Fig. 1 shows a first sleep reminding method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of the first sleep reminding method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
s1: when the current time is earlier than the daily falling asleep time, calculating an interval value between the current time and the daily falling asleep time, and comparing the interval value with a first preset threshold value;
in a certain specific time period before the user falls asleep, if a violent activity is performed, the user can easily fail to fall asleep within a certain time period, so that the time when the user falls asleep in daily life can be missed, which can cause disorder in sleep of the user and influence the sleep quality of the user. It should be noted that, the daily time of falling asleep here may be manually set in advance, may be set in a manner of counting an average value of the time of falling asleep of the user within a period of time, or in another manner, and is not limited herein; and the first preset threshold is also a variable value, and a user can set the corresponding first preset threshold according to the specific situation of the user.
S2: when the interval value is smaller than the first preset threshold value, judging whether the user falls asleep currently;
this step is illustrated below with a specific example: the daily sleep time of the user is set to be ten o 'clock at night in advance, the first preset threshold value is set to be half an hour, in this case, after the current time reaches nine o' clock and half, the judgment of whether the user is asleep is started by calculating that the interval value is smaller than the first preset threshold value, and if the user is not asleep at this time, subsequent processes are carried out. It should be noted that, the manner of determining whether the user is falling asleep at present includes, but is not limited to, determining by using the heart rate, and multiple physiological parameters of the user in the sleep state and the awake state are all different, and among the physiological parameters, the heart rate is a parameter that is obviously different and easy to obtain, so that the determination can be performed by using the measured heart rate, and the determination is simple and easy to perform, and is more accurate.
S3: when the user does not fall asleep currently, judging whether the current state of the user is a state which is not beneficial to falling asleep;
in the step, various ways are available for judging whether the current state of the user is a state not beneficial to falling asleep, and when the user is doing strenuous exercise or is in a nervous psychological state, the change of some physiological parameters can be reflected, and at the moment, whether the current state is not beneficial to falling asleep can be known by collecting related physiological parameters.
S4: when the current state of the user is a state which is not beneficial to falling asleep, counting first time for the state which is not beneficial to falling asleep to last, and comparing the first time with a preset duration threshold;
the step is set to avoid misjudgment caused by some sudden situation of the user, that is, only if the state of the user not beneficial to falling asleep lasts for a certain time, the user can be determined to be performing the activity not beneficial to falling asleep, and thus the related reminding is necessary. It should be noted that the preset duration threshold may also be set in advance according to the specific situation of the user, and may be modified according to the situation.
S5: and when the first time is greater than the preset duration threshold, reminding the user that the current state is not beneficial to falling asleep.
After all the steps are completed, the user can be determined to be doing activities which are not beneficial to falling asleep, then the user can be reminded in a certain mode, the reminding mode comprises one or more of vibration, voice reminding set by a micro-signal public number bound by the user or mobile terminal APP or flashing, and the method is not limited in the position, as long as the user can sense the activities which are not beneficial to falling asleep in time, the user can stop the activities which are not beneficial to falling asleep after receiving the reminding to prepare to fall asleep, so that the best falling asleep moment can be guaranteed not to be missed, a healthy work and rest rule is formed, and disorder of a biological clock is avoided.
As can be seen from the above description, in the first sleep reminding method provided in this embodiment of the present application, when the current time is earlier than the daily time of falling asleep, the interval value between the current time and the daily time of falling asleep is calculated, and is compared with the first preset threshold, then, when the interval value is smaller than the first preset threshold, it is determined whether the user is currently falling asleep, when the user is not currently falling asleep, it is determined whether the current state of the user is a state that is not favorable for falling asleep, when the current state of the user is a state that is not favorable for falling asleep, the first time at which the state that is not favorable for falling asleep continues is counted again, and is compared with the preset duration threshold, and finally, when the first time is larger than the preset duration threshold, the user is reminded that the current state is not favorable for falling asleep, so that activities that are not favorable for sleeping are performed by the user within a certain time before falling asleep, therefore, the user can change the state which is not beneficial to sleep, the user can be ensured to maintain the normal sleep cycle, and the sleep quality is improved.
The second sleep reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application is based on the first sleep reminding method, and further comprises the following technical characteristics:
before the calculating the interval value between the current time and the daily sleep-falling time, the method further comprises the following steps: setting the daily sleep time of the user;
the setting of the daily sleep time of the user comprises:
counting the sleep time of a user every day in a preset period, and calculating the daily sleep time of the user according to all the sleep time, wherein the specific operation modes include, but are not limited to, the following operation modes: firstly, the average value a of all sleep-falling moments of long-term sleep monitoring is calculated, data which are larger than (average value a +2 hours) and smaller than (average value a-2 hours) are removed, the rest data are re-averaged, and the obtained average value b is the determined daily sleep-falling moment which is the daily sleep-falling moment obtained according to the sleep rule of the user, and the method is scientific and accords with the personal habits of the user;
or receiving a user's instruction for setting the daily sleep time, and setting the daily sleep time of the user according to the instruction, specifically, the user can set the daily sleep time by himself or according to doctor opinions on a WeChat public number or a mobile terminal APP bound by the user, and this way can meet the personal preference of the user and can set the daily sleep time according to the requirements of a specific time period, for example, when the user is a student, the daily sleep time can be set later during a period of cold or summer holiday, and the daily sleep time needs to be set earlier during school.

acquiring step frequency and heart rate variability indexes of a user;
judging the relation between the step frequency and a preset step frequency threshold value, the relation between the heart rate and a preset second heart rate threshold value and the relation between the heart rate variability index and a preset heart rate variability index threshold value;
and when the step frequency is not less than the preset step frequency threshold value, or the heart rate is not less than the preset second heart rate threshold value, or the heart rate variability index is not greater than the preset heart rate variability index threshold value, judging that the current state of the user is a state not beneficial to falling asleep.
It should be noted that this method can basically cover all the activities that are not conducive to falling asleep, for example, when the user is performing strenuous physical activities such as running, the step frequency is large, and when the user is performing strenuous mobile phone games or computer games, the step frequency is 0, but the heartbeat is accelerated due to psychological stress, so the heart rate can be measured. Specifically, a motion sensor (e.g., an acceleration sensor) may be used to capture the acceleration motion of the user and calculate the stride frequency of the user. According to experience values obtained by analyzing a large amount of human activity data, the preset step frequency threshold value can be set to be 120 steps/minute, the preset second heart rate threshold value is set to be 100 times/minute, the preset heart rate variability index threshold value is set to be 80ms, a WeChat public number or a mobile terminal APP bound by a user can be set according to doctor opinions, and various parameter threshold values suitable for self health conditions can be set for chronic disease patients such as hypertension and diabetes patients.
In addition, the heart rate variability can evaluate the mood, and when the user is in a mood state such as anxiety, depression and the like, the time domain indexes related to the heart rate variability are all reduced from normal values. The heart rate variability index SDNN (optionally, also including SDANN, RMSSD, PNN50) is obtained by performing time domain analysis on a heart rate or a sequence of heart beat time intervals, where SDNN is a standard deviation of an adjacent R-wave peak interval (RR interval), and an RR interval in a sinus rhythm is also referred to as an NN interval, and thus SDNN is a standard deviation of an NN interval; SDANN is divided into continuous time periods in 5min in the whole course, and the standard deviation of all average values is calculated according to the average value of NN intervals of every 5 min; RMSSD is the root mean square value of the difference between the global adjacent NN intervals; PNN50 is a percentage of the global adjacent interval difference >50 ms.
