二手市场，避免重复使用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-图5所示，该安全型注射器，包括针管4、内推杆6、设于内推杆6前端的硅胶活塞3、设于针管4前端的针头1，所述针管4外侧套装有外套5。所述针管4后部依次设有外螺纹9和挡圈13，所述外套5后部设有与外螺纹9配合的内螺纹16，所述外套5后端另设有拉环10且所述拉环10与外套5之间利用撕裂线连接，所述拉环10内侧沿周向设有多个楔形逆止块14，所述楔形逆止块14的逆止端面与挡圈13的远离外螺纹9侧的端面顶靠在一起。所述针管4的前部设有环形限位槽15，所述外套5对应内螺纹16前部的位置沿周向均匀设有多个舌形弹片11，所述舌形弹片11的内侧设有用于与环形限位槽15配合的限位凸起12。所述外套5对应舌形弹片11前部的位置沿周向对称设有通孔Ⅰ7，当舌形弹片11内侧的限位凸起12卡入针管4的环形限位槽15时，所述通孔Ⅰ7与针头1的针柄2位置相对应。所述外套5前端设有供针头1的针柄2穿过的通孔Ⅱ8，防止手指伸入外套5中，适用于针管较粗的情形。所述内螺纹16前部的外套5内周面与针管4外周面贴合。
实施例2
如图6所示，本实施例中，该安全型注射器的外套5顶部的内径与针管4的外径相等，适用于针管较细的情形。其他同实施例1。

1.一种安全型注射器，包括针管、内推杆、设于内推杆前端的硅胶活塞、设于针管前端的针头，其特征在于：所述针管外侧套装有外套，所述针管后部依次设有外螺纹和挡圈，所述外套后部设有与外螺纹配合的内螺纹，所述外套后端另设有拉环且所述拉环与外套之间利用撕裂线连接，所述拉环内侧沿周向设有多个楔形逆止块，所述楔形逆止块的逆止端面与挡圈的远离外螺纹侧的端面顶靠在一起，所述针管的前部设有环形限位槽，所述外套对应内螺纹前部的位置沿周向均匀设有多个舌形弹片，所述舌形弹片的内侧设有用于与环形限位槽配合的限位凸起，所述外套对应舌形弹片前部的位置沿周向对称设有通孔Ⅰ，当舌形弹片内侧的限位凸起卡入针管的环形限位槽时，所述通孔Ⅰ与针头的针柄位置相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全型注射器，其特征在于：所述外套前端设有供针头的针柄穿过的通孔Ⅱ。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全型注射器，其特征在于：所述内螺纹前部的外套内周面与针管外周面贴合。
