Abstract

本发明公开了一种血栓清除仪及其使用方法,所述血栓清除仪整体设置在留置针上,由外部显示屏、控制器、动力装置、血栓清除装置组成,所述的外部显示屏和控制器通过无线装置与血栓清除装置连接,所述的动力装置位于留置针针管的一侧,通过导线与血栓清除装置连接,所述的血栓清除装置位于留置针针头中,最前端设置有超声器,并依次设置有传感器、纳米过筛网、破碎机。本发明的血栓清除仪结构简单,容易控制,而且能深入血管对血栓进行破碎,具有很好的利用价值。

一种血栓清除仪
技术领域
本发明涉及医药器械领域,具体涉及一种血栓清除仪。
背景技术
人体内的血管常有血栓形成,特别是对于急性与慢性脑动/静脉血栓形成的患者,当内科药物治疗难以控制症状或不能完全控制症状时,如何消除血栓一直是一个治疗难题,尤为是当血栓形成的同时,还合并脑出血的患者,不适合施行溶栓治疗,或溶栓和抗凝治疗无效的慢性脑动/静脉血栓形成的患者。目前使用的产品一种是利用中空导管伸入血管血栓形成处,然后利用抽吸装置将血栓吸收入一导管并输出体外,另一种产品是碗状取栓导丝。但上述产品存在若干缺陷,尤其是当血栓形成时间较长后,血栓硬度大幅提高,吸栓导管较难将血栓吸入导管,同样碗状取栓导丝也无法对较硬血栓进行有效切割与破碎。此外在血栓破碎过程中希望微导丝能穿过血栓,但由于微导丝的直径很小,在遇血栓阻力易弯曲,很难插入血栓并对准中心位置,时常偏离并有可能造成对血管的损伤,即使能够进行血栓破碎,也需一个较长的时间来完成,增加了手术难度与风险。上述缺陷在脑部血管血栓的祛除过程中表现的较为明显,在大血管中也是应避免的,因此如何避免上述问题,提高血栓清除的效率是目前最需要解决的问题。
发明内容
一种血栓清除仪,所述血栓清除仪整体设置在留置针上,由外部显示屏、控制器、动力装置、血栓清除装置组成,所述的外部显示屏和控制器通过无线装置与血栓清除装置连接,位于留置针针管的侧面,所述的动力装置位于留置针针管的一侧,通过导线与血栓清除装置连接,所述的血栓清除装置位于留置针针头中,所述的血栓清除装置最前端设置有超声器,并依次设置有传感器、纳米过筛网、破碎机。
进一步的,所述的纳米过筛网位于破碎机的外圈,是由石墨烯基聚四氟乙烯中空纤维构成的滤膜作为单方向过筛网,血栓可单方向进入破碎机,进入后的血栓不能通过过筛网从破碎机流出,直至血栓完全破碎。所述的纳米过筛网最外层有一层永磁材料。
进一步的,所述的超声器是由超声发射器和超声接收器组成,当留置针针头进入血管后,由超声发射器发射超声信号,遇到血栓后会将信号反射到超声接收器上。
进一步的,所述的留置针针头外侧有针头套管,所述的针头套管通过卡扣与留置针针头连接,针头套管外侧包裹绝缘层,内层为高温消毒器,高温消毒器与外接电源连接。
进一步的,所述的破碎机为纳米高压脉冲破碎机。
本发明的有益效果体现在:本发明的血栓清除仪将微型破碎机置于留置针中,不仅能有效的破碎血栓,而且增加超声器和永磁材料,能增加血栓破碎的效率,同时超声波也能在血液中直接将微小的血栓或刚成型的血栓破碎,同时在留置针针头外加针头套管能保护针头和血栓清除装置感染细菌,增加了血栓清除仪的安全性。

如图1为一种血栓清除仪,所述血栓清除仪整体设置在留置针上,由外部显示屏1、控制器2、动力装置3、血栓清除装置4组成,所述的外部显示屏1和控制器2通过无线装置与血栓清除装置4连接,位于留置针针管5的侧面,所述的动力装置3位于留置针针管5的一侧,通过导线6与血栓清除装置4连接,所述的血栓清除装置4位于留置针针头7中,所述的血栓清除装置4最前端设置有超声器8,并依次设置有传感器9、纳米过筛网10、破碎机11。
其中,所述的纳米过筛网10位于破碎机11的外圈,是由石墨烯基聚四氟乙烯中空纤维构成的滤膜作为单方向过筛网,血栓可单方向进入破碎机,进入后的血栓不能通过过筛网从破碎机流出,直至血栓完全破碎。所述的纳米过筛网最外层有一层永磁材料。
其中,所述的超声器8是由超声发射器12和超声接收器13组成,当留置针针头7进入血管后,由超声发射器12发射超声信号,遇到血栓后会将信号反射到超声接收器13上。
其中,所述的留置针针头7外侧有针头套管14,所述的针头套管14通过卡扣15与留置针针头7连接,针头套管外侧包裹绝缘层,内层为高温消毒器16,高温消毒器16与外接电源连接。
其中,所述的破碎机11为纳米高压脉冲破碎机。

Claims (5)

1.一种血栓清除仪,其特征在于,所述血栓清除仪整体设置在留置针上,由外部显示屏(1)、控制器(2)、动力装置(3)、血栓清除装置(4)组成,所述的外部显示屏(1)和控制器(2)通过无线装置与血栓清除装置(4)连接,外部显示屏(1)和控制器(2)位于留置针针管(5)的侧面,所述的动力装置(3)位于留置针针管(5)的一侧,通过导线(6)与血栓清除装置(4)连接,所述的血栓清除装置(4)位于留置针针头(7)中,所述的血栓清除装置(4)最前端设置有超声器(8),并依次设置有传感器(9)、纳米过筛网(10)、破碎机(11);所述的纳米过筛网(10)位于破碎机(11)的外圈,是由石墨烯基聚四氟乙烯中空纤维构成的滤膜作为单方向过筛网,血栓可单方向进入破碎机,进入后的血栓不能通过过筛网从破碎机流出,直至血栓完全破碎。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种血栓清除仪,其特征在于,所述的纳米过筛网最外层有一层永磁材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种血栓清除仪,其特征在于,所述的超声器(8)是由超声发射器(12)和超声接收器(13)组成,当留置针针头(7)进入血管后,由超声发射器(12)发射超声信号,遇到血栓后会将信号反射到超声接收器(13)上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种血栓清除仪,其特征在于,所述的留置针针头(7)外侧有针头套管(14),所述的针头套管(14)通过卡扣(15)与留置针针头(7)连接,针头套管外侧包裹绝缘层,内层为高温消毒器(16),高温消毒器(16)与外接电源连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种血栓清除仪,其特征在于,所述的破碎机(11)为微型纳米高压脉冲破碎机。
