Abstract
本发明涉及清洁工具技术领域,尤其是一种电动试管刷。现有试管刷普遍为手动旋转刷洗,刷洗效率比较低。该电动试管刷包括刷杆和刷毛,刷杆顶端设有横向手柄,横向手柄内部设有微型电机。本发明结构简单,操作方便,工作稳定可靠,通过微型电机驱动刷杆进行旋转,有效提高刷洗效果和刷洗效率。

本发明涉及清洁工具技术领域,尤其是一种电动试管刷。
背景技术
试管刷又叫管子刷、吸管刷、清孔刷、扭丝刷、管道刷等,是一种应用非常广泛的毛刷产品,主要是由铁丝(钢丝)作骨架,上面带有许多排列整齐,向外伸展的细刷丝构成,刷丝材料有尼龙丝,纤维毛,猪鬃,钢丝,铜丝,磨料丝等,分别有不同的使用范围。现有试管刷普遍为手动旋转刷洗,刷洗效率比较低。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种电动试管刷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电动试管刷,包括刷杆和刷毛,刷杆顶端设有横向手柄,横向手柄内部设有微型电机。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,操作方便,工作稳定可靠,通过微型电机驱动刷杆进行旋转,有效提高刷洗效果和刷洗效率。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种电动试管刷,包括刷杆1和刷毛2,刷杆1顶端设有横向手柄3,横向手柄3内部设有微型电机4,结构简单,操作方便,工作稳定可靠,通过微型电机驱动刷杆进行旋转,有效提高刷洗效果和刷洗效率。
