本发明公开了一种医用监护电刀,包括刀身、主体、电刀主机、神经监测设备、电凝开关与电切开关,所述刀身设于主体内且一端向外延伸至主体外,所述电凝开关与电切开关结构相同,所述电凝开关电联接于电刀主机,所述电凝开关设于主体上,所述电凝开关的底部设有一推板,所述推板下方设有弹性装置,该弹性装置顶端固设一导电片,所述神经监测设备电联接于导电片,本发明结构简单,制造成本低廉,能有效的将神经监护与医用电刀相结合,确保了手术的安全性,提高了手术的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种医用神经监护电刀。
背景技术
现如今,医用电刀在手术中越来越普遍,但是现有技术中的医用电刀功能过于单一,只具有电切与电凝的功能,医用电刀在手术中实现切割与止血时,往往会对人体神经造成热损伤,故而需要在手术前先对手术部位进行神经检测,但检测过后,进行手术仍是具有一定盲目性的,不仅浪费手术时间,而且不能完全避免术中对人体神经的热损伤,故而一种具有神经监护功能的医用电刀亟需本领域从业人员的研发。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供以下解决方案:
一种医用神经监护电刀,包括刀身、主体、电刀主机、神经监测设备、电凝开关与电切开关,所述刀身设于主体内且一端向外延伸至主体外,所述电凝开关与电切开关结构相同,所述电凝开关电联接于电刀主机,所述电凝开关设于主体上,所述电凝开关的底部设有一推板,所述推板下方设有弹性装置,该弹性装置顶端固设一导电片,所述神经监测设备电联接于导电片;
优选地,所述主体绝缘,所述推板绝缘;
优选地,所述推板设于主体内部,该推板为两个,分别连接于电凝开关与电切开关;
优选地,所述推板呈倒U型且上下运动时不接触刀身;
优选地,所述弹性装置与导电片均设于主体内部;
优选地,所述电切开关与电凝开关为复位开关;
本发明对比现有技术可实现以下有益效果:将神经监护系统与医用电刀相结合,有效的提高手术效率,同时降低了手术风险,避免对患者的神经造成热损伤。

具体实施方式
如图1,本发明的工作原理:本发明中的电凝开关2与电切开关3分别用于控制刀身实现切割与止血的功能,具体的方式为,按下电凝开关2,此时电刀主机6接通刀身1,刀身1实现止血的功能,电切开关3的工作原理同电凝开关,且电切开关3的结构与电凝开关2的结构相同;下面以电凝开关2为例,当按下电凝开关2时,设于电凝开关2下方的推板401受力向下运动,使导电片501不接触刀身1,此时刀身1不能实现神经监测的功能,当松开电凝开关2时,推板401跟随电凝开关2向上运动,导电片501在弹性装置5的作用下接触到刀身,此时神经检测设备4通过导电片501电联接于刀身1,使得刀身1具备神经监测功能,所述电切开关3的工作原理与电凝开关2一致,当按下电切开关3,刀身1电联接于电刀主机6,此时电刀主机6对刀身做功,使得刀身1具有切割功能的同时不具备神经监测功能,当松开电切开关3时,刀身1通过导电片501电联接于神经监测设备,此时刀身1具有神经监测功能,在不需要神经监测功能的时候,只需要关闭神经监测设备即可;
实施例1,本发明包括主体7与设于主体7内的刀身1,所述刀身1的材料采用导电材料,所述主体7采用绝缘材料,所述刀身1设于主体7内且刀尖的一端向外延伸至主体7外,本发明还包括设于主体7上的电凝开关2与电切开关3,所述电凝开关2底部连接一推板401,该推板401不接触刀身1,所述推板401采用绝缘材料,所述主体内部设有弹性装置5与导电片501,该导电片501固接于弹性装置5,所述弹性装置5固接于主体7;所述电凝开关2与电切开关3均电联接于电刀主机6,所述导电片501电联接于神经检测设备4;
实施例2,将本发明应用于超声刀,原理同实施例1相同,超声刀手柄按压时时,设于超声刀内的神经监测装置离开刀头,此时超声刀进行工作,当松开超声刀的手柄时,神经监测装置接触刀头,此时开启神经监测功能;本发明不仅适用于电刀与超声刀,在应用于其他电手术器械的时候所衍生出的连接方式及机构均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种医用神经监护电刀,其特征在于,包括刀身、主体、电刀主机、神经监测设备、电凝开关与电切开关,所述刀身设于主体内且一端向外延伸至主体外,所述电凝开关与电切开关结构相同,所述电凝开关电联接于电刀主机,所述电凝开关设于主体上,所述电凝开关的底部设有一推板,所述推板下方设有弹性装置,该弹性装置顶端固设一导电片,所述神经监测设备电联接于导电片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用神经监护电刀,其特征在于,所述刀身导电,所述主体绝缘,所述推板绝缘。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种医用神经监护电刀,其特征在于,所述推板设于主体内部,该推板为两个,分别连接于电凝开关与电切开关。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种医用神经监护电刀,其特征在于,所述推板呈倒U型且上下运动时不接触刀身。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用神经监护电刀,其特征在于,所述弹性装置与导电片均设于主体内部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用神经监护电刀,其特征在于,所述电切开关与电凝开关为复位开关。
